This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Work Environment towards Employee Performance Improvement PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya (Study of the Corporate Secretary Sub-Directorate) partially and simultaneously. The authors used a saturated sampling technique or also called a census, where all members of the population are sampled, as many as 55 employees in all Sub-Directorate of Corporate Secretary PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interview. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. Method data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable Human Resource Development (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) partially. Human Resource Development (X1) and Environment Variables Work (X2) also have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) simultaneously.

Human resource development is needed to improve employee performance, especially at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo. The purpose of this study to determine the effect partially and simultaneously compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar as many as 86 people who are divided into 6 shop sections, namely Beauty, Boutique, Fashion Watch, Fine Watch, Food & Liqueur, and Destination. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inti Dufree Promosindo in Denpasar.

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, development, and employee performance, and analyze the influence of planning and human resource development of the employee performance of PT Permata Bahari Malindonesia. analyzer used to describe human resource planning, human resource development, and employee performance is a range of scales. To analyze the influence of human resource planning and human resource development of employee performance is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypotheses test using f test and t test.The results of the analysis for the range scale for human resource planning including the very good category with the average score of 165, so it also the human resource development categories including the very good with the average score of 165 and employee performance including in the very high with the average score of 163. While the results show human resource planning has significant influence to employee performance and has significant influence to employee performance.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. The object of this research is PT.Sega Mas Banjarmasin. This study uses a survey method with a cross section design. The sampling technique uses saturated side (census). Respondents in this study were 40 permanent employees at PT.Sega Mas-Banjarmasin. This research resulted in the findings that by developing education and training, work capacity, knowledge skills, skills abilities, attitudinal abilities of employees organizational goals were achieved. Human Resource Developmentis a way to achieve an organizational goal effectively and efficiently through the implementation of individual duties and obligations in the organization. The findings of this study seem to enrich understanding of how to improve organizational performance through the inculcation of an effective Organizational Culture. This study found that the Organizational Culture that is built by increasing the culture of innovation, employee-oriented organizational activities and also paying attention to existing problems have implications for employee serenity and performance

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

This study aims to see the work ethic and work environment variables on the performance of the employees of PT Berlian Indah Nusantara Abadi Surabaya, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this method is quantitative and the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires given to 57 employees, consisting of men mean 30 people while 27 women. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis processed using the SPSS version 21.00 program. From the research results, work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on the work environment.
