This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of work culture on employee performance in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 2) To determine the effect of Social Security on the performance of employees in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 3) To determine the effect of loyalty to performance employee in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. 4) To determine the effect work culture, social security and loyalty to performance ticketing staff in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. This study used an explanatory research approach to the 80 respondent, employees of the ticketing operation in PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by using census. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using analytical tool multiple linear regression.Based on the research result, obtained byregression equation is :Y = 0.175 X1 + 0.852 X2 + X3 0176 . Culture Employment, Social Security and Loyalty affect to performance of the performance ticketing staffin PT.Garuda Indonesia Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of employee competence, work culture, and remuneration on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi. This research approach is a survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is all employees who have become Civil Servants (PNS) of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis with the SPSS program package.The results showed that competence, work culture and remuneration simultaneously and racially had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. Contribution of the influence of competence, work culture and remuneration is shown by the value ( ) of 79.2% and the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. This means that the ability of competence, work culture and remuneration have a very big influence on employee performance.

This research is based on the style used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy through his snippet of da'wah (quote) that has interesting style of languages, education messages delivered simply but so attractive. The aim of this research was to analyze and to study the language style of quotes used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy in religion speech and the implementation in running his function in Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative that focused on analytics and didactics. Data collection method had used the textual data analysis in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy. The research result showed that in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy there were metaphor, personification, allegory, irony, association, simile, metonymies, euphemism, and pleonasm figures of speech. The messages of the quotes can be understood by the readers, especially the students and the alumni of Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah.

This research aims to study, analyze, and determine the effect of Work Cultur and, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance PT Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin. Method of data collection is done by passing the question form on the overall Employee population PT Kaltrabu Indah tours & Travel Banjarmasin totalling 35 people who then established as the sample of respondents with saturated samples or samples (total as many as 35 people) census respondents. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis also linear regression program simple and multiple linear regression as well as using software MS Excell and SPSS Version 20.0.The results were obtained as follows: Partially work culture influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. And Partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. Simultaneously influence Work Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect.

The research aimed to determine the effect work culture and competence on commitment and performance employee at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). The research used quantitative approach by basing the rational principle study. The analysis was carried out using the sem analysis method and processed using SPSS AMOS 26. Data from permanent employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) were determined based on proportional sampling. A total of 250 respondents were drawn from 5 branch offices in Indonesia. Data collection uses questionnaires as the main instrument, interviews, and observations. The results showed that: 1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 5) Improved work culture will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 6) Increased competence will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero).

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee competence on employee performance in the Mamuju district trade service, analyze the influence of work culture on the performance of the Mamuju district trade service employee. The research approach is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 40 respondents, data processing using SPSS 22 using multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to analyze the needs associated with technological innovation to improve employee performance at the Center for Community Training Development of the Ministry of Villages, PDT, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. The research approach used is qualitative research, adopting a needs analysis model developed by Witkins and Altschul. The study used data collection techniques and tools through questionnaires, interview guidelines, and supporting documents. This research collaborates with the head of the division at level one, a staff member from the administration division, and the data management and information system program. Various recommendations for solutions that can be applied instructional are applying the application of technological innovation, analyzing the application of technological innovation, evaluating technological innovation, developing technological innovation models.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

The factors that cause the students have deviating behaviour in school. The research uses qualitative approach because it is in line with the statement of problem, the objective of study, and significances of the study. Therefore, the technique of data collection is based on interview, observation, and documentation. Finally, the research result in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 Batola says that any kinds of students’ deviating behavior illustrate the lowness of morality. It needs the serious attention from the stakeholder of school, parents, and society in order to form the personality in line with goals of national education. In a word, the research result ends that there have been students’ deviating behavior (1) because the role of parents are minus in guiding and controlling their children, (2) because the situation of home does not support the implimentation of education, (3) because the environment does not support the implimentation of education, (4) because of effect of media, such as TV, internet, and entertainment, and (5) because of no figure from the teachers. Because of such previous findings, it is important to make suggestions whether for the parents or the teachers. It means that program for making students get accustomed to the values of togetherness and nationalism in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 is very necessary. The teachers and parents surely are the models for the students to develop their competences in character building.   Key words: The role of school, the of constructing, character , the students’ deviating behavior

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of workload and work discipline as well as working conditions on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were employees of the Locomotive Dipo, amounting to 36 people. The sample uses saturated sampling or census. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the workload of work discipline and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumater 1st Regional Railway. Partially, workload, work discipline and working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Railway. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.891, meaning that variations in employee performance can be explained by workload, work discipline and working conditions by 89.1%, while the remaining 10.9% is explained by other factors not explained in this study such as motivation. , work culture, supervision and others. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 2.880+ 0.508X1 + 0.344X2 + 0.489X3 + ei, meaning that workload, work discipline and working conditions have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train. Of the three independent variables, workload has a greater influence on employee performance, where the regression coefficient is the greatest, namely 0.508. From the research and discussion, it is better if PT. Kereta Api Divre 1 North Sumatra further improves workload, work discipline and working conditions that exist in PT. North Sumatra Divre 1 Train.

This research was conducted to determine status and legal consequences of village head on the village management in accordance with the provisions of the village legislation. This research approach used normative juridical approach in the sense of examining norms and rules relating to issues to be discussed. Supporting data were secondary data that is obtained from library, legislation in force, and theories that exist in the literature relating to the village. The data collection is obtained by organizing a literature study (Library Research). This research result showed that the presence village head aimed to implement village government in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and obtained legal certainty to the community.
