To obtain this frame of reference the method of Associative Group Analysis was used. Through the comparison of the study of these workers’ frame of reference or mental model with other related studies, results are presented about thepermanence and evolution of work culture among the duality tradition-modernity. The conclusions of the study back up an evolution of Mexican work culture.Palabras Clave: Análisis asociativo grupal, cultura laboral mexicana, marco de referencia o modelo mental, permanencia y evoluciónResumen: En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de un estudio sobre la permanencia y evolución de la cultura laboral mexicana, utilizando el marco de referencia o la forma de pensar de trabajadores de organizaciones mexicanas sobre el trabajo. Este marco de referencia fue obtenido mediante la metodología del Análisis Asociativo Grupal (AAG). Mediante la comparación de este marco de referencia o modelo mental con otros estudios relacionados al aspecto laboral, se presentan estos resultados sobre la permanencia y evolución de la cultura laboral en la dualidad tradición-modernidad. Las conclusiones obtenidas respaldan la evolución de la cultura laboral.

Abstract: In this paper, the results of a study about the Mexican work culture are presented, by utilizing the identification of elements of the frame of reference or mental model of workers in Mexican organizations. Recognizing the progress of the study of Mexican work culture because of its importance, we considered convenient to proceed studying this topic, results are presented about share mental model among the duality of work culture – social culture.The conclusions of the study reinforce the existence of similitudes and differences on the Mexican work culture that shows the influence of the national culture.Key words: Work culture, Shared Mental Model, Associative Group Analysis, Mexican workers, and subjective meaning.Resumen: En este trabajo, se presenta un estudio de la cultura laboral mexicana, mediante la identificación de elementos del marco de referencia o la forma de pensar de trabajadores de organizaciones mexicanas sobre el aspecto laboral. Aún cuando existen avances en el estudio de la cultura del trabajo en México, debido a la importancia de este tema, es conveniente continuar avanzando en estudios que permitan ir clarificando la tendencia de lacultura de trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan la existencia de similitudes y diferencias en la cultura laboral mexicana que reflejan la influencia de la cultura nacional o social en dicha cultura.Palabras clave: cultura laboral, modelo mental compartido, trabajadores mexicanos, Análisis Asociativo Grupal, significado subjetivo.

The objective of the study was to find out organizational culture in the Kisaran Barat Sub-district Office, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera. The study used a qualitative method, and the data were gathered by conducting interviews with 8 informants who worked at the Sub-district Office. The result of the study showed that organizational culture at this office was in the good category even though there was a decrease in achievement and performance. The employees’ service was also in the good category since they have applied a principle that people who need their service are “the king” who has to be humbly served. On the other hand, it can be noted that their capacity to comply with the rules applied at the office is bad. This is due to the many obstacles faced in creating a good work culture, one of which is inconsistent regulations and reward and punishment system is not performed well.   Key words: Organizational Culture, Service, Employees’ Performance

This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of work culture on employee performance in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 2) To determine the effect of Social Security on the performance of employees in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 3) To determine the effect of loyalty to performance employee in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 4) To determine the effect work culture, social security and loyalty to performance ticketing staff in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. This study used an explanatory research approach to the 80 respondent, employees of the ticketing operation in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by using census. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using analytical tool multiple linear regression.Based on the research result, obtained byregression equation is :Y = 0.175 X1 + 0.852 X2 + X3 0176 . Culture Employment, Social Security and Loyalty affect to performance of the performance ticketing staffin PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. <p>Alqur’an is a universal reference for  Moslem in their life. There are also many information of biodiversity and their management system so can be used as learning source and reference frame in conservation of biodiversity. The aim of this study  is to reveal many information of biodiversity in Alqur’an. The study is done by trace-study of biodiversity information and relevance concepts in Alqur’an, than be analyzed by comparative-qualitative approach, compared with biodiversity concepts  in science perspective. There are a lot of biodiversity information in Alqur’an: (1) mentioning of species name in It’s verses, (2)  concepts of reproduction and heritance or concepts of diversivication and distinction, and (3) concepts of interrelation and natural equability. In science perspectives, there are biodiversity of gene, species, ecosystem (Biology perspective), and culture (social perspective) as frame of reference in developing of biodiversity management systems. In other, based on Alqur’an there must be added with faith diversity (moral-spiritual perspective).  There are difference of moral orders and religion laws and their realization determain human attitude to their environment, especially to the conservation of biodiversity.</p><p>Key words: Biodiversity, conservation, Alqur’an, <br /><br /></p>

- The question in the title gives the author the opportunity to "take stock of" the state of psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, as, from a statutory viewpoint, COIRAG belongs to this sphere, even though it mainly focuses on the various aspects of group analysis and research. The article points out how difficult it is to define current psychoanalytic psychotherapy as such, since, according to the author, it has not satisfactorily solved the incongruities that were present in Freud's original theories. Thus, different orientations have emerged that are often intensified by such incongruities. Conflicting areas of psychotherapy where oppositions are created that - often - only make sense because they express irrelevant original theoretical defects are examined: for instance, the idea that "drive" is in contrast with "relation" or else the evaluation, or, on the contrary, the devaluation of Freudian metapsychology. In this conceptual article, a group of cultural elements are offered to study the possible influence of the culture on human resources practices and on elements related with these practices. This study reports the work culture of marriage service personnel in Banyumas and analyses which aspects of service should be prioritized for improvement. This study employs a quantitative approach by using survey. The total sample of 140 was gained using purposive random sampling. The validity and reliability of instruments indicated that the 25 question items are valid and reliable. The study found out that (1) the index of work culture showed 75,77 which can be categorized as ‘good’, (2) all aspects of work culture (e.g. integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, and exemplary) did not fall into ‘very good’ category which mean that the service is not satisfactory, (3) the lowest criteria of work culture was found in integrity aspect (63,85 = not good enough). Therefore, integrity is the aspect of work culture which needs to be prioritized for the improvement.
