This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. <em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Individual characteristics and work environment are considered as crucial aspects for companies that want to improve their employees’ performance. PT Trakindo Utama specifically Samarinda branch is one of many branches of PT Trakindo Utama in Indonesia, which become the sole agent of Caterpillar products in Indonesia. Caterpillar itself is the world's leading manufacturer of heavy equipment originally from USA. This research aims to determine the influence of characteristics and non-physical work environment of the employee performance in parts Department at PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda branch. The individual characteristics (x1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are used as independent variables while the performance of employees (Y) as dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 34 respondents by using questionnaires while secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Data analysis uses a double linear regression technique by using SPSS 22 software. The results show that the individual characteristic variables does not have any partial effect toward the performance of the employees of Parts Department PT Trakindo Utama Cabang Samarinda branch and individual characteristic variables (X1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are simultaneously influential in the performance of the Employees (Y) Parts Department at PT trakindo Utama, Samarinda branch.  Suggestions for PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda Branch, the company should hold a family gathering in order to improve not only for each employees relations but also with bosses to stay awake, provide suggestions and evaluate employee work which can effectively improve employee performance, manage the best possible time so that the job can be completed on time.

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher training and transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teacher members of SMA N1 SEMIN. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sessus technique, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 44 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that teacher training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.018 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Teacher training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.021 <0.05, so hypothesis III is accepted. Transformational leadership has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.352 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Teacher training on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.08 > 1.96 then hypothesis VI is accepted. Transformational leadership on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.80 < 1.96 then hypothesis VII is rejected. Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of competence and non-physical work environment on employees performance at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument of a questionnaire. The population on this study were employees at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari, using the census method of determining respondents, so that the respondent size was set at 46 employees. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on employee performance. From these results it can be concluded that the better the competence possessed, the existing non-physical work environment and also the perceived job satisfaction, will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics and physical work environment on job satisfaction in the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method that is used  multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. To test hypotheses using statistical t test with a level of α of 5%.
