The existence of this study is to find out whether job training, competence and career development can affect performance, and in this study career development as a moderating variable for the training and competency variables of lecturers in Palembang, Indonesia. The population in this study were college lecturers in Palembang, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were random samples from college lecturers in Palembang, Indonesia. To see the magnitude of the coefficient of influence between research variables, a survey method with a questionnaire was used. Training, competence, and career development as independent variables. While performance is the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate the significant positive effect of training on career development, the significant positive effect of competence on career development, the insignificant positive effect of training on performance, the significant positive effect of competence on performance and the significant positive effect of career development on performance. Higher education institutions in Palembang, Indonesia are expected to provide clarity on the career development of lecturers through (mutation, selection, placement, education, and training), then consistently given training through (seminars) by bringing in experienced instructors, providing material and quality methods, as well as enhancing the competence of lecturers to increase their knowledge, understanding, abilities, skills, attitudes and interests in accordance with their fields of science. The background of this research was the fact that many employees shifted from a company to other company to get better career, hence causing high employee turnover rate. Therefore. applying accurate career strategy can become determination of organizational commitment. The objectives of this research are to identify the effect of career planning, career development program, career strategy, career satisfaction to organizational commitment. The design of this research applies hypothesis testing to examine all hypotheses in this study. The methods used in this study were mulltiple regressions between independent variables and dependent variable. Data analysis used in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires which were distributed to 160 respondents in  Jakarta. There were 160 responses of which 150 were completed and usable to be analyzed using multiple regressions. This research concludes<br />that there was positive and significant effect between career planning, career development program, career strategy, and career satisfaction with organizational commitment.

Abstrak Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh Diklat dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) merupakan sesuatu kekuatan yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pembinaan sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi, kemampuan dan tingkat profesionalisme yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja dan pembangunan menjelang pasar bebas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengkaji dan menganalisis 1). besaran hubungan diklat dan kompetensi karyawan; 2). Mengkaji dan menganalisis besaran pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat dan kompetensi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3).Mengkaji dan menganalisis besaran pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat dan kompetensi karyawan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai dengan disain penelitian asosiatif. Sumber data diambil dari PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, sebagai populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek sebanyak 1190 orang. dengan menggunakan rumus dari Taro Yamane diperoleh sampel sebanyak 300 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Mehtod Successive Interval(MSI), program komputer MicrosoftExcel 2007, dan SPSSversi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Hubungan korelasional antara diklat dengan kompetensi karyawan memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat dan searah atau positif; 2) diklat secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi karyawansecara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Diklat dan kompetensi karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan dan Latihan (Diklat), Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study about the effect of Training and competence on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Education and Training (Diklat) is a force that is expected to accelerate the development of human resources with the competence, ability and level of professionalism in accordance with the needs of the world of work and development ahead of the free market (AFTA). The purpose of this study is to review and analyze 1). the magnitude of the relationship of training and employee competence; 2). Assess and analyze the magnitude of the effect of the implementation of training and competence partially on employee performance; 3) .Majaji and analyze the amount of influence of the implementation of training and employee competence simultaneously on employee performance. The research method used is survey method with associative research design. Source of data taken from PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, as the population is all employees of PT. Fertilizer Kujang Cikampek as many as 1190 people. using the formula of Taro Yamane obtained sample of 300 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were Path Analysis with the help of Mehtod Successive Interval (MSI), MicrosoftExcel 2007 computer program, and SPSSversion 16. The results showed that: 1) Correlational relationship between training and employee competence has a strong enough relationship and direction or positive; 2) training partially significant positive effect on employee performance and employee competence partially significant positive effect on employee performance; 3) Training and employee competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract - Home ownership loans are one of the best products in every banking industry. That is because housing is part of basic needs. In addition the bank in maintaining its reputation, it must be able to show good performance to all stakeholders, one of which is to maintain the quality of home ownership loans. Therefore this study aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of Home Ownership Loans. In this study the independent variables used are Fixed Income, Non-Fixed Income, and Fraud Account Officer (AO). While the dependent variable is the Quality of Home Ownership Loans. Design sample collection in this study is a causal study of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Consumer and Risk Division 2008-2017 period. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that Fixed Income has no significant positive effect on the quality of housing loans, non-fixed income has a negative and no significant effect on home ownership loans. While the Fraud Account Officer has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Home Ownership Loans. Therefore the bank must be able to provide education and training in order to reduce fraud from AO and also improve the welfare of its employees. Keywords: Home Ownership Credit (KPR), Credit Quality, AO Fraud

This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Marketing Communications on Customer Value. To know and analyze the influence of product quality on Customer Value. Based on the results of the study, then obtained the following findings: Marketing Communications positive and significant impact on Customer Value. Product quality and significant positive effect on Customer Value. Distribution Channels positive and significant impact on Customer Value. Marketing Communication, Product Quality and Distribution Channels simultaneously positive and significant impact on Customer Value. Partially Marketing Communications dominant contribution in influencing the Customer Value. Marketing Communications positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Product quality and significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Distribution Channels positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Customer Value positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Marketing Communication, Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Value simultaneously positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Partially Marketing Communications dominant contribution in influencing consumer loyalty.

This paper outlines the Queensland Transport Career Development Program with a particular emphasis on how it came about, what it entails and the challenges faced. Various initiatives have been implemented to date, yet many challenges lie ahead.

Happiness is the main goal in life. To measure someone's happiness is not easy, many opinions have emerged. Some say happiness can be measured through the satisfaction of one's life, some say happiness is measured through one's income, education, and health. The number of people's opinions to measure one's happiness appears as an indicator of happiness. At present, there are 48 indicators. One of the most accurate is HPI. The HPI indicator is very important for a country to increase the happiness of its people. Example: life expectancy in a country will increase and unemployment will decrease because a person has extensive knowledge and knowledge that is needed both by himself and the company that will accept him as his employee. The purpose of this study is to find out how HDI influences, life expectancy, unemployment on the level of happiness of people in ASIA. In this study using secondary data sources conducted by taking HDI data, life expectancy, unemployment in ASIA, and HPI data on ASIA. The results of the analysis using quantitative methods indicate that the independent variables namely HDI, life expectancy, and unemployment. Has a significant positive effect on the HPI dependent variable.

This study aims to examine the influence of internal control, personal technical skills, education programs and training on the performance of accounting information systems. The population in this study is the sub-section of administration in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Regency / City in Banten province with the research sample is the Head of Sub division of administration and application operator employees. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data in this research is analyzed by strcutural equation modeling (SEM) method, with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that internal control has a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information systems, the ability of personal techniques has no significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. While education and training programs have a significant positive effect on the performance of accounting information system.

This study aims to analyze the Financial Ratio for Predicting Bankruptcy. The sample used in this study are SMEs according PEFINDO25 period 2013 to 2017. The independent variables in this study is liquidity, profitability, debt structure, solvency and activity ratio; and control variables is size and age, as well as the dependent variable is bankruptcy. The amount of sample in this study 32 companies PEFINDO25 by using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis is done by using logistic regression with SPSS version 23. The result of this research showed that liquidity, profitability and age has significant negative effect on bankruptcy. Debt structure has significant positive effect on bankruptcy. While solvency, activity ratio and size does not significantly effect on bankruptcy
