Under the multi-point production management mode, Researchers establish a unified cooperative production multi-point product quality analysis standard, set benchmarks, compare performance, create a process quality management atmosphere of ratio, learning, catching up and exceeding, so that multi-point quality management ability can be obtained together to improve, product quality has been continuously improved. At present, the quality analysis of multi-point processed products in cooperative production is only a simple average and standard deviation detection and comparison of key processes and individual indicators, or a single analysis of the appearance quality of cigarettes. The analysis is relatively isolated and no in-depth research is conducted. It is impossible to comprehensively and comprehensively compare the processing quality levels of various processing enterprises. In response to these problems, this paper compares and analyzes several quality controlling schemes, selects the “platform + module” scheme and designs and constructs it. The article discusses the specific implementation measures of the design plan. From the perspective of the implementation effect of the plan, it can provide guarantee for improving the production quality of cigarettes.

This research aimed to 1. Study factors of supplier quality management and production quality management that affect organization performance.2. Confirm the structural models that affect organization performance. This study was mixed methods research. The quantitative research consisted of 13 observable variables, which collected data from 260 medium and small companies in Thailand. The qualitative research collected data from a focus group of experts involved in organizational management, quality management, and supplier management of nine experts. The research results were found that 1. The structural model of organization performance in Small and Medium Enterprises in Thailand were consistent and harmonious with empirical data, with consistency values of c2= 94.89, df = 61, c2/ df = 1.56, CFI = 0.98, GFI = 0.95, SRMR = 0.049, RMSEA = 0.046. 2. Factors affecting organization performance are factors of Supplier Quality Management, and Production Quality Management, respectively.

Industry 4.0 has remarkably transformed many industries. Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) architecture is important to enable an intelligent and connected manufacturing factory. SCADA is extensively used in many Internet of Things (IoT) applications, including data analytics and data visualization. Product quality management is important across most manufacturing industries. In this study, we extensively used SCADA to develop a cloud-based analytics module for production quality predictive maintenance (PdM) in Industry 4.0, thus targeting textile manufacturing processes. The proposed module incorporates a complete knowledge discovery in database process. Machine learning algorithms were employed to analyze preprocessed data and provide predictive suggestions for production quality management. Equipment data were analyzed using the proposed system with an average mean-squared error of ~0.0005. The trained module was implemented as an application programming interface for use in IoT applications and third-party systems. This study provides a basis for improving production quality by predicting optimized equipment settings in manufacturing processes in the textile industry.

The achievement of oil Extraction Rate is one of the palm oil mill performances that needs to be continuously improved. The achievement of oil Extraction Rate is obtained from efforts to synergize plant parts and processing plants which must be managed with a good management system. The implementation of an appropriate and consistent quality management system (Plan, do, check, action/PDCA) is expected to increase optimal yield in accordance with predetermined targets. This research method is descriptive quantitative with research variables processing capacity, production yield, production quality and processing costs. The results showed that (1) The company's management efforts in achieving CPO yield are integrating onfarm and off farm that are managed by implementing a quality managemen System (Plan, do, Check, Action/PDCA). (2) The Relationship of the ISO 9001;2015 to that affect the yield of CPO : (a) Planned 23,5 % oil yield by 2020, (b) Establish and implement SOP and IK in onfarm and off farm. (c) Performs external and Internal audits every years.
