 This research is aimed at determining the partially and simultaneously significant effect and dominant effect of variables of leadership style, organisation culture, and non-physical work environment on the work satisfaction of employees of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan. This research is explanatory study with 89 samples selected  from 115 collected through questionnaiers  and analysed with multiple linear regression, f-test, t-test  and  R2 test. The research showed  that there is partially  and simultaneously significant  effect of leadership style, organisational culture and non-physical  work environment on the work satisfaction of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan, and non physical work environment has the most dominant effect on the work satisfaction of Santo Antonius Catholic Hospital Karang Ujung Ampenan. Keywords :     leadership style, organisation culture, non-physical work environment, work satisfaction.

Work discipline is a method used by a company to influence the behavior of its employees in order to obey the rules and regulations in the company to achieve the goals of the company. Work discipline is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment on the work discipline of UPT employees. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. This research was conducted at the UPT. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. The number of samples taken was 40 people including the head of the Office, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment had a significant effect on work discipline. This research entitles Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation to the Work Satisfaction (A Study at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram). It is aimed at analyzing the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and compensation to the work of the staffs at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram, both simultaneously and partially. This particular research is an associative research. Those surveyed are 103 staffs in total who are employed as civil servants at that particular department. The sample of the research was selected using total sampling technique, in which it took all civil servants as respondents. The instruments were examined using multiple linier regression analysis method, in which the software SPSS 20 was used to examine research hypothesis. The research reveals that ,(1) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation partially effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (2) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation simultaneously effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (3) physical work environment effected the staffs’ work satisfaction dominantly.Key words: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation in Elementary School East Sinduadi, Sleman. The type of this research is the nature regresional aimed to see the effect of variable Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variables. As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. Business competition in the field of tourism accommodation causes corporate leaders and employees, especially lodging places, are required to always act professionally. The purpose of this study are (1) to determine the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline, (2) to know the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment partially have a significant effect on employee work discipline , (3) to find out the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment dominantly have a significant influence on employee work discipline. This research was conducted in Alam Kulkul Boutique Resort Kuta-Bali which is engaged in tourism accommodation using census method (total sampling) in determining a sample of 65 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis prove that leadership, work relationships and physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership, work relations and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

This research is aimed at determining the effect of work environment and incentives on the work satisfaction of health center laboratory workers in West Lombok. The population of this research are all 40 workers of health center laboratory in West Lombok. The analysis is completed with multiple linear regression. The research showed that work environment and incentive simultaneously have positive and significant  effect on the work satisfaction. Partially, work environment has positive a significant  effect on work satisfaction and incentive  has positive and significant effect on work satisfaction. Work environment has more dominant  effect comparing to the incentive effect on the work satisfaction of workers of health center laboratory in West Lombok.Keywords :  Work Satisfaction, Work Environment, Incentive.

Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

The importance of work morale can be seen as a fundamental part of management activities so that something can be directed towards directing the potential and human power by generating, animating, fostering high levels of desire and togetherness in carrying out individual and organizational tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Leadership Style on work morale of Savings and Loan Unit at the Koperasi Srinadi Klungkung. multiple linear regression analysis was used with 35 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Work morale  is strongly influenced by the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Leadership Style. Managers and managers in the Savings and Loan Unit at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative must pay attention to the provision of compensation and attention to the work environment as a whole so that there will be comfort in the work process Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Compensation, Leadership Style, Work morale
