The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

<p class="bdabstract"><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the rupiah exchange rate, economic growth and inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the rupiah exchange rate has a significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index while economic growth and inflation have no significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. Simultaneously variables of the rupiah exchange rate, economic growth, and inflation significantly influence the Jakarta Islamic Index.</em></p>

In general, entrepreneurs always maximize profits. One way to maximize profits by avoiding paying taxes. Tax avoidance is a means of exploiting legal loopholes so that employers do not pay tax or pay tax but are very small. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, size, leverage, audit committee, independent commissioners and company age on tax avoidance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method, so as many as 30 property and real estate companies are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the variable profitability, audit committee, independent commissioner has no effect on tax avoidance. While the variable size, leverage, and age of the company affect the tax avoidance.

This was a quantitative research aiming to find out the effect of every variable studied namely advertisement on television, brand equity, attraction of celebrity endorser towards the decision of buying Wardah cosmetic product. The sampling technique used in this research was non probability technique in a form of purposive sampling method that determines samples based on certain criteria. The population of this research was all students in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, and the samples of this research involved 125 respondents. The methods of data analysis used in were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regressions analysis, coeffiecient of determination, and hypothesis test. The result of analysis showed that advertisement on television partially affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypotesis was accepted with tobtained 3,582 > ttable 1,979, equity affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypothesis was accepted with tobtained 6,317 > ttable 1,979, celebrity endorser affected towards the decision of buying with tobtained 2,841 > ttable 1,979. Furthermore, the independent variables (advertisement on television, brand equity, and celebrity endorser) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (decision of buying) . This study aims to determine the influence of incentives and motivation on the performance of employee of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the employees of PT. Tozy Sentosa Surabaya was taken 63 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study, incentives and motivations simultaneously and partially significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya with significance value <0.005.

This study knows wheter or not there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Every increase in the provision of incentives to PT. Telesindo employees will increase employee performance by 0.564.

Sporting goods industry is a multibillion industry including apparel, gear and equipment. Beyond that, it is currently under flux of change. Disruptive actions cause emergence of new trends on which stakeholder must stay keen. This study analyses consumers’ economic, and technological trends within the sporting goods industry among different markets and stakeholders. Stakeholders such as businesses, organizations and consumers are shifting towards advanced sporttechniques, hence the sporting goods industry faces tremendous challenges and changes. The empirical part of the research was conducted with quantitative research methodology utilizing descriptive and analytical approaches. Data was collected from credible secondary data sources such as international institutions, governments, and databases. Data analysis was elaborated with help of descriptive methods and statistical tests.

This research was conducted in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo City with the aim to determine the effect of Segmenting, Targetting, Posisioning (STP) on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo, both simultaneously and partially, and to find out which variable between segmentation, targeting and positioning had the dominant influence on decision to buy an automatic motorcycle.This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative relationships. The variables used consist of independent variables namely STP and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used was 97 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and dominant.The results of this study indicate that segmentation, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic motorbikes.,with the results of the hypothesis testing simultaneously which proves that there is a significant simultaneous effect between  on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in KanigaranSubdistrict, Probolinggo City. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial reward, punishment and communication on the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya. <p><em>The purpose of this study serve to identify the influence analysis emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on performance employees (study at the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta Operation). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the teller PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta operation number (n) 146 with  sensus technique. Instrument research using emotional intelligence questionnaires (EQ), spiritual intelligence questionnaires (SQ), and performane questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta operation.</em><em></em></p>
