This study aims to reveal the application of Pancasila values in Family Empowerment and Welfare activities in Kuripan village. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The conclusion of the research, 1) Precept I, that is, every activity and daily life is used to say greetings, beginning, and ending with prayer. Always work together in work groups, carry out worship together for Muslims. The basic principle is to respect the celebration of holidays for people of different religions. 2) Sila II, is an attitude of mutual cooperation, and there is no coercion for members 3) Sila III, which means doing community service, celebrating the independence day of the Republic of Indonesia, likes to wear batik 4) Sila IV, which means prioritizing freedom to express common interests, and everything is resolved through deliberation, and 5) Precept V, Do not separate seats, the application of a frugal lifestyle is supported by a socialization program about the importance of frugal living. The implementation of Pancasila values in PKK activities in Kuripan Village is a subjective and objective implementation of Pancasila, because all activities carried out in PKK activities reflect the implementation of Pancasila values.

Research subject. Main problems of the General Stratigraphic Scale (GSS) of the Upper Precambrian including uncertainties in the hierarchy of subdivisions are analyzed.Results. Prospects for detailing the Upper Precambrian GSS are discussed, along with questions of its correlation with International Chronostratigraphic Chart (ICSC) and establishing the lower boundaries of chronostratigraphic subdivisions. The importance of unifying the existing views is emphasized.Conclusions. It is proposed to carry out the following reforms of GSS: to abolish Acrothemes / Acrons; to approve the Proterozoic (as well as the Archean) as an Eonotheme / Eon; to minimize the use of terms “Upper Proterozoic” and “Lower Proterozoic”; to assign the Riphean and Vendian to the rank of Erathem / Era (while preserving the status of the Vendian as a System / Period); to consider Burzyanian, Yurmatinian, Karatavian and Arshinian as Systems / Periods of the Riphean. Attention is focused on the Upper Riphean-Vendian interval. The lower boundary of the Upper Riphean (Karatavian) was proposed to establish according to the first appearance of the Trachyhystrichosphaera sp. microfossils. Then, the Terminal Riphean (Arshinian) lower boundary should be traced to the base of the tillites formed during the global Sturtian glaciation (which approximately corresponds to the base of the Cryogenian in ICSC). Apparently, the Vendian lower boundary may be raised to the level of the top of the Gaskiers tillites, as the deposits of the last major glaciation in the Precambrian. The indicated proposals are substantiated. It is necessary to form work groups to develop solutions.

Employees in female-dominated sectors are exposed to high workloads, emotional job demands, and role ambiguity, and often have insufficient resources to deal with these demands. This imbalance causes strain, threatening employees’ work ability. The aim of this study was to examine whether resource-providing leadership at the workplace level buffers against the negative repercussions of these job demands on work ability. Employees (N = 2383) from 290 work groups across three countries (Germany, Finland, and Sweden) in female-dominated sectors were asked to complete questionnaires in this study. Employees rated their immediate supervisor’s resource-providing leadership and also self-reported their work ability, role ambiguity, workload, and emotional demands. Multilevel modeling was performed to predict individual work ability with job demands as employee-level predictors, and leadership as a group-level predictor. Work ability was poor when employees reported high workloads, high role ambiguity, and high emotional demands. Resource-providing leadership at the group level had a positive impact on employees’ work ability. We observed a cross-level interaction between emotional demands and resource-providing leadership. We conclude that resource-providing leadership buffers against the repercussions of emotional demands for the work ability of employees in female-dominated sectors; however, it is not influential in dealing with workload or role ambiguity.

The shared mood or affect of a work group can exert a powerful influence on the group’s social dynamics and effectiveness. However, the mood of others can be difficult to read, leading to divergent perceptions of group affect among members. What happens when individuals perceive the group’s affect differently? We answer this question by investigating how divergence in perceptions of group affect influences individuals’ social integration and the group’s performance. In doing so, we examine the implications of divergence in perceived group affect for individuals and the group as a whole. In a field study of 1,419 individuals in 107 work groups, we found that divergence in perceptions of the group’s positive affect was negatively associated with individuals’ commitment to the team and undermined the positive impact of group affect on group performance. We discuss the implications of our findings for refining theory on group affect, the value of strongly shared affect, and how leaders can foster a stronger sense of shared affect within groups.

Medical imaging has found an important way for routine daily practice using cone-beam computed tomography to reconstruct a 3D volume image using the Feldkamp-Davis-Kress (FDK) algorithm. This way can minimize the patient’s time exposure to X-rays. However, its implementation is very costly in computation time, which constitutes a handicap problem in practice. For this reason, the use of acceleration methods on GPU becomes a real solution. For the acceleration of the FDK algorithm, we have used the GPU on heterogeneous platforms. To take full advantage of the GPU, we have chosen useful features of the GPUs and, we have launched the acceleration of the reconstruction according to some technical criteria, namely the work-groups and the work-items. We have found that the number of parallel cores, as well as the memory bandwidth, have no effect on runtimes speedup without being rough in the choice of the number of work-items, which represents a real challenge to master in order to be able to divide them efficiently into work-groups according to the device specifications considered as principal difficulties if we do not study technically the GPU as a hardware device. After an optimized implementation using kernels launched optimally on GPU, we have deduced that the high capacities of the devices must be chosen with a rough optimization of the work-items which are divided into several work-groups according to the hardware limitations.
