Determining a reasonable proportion of land fund for urban static traffic will meet the currentneeds and future development of urban areas, contributing to improving the operational quality of urbantransport systems and improve the quality of life of people in urban areas [1]. Hanoi, the capital of VietNam, is facing difficulties in meeting the land fund for static traffic development. In 2020, the city's landfund meets only 38.73% of the demand for traffic system development in general, static traffic in particular[2]. By using a regression model on the relationship between GDP per capita and demand for means oftransport in Hanoi, the article forcats the demand for urban static traffic development in Hanoi city, demand demand for land fund for its static traffic development to 2025 and 2030. From the forecast results, the article proposes some solutions on meeting the land fund demand for static traffic development inorder to achieve efficiency of the government's policis on static traffic development in Hanoi.

This chapter discusses the nature and operation of mandatory and default rules in fiduciary law, arguing that loyalty is a core element of every fiduciary legal institution. Loyalty is the hallmark of fiduciary law, as it requires persons in other-regarding positions of power to perform functions selflessly, rather than selfishly. However, there are many circumstances in which a person undertakes and exercises other-regarding powers, underscoring the fact that a broad range of persons may be the subject of fiduciary law. This chapter first provides an overview of key concepts and context, focusing on the distinction between mandatory rules and default rules as well as sources of such rules in fiduciary law. It then considers fiduciary loyalty, citing examples that illustrate how a baseline of fiduciary accountability is implied by the essential nature of fiduciary legal institutions, along with the mandatory or default quality of the duties of care and good faith. The main thesis of this chapter is that loyalty is a basic constituent element of all fiduciary legal institutions. Whether fiduciary principles are mandatory involves a consideration and determination of whether the relationship or institution is inherently fiduciary as matter of law and legal classification. It also highlights the modern trend toward codification and clear legislative demarcation of mandatory and default rules in fiduciary law.

BACKGROUND: Vitamin D is essential for children and adults for healthy bone growth. Lack of this vitamin in children can cause rickets, and in adults, softening of the bones and an increased risk of fractures. Vitamin D deficiency can cause immune disorders, increased susceptibility to infections, the development of certain types of cancer, diabetes mellitus, and cardiovascular diseases. AIM: The article presents the literature data and the results of our own research on the analysis of the relationship between chronic kidney disease (CKD) and Vitamin D provision in children from 1 to 17 years old. The aim of the study was to establish the level of Vitamin D in children with different stages of CKD. METHODS: Between January 2020 and September 2020, we examined 40 children (16 boys and 24 girls). The patients’ age ranged from 1 to 17 years inclusive. RESULTS: Vitamin D deficiency was found in 62.5% of children with CKD. Vitamin D deficiency was noted in 25% of cases. The prevalence of Vitamin D deficiency correlates with a decrease in glomerular filtration rate. CONCLUSION: Determination of Vitamin D level in children with CKD is important for timely correction and prevention of further progression of CKD. Timely substitution therapy will improve the quality of life of a child with CKD and prevent the development of complications.

Introduction: Cardiovascular drug interaction is the alarming and becoming leading cause of death in the society ofKarachi Pakistan where the prevalence rate of CVS diseases in urban areas is very high. Objective: The aim was to evaluate thecardiovascular interactions in poly prescription in the city of Karachi, Pakistan. Study Design: The methodology adopted for this study iscross sectional study. Material & Methods: In which verbally and signed informed consent prepare which help to limitize the biasness. Results: In this study the determination of the percentage of interactions is about 30%.The gender which is most susceptible forinteraction is females. The Significance or consequences of interaction would measured by minor, moderate and major level. In our studyminor is about 28, moderate is about19 while Major is about 9.The most untoward effects which was seen was bradycardia and the classof drug which lead for interaction is Beat and ACE blockers in the prescribing practice and some severe interaction lead to life threatening. Conclusion: The main result which is concluding for this study is the huge number of interaction which is found in the prescription createslife threatening circumstances. With the proper consultation and time we can minimize the interaction as well as the health scenario canbe improved and the quality of life can be improved.

Regionalization of Serbia, as an instruments whose adequate use would contribute to a decrease in interregional differences in development of certain parts, represents a complex task, which is only to some extent finished by adopting bigger territorial parts in Serbia. This work is made for the purpose of presenting the problems with regional planning process deriving from inconsistency which exists between administrative territorial organization into districts of the Republic of Serbia and functional areas of regional centers defined by The Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia, issued in 1996, then functional urban areas presented in The Strategy of Spatial Development of the Republic of Serbia in 2009-2013-2020 and in The Draft Law of Spatial Plan of the Republic of Serbia in 2010-2014-2021. Moreover, the work compares the above mentioned spatial areas with planned regions, for which the drawing up of regional spatial plans is scheduled, namely with statistical macroregions, whose defining is one of the recently adopted decisions in the Republic of Serbia. The aim of pointing out to the above mentioned inconsistency in so far used concepts of regionalization, is to contribute to the quality of regional planning of development, as well as to finding solutions which would refer to establishing borders of smaller, meso-regional totalities, and also to the determination of authorities of both middle levels of administration in our country. .

In this paper fuzzy logic was applied to the Taguchi method to design the dimensional tolerances of a six-bar hinge mechanism with multiple performance characteristics (MPC). A fuzzy logic system was used to determine the relationship between the S/N (signal to noise) ratios of the position and the angle error for assessing the level of importance of each control factor in the hinge mechanism. The contribution of each control factor to the variations was also quantified through the response table and response diagram and the key dimensions found to significantly affect the quality of the mechanism were r4, β, r1 and r5, which contributed 67.77% of the total product variation. It followed therefore that in order to improve the quality of the mechanism the tolerance of these factors must be tightened. Through a series of confirmation experiments, it was revealed that tightening the tolerance resulted in an increase in the multiple performance index (MPI) by 0.094, which was an increase of 19.87% of the initial value.

Clustering is a potential tool of data mining. A clustering method analyzes the pattern of a data set and groups the data into several clusters based on the similarity among themselves. Clusters may be either crisp or fuzzy in nature. The present chapter deals with clustering of some data sets using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm and Entropy-based Fuzzy Clustering (EFC) algorithm. In FCM algorithm, the nature and quality of clusters depend on the pre-defined number of clusters, level of cluster fuzziness and a threshold value utilized for obtaining the number of outliers (if any). On the other hand, the quality of clusters obtained by the EFC algorithm is dependent on a constant used to establish the relationship between the distance and similarity of two data points, a threshold value of similarity and another threshold value used for determining the number of outliers. The clusters should ideally be distinct and at the same time compact in nature. Moreover, the number of outliers should be as minimum as possible. Thus, the above problem may be posed as an optimization problem, which will be solved using a Genetic Algorithm (GA). The best set of multi-dimensional clusters will be mapped into 2-D for visualization using a Self-Organizing Map (SOM).

The chapter presents a quality-driven, MDA-based approach for database system development. It consists of four parts. The first part gives a short presentation of quality models and basic MDA concepts. The second one discusses the specific relationships between software development and quality assessment processes. The third part presents the Q-MDA framework which combines the aforementioned processes. The framework is next tailored for database systems design. In particular the authors discuss the relationship between MDA models and data models. The last part contains an example of the framework application. The example shows how the specification and evaluation of the quality of database models can influence the process of database system development.

the road is the main part of city traffic system, connects the different functions of the city land. The actual function of road traffic and space includes two functions. As the bus approaches of road vehicles and personnel, with clear guidance, on both sides of the road environment landscape should be consistent with the requirements and guidance, achieve walking King visual effects shift. Planting and pavement texture color road side of the choice should have the sense of rhythm and ornamental. To meet the traffic demand at the same time, the road can form an important view corridor. Therefore, the design should pay attention to the landscape and vision on the road, in order to strengthen the focus of the landscape.
