This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate fundamental factors such as ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning per Share), NPM (Net Profit Margin), DER (Dept to Equity Ratio) and CR (Current Ratio) of financial sector stock returns listed in the Daftar Efek Syariah (DES). The sample of this study were determined using the saturated sampling method in which all populations were sampled. The research sample consisted of 5 companies with an observation period of 2015-2017 to obtain 15 observational data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that ROA, ROE, EPS, NPM, DER and CR together had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. While partially ROA, ROE, NPM, and CR have no significant effect on stock returns. Only EPS and DER have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. While the most dominant variable influencing stock returns is DER. The theoretical implication of this research was that investors need to consider EPS and DER by looking at the ups and downs of the ratio. Practically, in determining investor stock returns, do not only pay attention to the company's internal factors, but must pay attention to the company's external factors.  Keywords: Fundamental Factors, ROA, ROE, EPS, NPM, DER, CR, Stock Return.

Dana Desa are one of the most effective policies in village development with the completion of various kinds of infrastructure in the village. On the other hand, this policy caused side effects in the form of criminal acts of corruption against these funds. Through the interpretation of Q.S. Yusuf verse 55, the author offers the actualization of the spirit of mental revolution in the management of village funds through measures to strengthen integrity, increase professionalism, innovation, responsibility, and broaden horizons. Through these steps, the village fund policy can be implemented completely and right on target.

This study aims to reveal the philosophical values of Islamic law in the three ethical codes of NetizMu Muhammadiyah. This research is a literature review. The type of Islamic legal research in this study is a philosophical normative Islamic law research with an Islamic legal philosophy approach. The primary data source of this research, namely the NetizMU Muhammadiyah code of ethics), and secondary data using various relevant scientific researches. The theory used is a systems philosophy approach in Islamic law initiated by Jasser Auda.. This study concludes that there are values ​​of Islamic law philosophy in the three NetizMU codes of ethics. First, the value of religious protection (hifz al-din) in the context of making the prophetic social values ​​of religion the main basis for the code of ethics for the use of social media. Second, the value of public benefit (al-maslahat al-ammah) in the code of ethics for the use of social media as a medium for humanization (amar makruf) and liberation (nahi munkar). Third, the value of intellectual protection (hifz al-'aql) in the context of a code of ethics limiting freedom of expression, both in the form of information and communication on social media.

The health of a bank based on sharia principles is in the interest of all parties involved, including the owner, bank management, public users of bank services, Bank Indonesia as the bank supervisory authority and other parties. The following article aims to discuss the principles of Sharia prudential banking through an early warning system (EWS) that Islamic banks usually apply. The research method used is qualitative with a field research approach and literature study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the application of an early warning measurement system for Islamic banks can be calculated using several indicators, namely including return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), non-performing finance (NPF) and ratios. operating costs and operating income (BOPO). This is implemented to reduce the level of problematic financing caused by two factors, namely internal factors (the banking sector), namely the lack of maintenance that has been determined, accuracy in business analysis, understanding of the necessary needs, inclusion of sound policy requirements and pursuing targets. External factors (debtors) are natural disasters, decreased business, collateral, increased competition for business types, low education levels and family factors.

One of the legal istinbath methods which must be considered to provide answers to new cases that have emerged in Islamic law is al-'urf. Al-'Urf are customs, habits or traditions that occur repeatedly or continuously in an area or place and are practiced by the wider community so that they become a part of religious life. Principally, al-'urf is divided into two parts, namely al-'urf shahih and al-'urf al-fasid. Al-ʻUrf Al-Sahih is the custom which is practiced by the community at large, is justified by common sense considerations and has a noble or advantageous impact on life and does not intrude the provisions of the Qur'an and Hadith of Rasulallah saw. Meanwhile, Al-ʻUrf Al-Fasid is the opposite of al-'urf al-shahih is the custom of the community that cannot be justified by common sense and contradicts the values of the Qur'an and hadith. This paper raises an example of the application of al-'urf in the performance of ta'ziyah. The application of al-'urf in the performance of ta'ziyah is a custom, habit or tradition that is repeatedly carried out by the community. However, none of these practices contradict the values of the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, performance of ta'ziyah is justified by the law (sharia). Because everything that contains goodness values is highly recommended to do it. In fact, a good custom, tradition or habit can be considered for the construction of a law.

This study aims to reveal social prophetic values ​​in the principles of political ethics in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research in the form of literature review. This type of legal research is normative legal research with a philosophical approach. The primary data source of this research is the text of the code of ethics of politicians and political parties. Meanwhile, secondary data sources use various scientific studies that are relevant to the object of discussion. The analytical theory approach used is Kuntowijoyo's social prophetic paradigm theory. This study concludes that the various principles of political ethics in Indonesia are parallel with the values ​​of humanization, liberation and transcendence. First, the principle of public benefit is parallel to the teachings of ukhuwah insaniyah and ta'awun insani. Second, the principle of honesty is parallel to the nature of shiddiq. Third, the principles of integrity and professionalism are parallel to the teachings of the khaira ummah, justice, deliberation, ulul albab, Imamat, and tauhid which are liberating. Fourth, the principle of accountability parallel with amanah. Fifth, this principle of justice is parallel to the universal teaching of Islam in the form of al-adalah.

Marriage is one of the religious commands that must be done by people who already have the physical and mental abilities to carry it out. In the law state of Indonesia, marriages are regulated by the state regarding the terms and conditions for someone who is going to get married, and both rules are directed at men and women. These rules are contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 and Islamic Law. Therefore, if the marriage does not meet the terms and conditions set, the marriage cannot be carried out. Since marriage is a union between a man and a woman, there will be cooperation, both cooperation in fostering households to achieve harmony and in finding property for survival. Each property obtained by a married couple will become a common property even though in terms of quantity, the one earned by each husband and wife can be different, even the one who earns money is only one of them. However, the marriage between the two makes the property belong together. Although in terms of civil and Islamic law, there are no strict rules regarding shared assets, but because the assets are obtained after marriage, they become shared property. Therefore, if a divorce in the future occurs or one dies, the assets must be divided in half. The rules for the distribution of shared assets do not actually violate the general provisions contained in either positive law or Islamic law.

Pasar modal secara nyata telah menjadi penggerak finansial suatu Negara atau dunia. Pasar modal dijadikan sebagai suatu pilihan pengganti sumber pendanaan untuk suatu perusahaan, serta sarana berinvestasi bagi investor. Instrumen yang diperjual-belikan di pasar modal berupa efek yang dapat diperdagangkan kembali oleh pemiliknya dalam bentuk saham atau diwujudkan dalam bentuk obligasi. Pada prinsipnya, instrumen yang terdapat di pasar modal bentuknya beraneka ragam, karena semua efek atau surat berharga dapat diperjual-belikan. Untuk instrument di pasar modal syariah yang boleh diperjual-belikan hanya apabila memenuhi prinsip syariah. Instrumen dalam pasar modal syariah dapat berbentuk saham syariah, obligasi syariah, reksadana syariah dan efek beragun aset (EBA) syariah. Mekanisme transaksi penjualan dan pembelian saham yang dilakukan pada pasar modal syariah tidak boleh dilakukan secara langsung, hal ini untuk menghindari para spekulan untuk mempermainkan harga. Dalam proses perdagangan saham, aktivitas jual-beli tidak dilakukan secara langsung, melainkan pihak yang melakukan penawaran umum memberikan kekuasaan dan keleluasaan kepada agen di lantai bursa yang bertugas untuk mempertemukan perusahaan dengan calon investor. Saham tersebut kemudian diperjual-belikan karena tersedia dan berdasarkan pada prinsip first come-first served.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana strategi promosi pengembangan wisata Pinus Ecopark melalui media sosial dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), sedangkan sifat penelitian ini  adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dan semua data-data tersebut dianalisa secara induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi promosi pengembangan Wisata Pinus Ecopark yang digunakan oleh pengelola wisata yaitu melalui berbagai variabel promosi diantaranya yaitu periklanan, penjualan personal, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, dan pemasaran langsung. Dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi pengelola wisata pinus ecopark telah melakukan promosi sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam, namun ada hal yang menjadi permasalahan dan percekcokan yang menyebabkan kesalahpahaman diantara postingan pengelola wisata dengan pengunjung wisata, dimana postingan gambar spot foto yang sudah lama tidak di perbaharui oleh pengelola wisata, sehingga membuat beberapa pengunjung menjadi kecewa karena kesalahpahaman tersebut.

Whether we realize it or not, gender inequality is one of the social problems that we can easily find in people's lives. The problem of gender bias can occur in various aspects of life, including the aspect of legal rights, such as the right as guardian of marriage in Indonesia. This study aims to find a discourse analysis of the opportunities for women as marriage guardians in Indonesia. This study employs empirical normative legal method. The primary data sources are the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and social observation. The secondary data sources used were various other relevant studies. Meanwhile, the theory used as a tool of analysis is the sociological theory of Islamic law from Ibn Qayyim al-Jauzi regarding changes in Islamic law. This study concludes that based on the pattern of equality of gender relations in Indonesian society, granting the right of authority as guardian of marriage to female relatives is a form of istihsan bi al-'urf, the change of law from general law (kulii) to special or casuistic law (juz'i) based on existing culture or custom. This is parallel with Ibn Qayyim's theory of change in Islamic law which makes conditions (ahwal) and culture ('adat) part of the factors of changing Islamic law.
