Bojong Jengkol Village Ciampea Bogor is the production center of male sheep. To overcome thecapital, management, and marketing problem in male sheep fattening, having a partnership with CV. Mitra Tani Farm is one of the solution for the farmer, though not all of the farmers in the village participate in the partnership. This study aims to analyse the implementation of the partnership, to describe the farming performance with descriptive analysis, and to comparethe male sheep fatteningprofitof farmers who have a partnership with Mitra Tani Farm to that ofthose who do not. The results show that the non-partnership farmer obtainesthe highest ratio of profit to cash cost per SDD per period. On the other hand, in all scale, the ratio of profit to total cost per SDD per period is negative, which can be concluded that the fattening business is disadvantaging. However, the ratio of profit to total costof the partnership  farmers better than that of non-partnership farmer since they have the smallest loss.

This study purposed to analyze the indication of bureaucratic pathology of the village government and its effect on the success of village fund budgeting management by applying the variable dysfunction of bureaucracy and mal administration as independent variables and accountability as the dependent variable. This research is applying descriptive analysis research methods and multiple regression with 98 participants from the staff of the  village offices in Wonosari sub district. As the results, this study shows that simultaneously dysfunction of bureaucracy and mal administration have a significant effect on accountability, while partially the variable Disfunction of bureaucracy does not have a significant effect. On the other hand, mal administration has a significant effect on the accountability of the village government.

We have become accustomed to differentiating between the scanning microscope and the conventional transmission microscope according to the resolving power which the two instruments offer. The conventional microscope is capable of a point resolution of a few angstroms and line resolutions of periodic objects of about 1Å. On the other hand, the scanning microscope, in its normal form, is not ordinarily capable of a point resolution better than 100Å. Upon examining reasons for the 100Å limitation, it becomes clear that this is based more on tradition than reason, and in particular, it is a condition imposed upon the microscope by adherence to thermal sources of electrons.

We consider the computational complexity of finding an optimal deadlock recovery. It is known that for an arbitrary number of resource types the problem is NP-hard even when the total cost of deadlocked jobs and the total number of resource units are “small” relative to the number of deadlocked jobs. It is also known that for one resource type the problem is NP-hard when the total cost of deadlocked jobs and the total number of resource units are “large” relative to the number of deadlocked jobs. In this paper we show that for one resource type the problem is solvable in polynomial time when the total cost of deadlocked jobs or the total number of resource units is “small” relative to the number of deadlocked jobs. For fixed m ⩾ 2 resource types, we show that the problem is solvable in polynomial time when the total number of resource units is “small” relative to the number of deadlocked jobs. On the other hand, when the total number of resource units is “large”, the problem becomes NP-hard even when the total cost of deadlocked jobs is “small” relative to the number of deadlocked jobs. The results in the paper, together with previous known ones, give a complete delineation of the complexity of this problem under various assumptions of the input parameters.

We prepared [meso-tetrakis(4-carboxylatophenyl)porphyrinato]oxovanadium(IV) tetrasodium, ([VO(tcpp)]Na4), and investigated its in vitro insulin-mimetic activity and in vivo metallokinetic feature in healthy rats. The results were compared with those of previously proposed insulin-mimetic oxovanadium(IV)porphyrin complexes and oxovanadium(IV) sulphate. The in vitro insulin-mimetic activity and bioavailability of [VO(tcpp)]Na4 were considerably better than those of [meso-tetrakis (1-methylpyridinium-4-yl)porphyrinato]oxovanadium(IV)(4+) tetraperchlorate ([VO(tmpyp)](ClO4)4) and oxovanadium(IV) sulphate. On the other hand, [VO(tcpp)]Na4 and [meso-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrinato]oxidovanadate(IV)(4-)([VO(tpps)]) showed very similar in vitro insulin-mimetic activity and in vivo metallokinetic feature in healthy rats. In particular, the order of in vitro insulin-mimetic activity of the complexes was determined to be: [VO(tcpp)]Na4 ≈ [VO(tpps)] > ([VO(tmpyp)](ClO4)4 > oxovanadium(IV) sulphate.

The difference between intent (dolus) and negligence (culpa) was rarely emphasized in codified medieval laws and regulations. When compared to the legal statements related to intent, negligence was mentioned even more rarely. However, there are some laws that distinguished between the two concepts in terms of some specific crimes, such as arson. This paper draws attention to three medieval Slavic legal documents – the Zakon Sudnyj LJudem (ZSLJ), the Vinodol Law and the Statute of Senj. They are compared with reference to regulations regarding arson, with the focus being on arson as a crime committed intentionally or out of negligence. The ZSLJ as the oldest known Slavic law in the world shows some similarities with other medieval Slavic legal codes, especially in the field of criminal law, since most of the ZSLJ’s articles are related to criminal law. On the other hand, the Vinodol Law is the oldest preserved Croatian law and it is among the oldest Slavic codes in the world. It was written in 1288 in the Croatian Glagolitic script and in the Croatian Chakavian dialect. The third document – the Statute of Senj – regulated legal matters in the Croatian littoral town of Senj. It was written in 1388 – exactly a century after the Vinodol Law was proclaimed. When comparing the Vinodol Law and the Statute of Senj with the Zakon Sudnyj LJudem, there are clear differences and similarities, particularly in the field of criminal law. Within the framework of criminal offenses, the act of arson is important for making a distinction between intent and negligence. While the ZSLJ regulates different levels of guilt, the Vinodol Law makes no difference between dolus and culpa. On the other hand, the Statute of Senj strictly refers to negligence as a punishable crime. Even though the ZSLJ is almost half a millennium older than the Statute of Senj and around 400 years older than the Vinodol Law, this paper proves that the ZSLJ defines the guilt and the punishment for arson much better than the other two laws.

This study discusses the forms of crime in the context of criminal acts or the comparison of criminal acts (same loop) that occur in society. This happens where one person commits a crime, but it is not uncommon for one person to commit several functional crimes at the same time in the same place. On the other hand, there is also one person who determines the number of crimes at different times in different locations which in criminal law is known as the term of criminal acts or sharing criminal acts (same loop) or in Dutch is same loop van Strafbare Feiten. This study uses a normative method using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are three forms of criminal acts namely Concursus Idialis, continuing actions and realist Concursus while the penal system in the proportion of criminal acts can be applied to three methods, namely Stelsel absorption, cumulative Stelsel, and limited cumulative Stelsel. Keywords: criminal code; criminal system; joint crime.

In this research, the influence of amino- and hydroxyethyl imidazolines of petroleum acids on the antistatic property and lubricity of diesel fuel has been studied. The researches illustrated that when the boiling point of petroleum acid fractions increases, the influence of imidazolines on the antistatic property and lubricity of diesel fuel decreases. Besides, it has been known that, the influence of aminoethyl imidazolines of petroleum acids on the antistatic property and lubricity of diesel fuel is better than the influence of hydroxyethyl imidazolines, On the other hand, it has been revealed that, when imidazolines of petroleum acids are added to the diesel fuel, the antistatic effect increases over time.
