Every company aspires rapid growth in each business unit lived. One thing you can do is to pay attention to aspects of customer loyalty. The purpose of research is to analyze and prove the influence of Trust, Commitment Company, Communication, Conflict Management Customer Loyalty At PT. Bank Sinarmas branch office Mataram. This type of research is the study of causality. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 170 customers. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence of Confidence in Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (2) There is a significant influence of the Company's commitment to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. (3) There is a significant influence on the Communication on Bank Sinarmas Customer Loyalty Branch Mataram. (4) There is a significant influence of the Conflict Management to Customer Loyalty Branch Bank Sinarmas Mataram. For the management of Bank Sinarmas Branch Mataram, to improve customer loyalty is with the aspect of trust, Corporate Commitment, Communication and Conflict Management for all aspects of this significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Trust, Commitment Company, Communication, Conflict Management, Customer Loyalty

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study areanalize the influence of store atmosphere and location on purchase decision at Pusri Mart area Semarang. The data collection technique are questionnaires, interview, observation, and literature study method. The number of samples in this study were 75 respondents and it was selected by incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique is carried out by using classic assumption test (Normality test, Multicolinearity test, and Heteroscedasticity test),  multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, Coefficient Correlation R, and Multiple Determination Coefficient (R2). The result of the research shows that: (1) store atmosphere (X<sub>1</sub>) has significant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (2) Location (X<sub>2</sub>) has significant influence to the purchasie decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (3) Store atmosphere is the variable which has the most dominant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang</span></em>

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of relationship marketing that consists of dimensions of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling on the loyalty of the customers of Bank BNI in Jember, especially for the BNI Taplus Savings product. The population was all customers of BNI Taplus Savings in Jember. The sample used in this study was 105 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially and simultaneously, trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling, as part of relationship marketing, have a significant effect on the loyalty of the customers of BNI Taplus Savings in Jember. These results imply that the good relationship marketing programs conducted by BNI, by increasing trust and commitment, creating effective communication and conflict handling, will finally increase customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship management and service quality to loyalty of commercial credit customers at Nagari Bank West Sumatera Painan Branch. The sample used counted 95 respondents, sampling technique using accidental sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaire, while data analysis technique was done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on Persial Test (t test) obtained: a) service quality variable has a positive effect 0,805 &lt; 1,985 and not significant 0,423 &gt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. b) customer satisfaction variables have a positive effect of 0,218 &lt; 1,985 and not significant 0,828 &gt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. c) variable of reliability have positive effect 2,254 &gt; 1,985 and significant 0,027 &lt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. d) Responsiveness variable has positive effect 8.173 &gt; 1.985 and significant 0.000 &lt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. e) the assurance variable has a positive effect 0,983 &lt; 1,985 and not significant 0,328 &gt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. f) empathy variables have negative effect -2,615 &gt; 1,985 and significant 0,011 &lt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. g) tangible variable has a positive effect of 2,791 &gt; 1,985 and significant 0,006 &lt; 0,05 to customer loyalty. From this research, the value of R² is 0,598, it means that 59,8% influenced by service quality variable, customer satisfaction, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible and the rest influenced by other variables.

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

Science competence of students continues to develop because it is influenced by factors of intelligence and participation. Lack of understanding of the importance of student participation in obtaining more optimal learning outcomes is no longer one of the priority factors, so students tend to feel lazy, and find it difficult to express opinions which cause the competence of science knowledge does not increase. This study aimed to analyze the significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge, the significant effect of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge, and the significant effect together of naturalist ability and learning participation on the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade students. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students, amounting to 490 students. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 214 people. Naturalist ability data collection and learning participation were obtained by distributing questionnaires and competence in science knowledge was obtained by recording documents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 12.68%, there was a significant influence of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 35.44%, and there was a significant influence on naturalist ability and learning participation. to the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 48.12%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that naturalist abilities and learning participation contribute to the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade elementary school students

<p>This research was aimed to analyze the significant influence of profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy partially or simultaneously on firm value. The sample used in this research was Industrial Services in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015 as many as 28 companies taken by using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 21 for windows programs. This research found that: (1) profitability has significant influence partially  on firm value; (2) investment opportunity set (ios) has significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) leverage has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) the dividend policy has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (5) profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy have significant influence simultaneously on firm value with influence value of 46.7%.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Value, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Persistence in Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. The data in this study are secondary data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples that fit the criteria were obtained by 23 companies during the 2015-2019 observation period. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS data regression analysis model.26.0 The results showed that firm value had no significant effect on earnings persistence, leverage and firm size had a significant effect on earnings persistence on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period.

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.
