This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial compensation and workload discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study. Population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to the performance of the employees of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya was taken as many as 40 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis used was reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study were simultaneous and partial discipline, compensation and workload significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tozy SantosaSurabaya because of the significance of <0.005.

This study aims to determine the influence of incentives and motivation on the performance of employee of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the employees of PT. Tozy Sentosa Surabaya was taken 63 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study, incentives and motivations simultaneously and partially significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya with significance value <0.005.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial reward, punishment and communication on the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya was taken as many as 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the analysis of the influence of the work environment and intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Sushi Tei on the results of the t test of the work environment wascalculated as -4.971 <Ttable 1.666 and intrinsic motivation of Tcount 13.189> Ttable 1.666. For the results of the F test it is known that Fcount 110,267> Ftable 3.11, it can be concluded that environmental variables and intrinsic motivation have ainfluence simultaneouson employee performance

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon improving employee performance at the Indomaret store in South Surabaya. This research is a quantitative researcher. With a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test,assumption classictest and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study influence the work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon the performance of indomaret shop employees in south Surabaya. Shows that there is arelationship positive and significantof F test 253.257> 3.15 simultaneously. Partially work motivation -0,501 <t1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline 0,795 <t table 1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture 19,861> t table 1,670 has a significant influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers Online. With a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the Influence of the Effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers on positive and significant results. The f test results were known at 214,590> f table 17,354 simultaneously. Partially compensation amounted to .211 t table 3,985 Significant effect on motivation of .119 t table of 2.689 has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction of .253 t table 4.194 has a significant effect on employee performance

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the working environment and competence of individuals to employee performance at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. The study population was all employees of the company as much as 157 people with a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with the F test and t. From the analysis and discussion is obtained that the working environment and competence of individuals simultaneously and partially influenced the performance of employees at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. Employee performance variation can be explained by the working environment and the individual competence of 86.5 percent.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously and significantly to Employee Performance. This research is qualitative research. The population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the Surabaya Tropical Disease Institute were taken as many as 59 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test result is 16.703 greater than the 2.00 table simultaneously. Partially the Leadership Style obtained a significant value of 0,000 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, Career Development obtained a significant value of 0.025 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, and Job Satisfaction obtained significant value of 0.049 (less than 0.05) has a significant effect on employee performance.
