This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation in Elementary School East Sinduadi, Sleman. The type of this research is the nature regresional aimed to see the effect of variable Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variables. As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. This research aimed to determine the influence of work environment on service quality at Labor and Industry Agency of Padang City. This was an associative study with a causal relationship variable. The population of this study was all of people who received services at Labor and Industry Agency of Padang City on July 2018. Sample of this research consisted 265 respondents, determined through the table of Isaac and Michael with a level of 10% error. Data in this research were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS version 22.0 software. The results of this research showed that there was a significant influence of physical work environment (X1) on service quality (Y) with a contribution amounted to 22.3%. Then, there was also a significant influence of non-physical work environment (X2) on service quality (Y) with a contribution amounted to 8.9%. Furthermore, there was also co-significant influence on the physical work environment (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously on service quality (Y) with a contribution as many as 25.8%.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and job placement on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative. The sample uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method which is a sampling technique when an organization has employees from the background of stratified positions totaling 106 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis proves that the work motivation, work environment and job placement have a significant effect on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative.

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of communication, motivation, and physical work environment on employee work discipline. This research was conducted at the Warung Mina Peguyangan Denpasar Branch. The number of samples taken was 45 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis show that communication, motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The Peguyangan Denpasar Branch Mina Warung is expected to pay more attention to fellow employees' communication, improve the health care of their employees, such as providing health insurance, and arranging rooms so that employees feel comfortable at work. Room arrangement will make it easier for employees to do work quickly, accurately, and accurately to help improve employee work discipline. <p>This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the compensation of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo</p><p>2015; 2) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of work motivation of employees at Industry batik Dewi Brotojoyo 2015; 3) determine whether there is a significant effect compensation and work motivation on the effectiveness of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo 2015. The population was are all employees of Industry Batik Dewi Brotojoyo in Masaran, some 225 employee. Method sampling technique used is produce random sampling proportional sample of 45 responden. Method analysis used in this study is the linear regression analysis ganda. Result tests performed showed that percentage physical work environment at PT. Batik Dewi Brotojoyo Masaran</p><p>2015 amounted to 76.8%, the compensation amounting to 76.98%, and the effectiveness of employees amounted to 78.43%. From the calculation, the regression equation 9.766 + 0.228</p>X1  + 0.345 X2. This means that the average effectiveness of employees (Y) is expected to increase or decrease by 0.228 for every one unit increase or decrease in the work environment and would have increased or decreased by 0.345 for every one unit increase or decrease the compensation.

This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

The spirit of work is the attitude of individuals and groups towards the entire environment in accordance with the interests of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation on the employee morale of Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. The number of samples taken was 68 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation had a significant effect on morale. This means that the better transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation applied by the company, the higher the employee morale. Motivation for Instructors at work is an incentive to move the spirit of teachers in such a way that their conduct can be oriented toward genuine attempts to attain the goals that have been established. As a result, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the leadership style, salary, and physical work environment of high school Economics instructors in Subang Regency have an impact on their work motivation. The sampling technique utilized in this study was a saturated sample technique, which meant that all members of the population were sampled, with a total of 221 teachers. Based on the findings of a multiple linear regression analysis performed with the SPSS 21 software package. This study's findings indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between leadership style, remuneration, and physical work environment and the job motivation of high school Economics teachers in Subang Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, satisfaction and motivation on teacher performance. Respondents are civil servant teachers of Public Elementary School in Kendit sub-district, Situbondo district, amounting to 104 teachers, which amounts to 104 teachers. The sample size is 83 people. Research using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that there is no influence between information technology variables on teacher performance. While the variable of satisfaction and motivation have an effect on to teacher performance
