This paper discusses the hadith cursing angels against wives who do not want to be invited to bed. In discussing it, the author uses an equality approach, a sociological and health perspective. The problem of the bed is an important problem in the household because such rituals are a form of obedience and fulfillment of the rights of both parties as well as a form of worship. Angels act against a wife who refuses the husband's invitation to bed, even when she is menstruating. On the other hand, the husband also sins if his wife asks to make out, but the husband refuses, even though the reason is busy doing worship. So on the matter of the bed, there must be equality between husband and wife, because in addition to the purpose of physic (zahir) goodness, it is far from that to build inner (bathin) pleasure, namely sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah. In essence, marriage is worship, so it must be interpreted as jima' as a form of worship, not as coercion or oppression. "Hunna libāsun lakum, wa antum libāsun lahun" "You are clothes for them, so they are clothes for you".

The existence of stepchild in a household is often the source of the household disharmony between husband and wife. It is common for this disharmony to lead to divorce. On the other hand, the stepchild often receives discriminatory and even cruel treatment. By using the descriptive analysis method, the author collected the data on the life of the Prophet -peace and blessings of Allah be upon him- with his stepchildren. Then the data were analysed, in order to reveal his practical and applicabletips from living with the stepchildren. The author madethe Prophet life with his stepchildren the object of research, asthe Prophet is a role model for mankind in every aspect of life. He had of course taught a set of applicable and effective tips in living a married life with his stepchildren. Moreover, he married ten widowed women who all had children from their previous marriage. From analysing these data, the author found at least six practical tips that the Prophet exemplified so that he succeeded in interacting with all of his stepchildren. From this research, the author concluded that one of the solutions to the success of the Prophet -peace and blessings of Allah be upon him-in interacting with his stepchildren is because he positioned them as one of the keys to the Prophet’s marriage with their mothers and as one of the keys to happiness in the household. Likewise, the Prophet never perceived his stepchildren as a threat to the peace of his household.

The availability of nafkah (money given by husband to his wife for household expenses) in family life often becomes a source of conflict. Moreover, nafkah often becomes a reason for husband and wife for divorce. This is due to the obligation for providing nafkah is relied on husband (man) rather than wife (woman). Yet, on the one hand, “nafkah relied on husband” is often used by husband to powerfully control over his wife. On the other hand, in a culture of matrilocal residence (in wife’s home with her parents), “nafkah relied on husband” can be also used by wife to powerfully control her husband  and this becomes a means for woman to subordinate and oppress her husband. Furthemore, for both husband or wife, “nafkah relied on husband” may often becomes a trigger to divorce. Therefore, it is important to redefine such strict division of gender role and contextually give more priority to equality in gender role in households life.Copyright (c) 2015 by Al-Ihkam. This article aims to describe the relations of equality and respect for men and women in the Karo cultural frame. The relationship between the two, where adat (culture) is the main reference often has bad-faced implications for the Karo patriarchy. Patriarch Karo is often claimed not to have a space of equality and respect for women. The problem will be focused on the use of idioms attached to Karo women. One idiom that is very attached to Karo women is rukat nakan. Idiom the rukat nakan describes the domestic duties of women, namely arranging accommodation and household logistics. With regard to the relationship between men and women, feminists claim the rukat nakan idiom is a form of condescension toward women, even an attempt to domesticate Karo patriarchal role of women. On the other hand, this idiom is also often referred to to validate the wife's subordination to her husband. The results of the research through interviews, literary research and analysis of Karo song poems, the idioms of rukat nakan are an illustration of the appreciation of the domestic role of women. Si rukat nakan is a domestic assignment which describes a very private relationship between husband and wife. The term “si rukat nakan” is not to denigrate or domesticate women, but it shows respect for women's roles.

Kata Kunci: utang; piutang; perceraian ABSTRACTMarriage is a bond between husband and wife to form a happy and eternal family. Unfortunately, these bonds often lead to divorce. The responsibility of husband and wife for joint debts after the divorce is divided into two, namely personal loan and union loan. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct counseling to provide understanding and education for people going to divorce, especially in legal matters of debt and debt juridical. The location of the activity is in the Sekarbele sub-district, Mataram City. The method used in this activity is lecture, question, and answer. The discussion results show that the people of Sekarbela District do not understand this problem because there has never been any socialization from the government. Generally, when a divorce occurs, the women do not think about their rights. Once a divorce verdict happens, they return to their parents' house with what they can bring (clothes and some household furniture). This situation occurs because the people are still naive in doing their life. In addition, the influence of the patrilineal kinship system also plays a role in this problem. If the woman causes the debt, then the man's family (husband) bears the debt by divorcing his wife (by agreement). On the other hand, it is the husband's responsibility if the husband makes the debt clear. Keywords: debt; receivable; divorce

AbstractWe have developed a model for theH2OandOHevolution in a comet outburst, assuming that together with the gas, a distribution of icy grains is ejected. With an initial mass of icy grains of 108kg released, theH2OandOHproductions are increased up to a factor two, and the growth curves change drastically in the first two days. The model is applied to eruptions detected in theOHradio monitorings and fits well with the slow variations in the flux. On the other hand, several events of short duration appear, consisting of a sudden rise ofOHflux, followed by a sudden decay on the second day. These apparent short bursts are frequently found as precursors of a more durable eruption. We suggest that both of them are part of a unique eruption, and that the sudden decay is due to collisions that de-excite theOHmaser, when it reaches the Cometopause region located at 1.35 × 105kmfrom the nucleus.

We have become accustomed to differentiating between the scanning microscope and the conventional transmission microscope according to the resolving power which the two instruments offer. The conventional microscope is capable of a point resolution of a few angstroms and line resolutions of periodic objects of about 1Å. On the other hand, the scanning microscope, in its normal form, is not ordinarily capable of a point resolution better than 100Å. Upon examining reasons for the 100Å limitation, it becomes clear that this is based more on tradition than reason, and in particular, it is a condition imposed upon the microscope by adherence to thermal sources of electrons.

Life beyond 1MeV – like life after 40 – is not too different unless one takes advantage of past experience and is receptive to new opportunities. At first glance, the returns on performing electron microscopy at voltages greater than 1MeV diminish rather rapidly as the curves which describe the well-known advantages of HVEM often tend towards saturation. However, in a country with a significant HVEM capability, a good case can be made for investing in instruments with a range of maximum accelerating voltages. In this regard, the 1.5MeV KRATOS HVEM being installed in Berkeley will complement the other 650KeV, 1MeV, and 1.2MeV instruments currently operating in the U.S. One other consideration suggests that 1.5MeV is an optimum voltage machine – Its additional advantages may be purchased for not much more than a 1MeV instrument. On the other hand, the 3MeV HVEM's which seem to be operated at 2MeV maximum, are much more expensive.
