The method of delivering learning by orally as well as giving a note in the form of copy or note, is less successful in time and is not maximally obtained by a student. The purpose of this research is to produce practical and effective learning media used by teacher and student at vocational high school. Web-based learning media using model 3.11.3+, which is applied to the domain and hosting. The type of this research is R&D (research & development), and the product development models are 4D; define, design, develop and disseminate. The instruments used are questionnaire, material, practically and English questions. The subjects of research are teacher and student of SMK Pratama Padang. Data analysis techniques are product validity testing, practical analysis technique and product effectiveness analysis technique. The levels of practicality of the product are 85 (teacher’s respondent) in the practical category and 81.99 (student’s respondent) in the very practical category. The level of product effectiveness based on the gain score reached 0.45, in the medium category.

Inquiry has been regarded internationally as an effective learning approach for science learning; however, it is still not actively used in many schools. The current study argues that one of the reasons is incompleteness of the model for inquiry. This study seeks to open inquiry from a new angle by bringing in general inquiry knowledge, which could be regarded as an important limitation in enhancing inquiry. Next, it is empirically tested if general inquiry knowledge is related to the level of students’ transformative inquiry skills. General inquiry knowledge pertains to the nature of a coherent inquiry process as a whole, comprehending knowledge about transformative and regulative inquiry processes. In this study, students’ general inquiry knowledge and transformative inquiry skills were evaluated in a web-based learning environment Young Researcher. The analysis of the results demonstrated that the learning environment was suitable for improving students’ general inquiry knowledge, and these are related with the level of transformative inquiry skills. Key words: computer-supported inquiry learning, general inquiry knowledge, inquiry learning, inquiry meta-processes, transformative and regulative inquiry processes.

Developing a holistic and accurate delay analysis software is still challenging the current delay analysis practices. Most of the existing delay analysis techniques are not programmed and still depend on manual calculations. The currently available computerized delay analysis techniques are still limited, suffer from many drawbacks, and do not consider many of the delay analysis situations. This paper introduces web-based software called total float management (TFM) software for analyzing delay claim utilizing TFM delay analysis technique. The TFM technique depends on day-by-day analysis, which gives more accurate analysis over other techniques. The software has the ability to import schedule data from Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MS project) software in various formats. This feature makes analysis easier and reduces the time required for data input. Many other features are included in the TFM software, such as the ability to address concurrent delays, change orders, and acceleration events.

writing was considered as difficult by most of students due tue lack of a practice in materializing ideas into a writing language. Therefore, it was needed a writing learning that provides a medium for students to train materializing that ideas. This research was aimed to develop a web-based learning in form of learning devices that comprise of 1) syllabus; 2) Class Event Unit (SAP); web-based learning media dan 4) instrument of a feasible and effective creative writing assessment in improving a student writing ability. This was a Research and Development (R&D) study method developed by Borg and Gall. There were two results include: 1) product feasibility viewed from material expert assessment and student response that jointly assess good. 2) product effectiveness based on average improvement and difference of writing ability, a treatment-given group obtain a better result. A web-based learning developed was declared feasible and effective in improving a student creative writing ability

This research is aimed at creating an interactive, valid, practical and effective Web¬¬¬-Based Learning Multimedia for assisting the students to learn the school subject: Installation of Local Area Network (LAN), and to meet the competency standard in such subject. To create the learning multimedia the researchers adopted Cooper’s Stage-Gate Method by applying product development phases, namely: Vision, Conception, Design, Prototype, and Production. After the design process had been completed, the multimedia was validated by a team of multimedia experts, and reached a score of 94.96% which is categorized as Highly Valid. For practicality analysis, the Researcher distributed questionnaires to relevant parties so as to know the level of students interest, the process of using, the increase of active learners, the sufficiency of time, and for evaluation purposes, and it resulted in a score of 87% which is categorized as Practical. Such validity and practicality analysis were done at the Phase of Prototype. Finally, the Researchers shared the Application to all students of Computer and Network Engineering Department in Padang, Indonesia, and the results were fairly encouraging in which the learning outcomes of the students can reach the figure of 87%, and the grades achieved by the students were Above Minimum Passing Criteria. In view of such results, it can be concluded that this learning multimedia has met the requirement for a mass application.

This research aims to get web-based learning media with a valid, practical, and effective on subjects the basic computer and network. This web-based learning media designed to improve the understanding of students thus increasing the learning results. This research uses research methods Research and Development (R and D) with 4-D development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques for describing validity, practicalities, and web-based learning media efetivitas. The results obtained from the research of development: (1) the validity of a web-based learning media declared valid on aspects of media and materials, (2) a web-based learning media practicalities based on the response of teachers and students expressed very practical, (3) the effectiveness of web-based learning media declared effective in improvinglearning outcomes. Based on the findings of this study it was concluded that a web-based learning media declared valid, practical, and effective way to used as learning materials on subjects the basic computer and network.

Integrated curriculum is a popular way to develop 21st-century skills, but most of the materials are written on the books separately. Furthermore, web-based learning is an online learning media that can be accessed using an internet connection anytime and anywhere. However, many educational websites do not apply the principles of effective learning. Besides, the traditional learning methods tend to be bored for the students. In order to solve this problem, this study designed a website education that uses interactive content to assist students in learning levers in the human body topic as one of the integrated science materials. The process of developing an educational website consists of three steps: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) construction making. This research method used descriptive method, and the experts' judgment will evaluate it on content, language, and media/IT. The questionnaires used the technology acceptance model (TAM) and five-dimensional interactivity to investigate the readability of the subjects' perception responses. The research subject was three science teachers and 31 students on private Junior High School in Bandung. According to the result, generally, it has a good evaluation of each aspect. But, the website education needs a strong signal to access for not taking load time consumer.

ICT has transformed the conventional learning system into a modern learning system, demanding innovation in the delivery of learning. So that this study has the aim of developing, knowing the feasibility of online web-based learning and assessment tool in physics, as well as knowing students' learning results in the ICT media. This study research & development (R&D) method using Borg & Gall model. Which refers to the potential problem through data collection, product design, design validation, revision of product design, product testing, revision of usage. The feasibility testing of media and material was carried out by two material expert validators and two media expert validators with a small group trial conducted on students consisting of 13 respondents and large group trial conducted on students consisting of 40 respondents. We use online media for web-based learning and assessment tool in vocational high school for Physics subject, and the results of the study show that this application generates individual assignments, marks student responses, supplies students with the rapid feedback, and records student activities. The student activity log provides insight into student learning habits. Its a reference for assessment. This application meets the requirements as a learning media. The results of the validation by an expert material on online web-based learning and assessment tool gets a percentage of an average score of 82%, and the material gets a percentage of 81.33% criteria very feasible.
