Background: In the late 1990s, the idea of fighting drought gave way to the concept of how to live with drought in the Brazilian semi-arid region. From this perspective, the Brazilian Federal Government’s investment in social technology and education encouraged local agricultural production and subsistence agriculture began to have a surplus for commercialization and income generation. However, there are still difficulties in the development of the productive chain, as perceived in Alagoas, Brazil, with the jabuticaba fruit and its derivatives. In this locus, problems related to the creation of value and distributions of the product were identified. Methods: This study proposed a participant observation in a rural producers’ association and a multimethodological approach based on VFT (Value-Focused Thinking) and SWOT analysis aiming to structure the problem, identify communities’ objectives and develop alternatives to solve these problems so that they can get more out of their production. Results: showed that the product has marketing potential due to its differential, but the producers are limited in the process of distributing the goods. Conclusions: So, this study was able to analyze the problems of this productive system in a structured way, generating suggestions for actions to achieve the strategic objectives of the cooperative.

To realize the efficient decomposition and allocation of collaborative production tasks and resources among multiple enterprises, a task decomposition and allocation model for collaborative production among multiple manufacturing enterprises is proposed in a big data environment. The model is designed for the efficient and fast processing of production information using big data technology. This study innovatively applies the 5S management method to conduct data preprocessing for a manufacturing service provider and design the operation process of data cleaning and conversion to improve the efficiency of data processing. A collaborative optimization model, based on a hierarchical model with seven levels and considering time, costs, and services, is established for the task of production to achieve a reasonable match between supply and demand. Finally, the correlation coefficients of manufacturing service providers are configured according to weight order, so that the weight order is symmetrical with that of the manufacturer. The model also engages all manufacturing service providers with different production capabilities in collaborative production. The model is proved to be scientific and effective by using a specific example. In cooperative production activities, the production tasks of small and medium-sized enterprises can be effectively allocated. It can also realize efficient cooperative production among multiple manufacturing enterprises.

The peculiarities of the first stage (initiation) of negotiations on the organization of cooperative production of aircraft are considered. It is shown that this stage is characterized by an unacceptably high level of risk, due, on the one hand, the likelihood of significant additional financial costs during the project, and on the other - the loss of potential subcontractors, if no consensus is reached between negotiators. A critical review of existing computerized negotiation support systems was conducted. It is concluded that there is a problem that is insufficient efficiency of the negotiation process at the stage of initiating projects of cooperative production of aircraft due to, including, the lack of specialized computer information support, which in making appropriate decisions would allow to take into account the specifics stage of project initiation, and the subject domain "Cooperative production in aircraft". Based on the specifics of this problem, the purpose of the article is formulated, namely the development of effective means of information support for negotiations on cooperative production at the initial stage (initiation), which will save money, firstly, by reducing the negotiation time, and secondly - reducing irrational decisions that lead to additional costs during project implementation. Based on the specifics of the subject domain, the conclusion is made about the need to develop problem-oriented methodological tools, and on their basis - a specialized software system for decision support (DSS) negotiators in initiating projects of cooperative production in aircraft. As a formal basis for the construction of such systems, it is proposed to use an agent approach with elements of situational management theory. The results of the study are illustrated using conditional scenarios.

Abstract. This article proposes to consider cooperation as a process of cooperation and interaction of subjects of different economic and legal forms of management, in order to comprehensively analyze various aspects of this concept and on this basis formulates the author’s content — interpretation of this category. In particular, in the article authors, highlighted some aspects of the interpretation of «cooperation» that most authors pay attention when exploring this concept. Firstly, the allocation of the economic meaning of cooperation, while paying attention to the disclosure of one of its most important characteristics — saving resources through their shared use. Secondly, consideration of the organizational and managerial aspect, which leads to the fact that the cooperation is formed primarily with the purpose of organizing the process of cooperation of many subjects of market relations for the realization of tasks both for the production of goods (industrial cooperation) and for the provision of services or various financial — credit operations (credit cooperation). Thirdly, by paying attention to the social attributes of the cooperative, where the main characteristic is joint socio-public mutual assistance in the process of achieving the goal. Depending on these aspects and characteristics of cooperation, the authors analyzed the existing approaches to defining the concept of «cooperation» as a process of cooperation and interaction of subjects of different economic and legal forms of economic activity, proposed by both domestic and foreign scientists. The authors outline the main characteristics of the content of «cooperation». The article also describes the author’s interpretation of the concept of cooperation in a broad sense. The defining meaning of the concept of «co-operation» is the system, since cooperation is an important system-forming element of socio-economic relations. If we treat the system as a set of interrelated elements, then the cooperative should be perceived as a system that connects certain elements, components to solve the common goal. Of course, cooperation should be seen as a rather complex concept, because it covers the whole system socially economic relations, including various legal and moral aspects. In addition, cooperation is a special system of harmonization of interests and in which the spirit of justice, corporate spirit, collectivity and corporate spirit are laid.Cooperation is a specific integrating, synthesizing, structural, system-forming element of the system of socio-economic relations, which aims to provide integration and interaction of subjects of different economic and legal forms of management common goal while minimizing costs. We believe that this concept should be understood broadly. The article states a clear distinction between the concepts of cooperation and cooperative, which are often identified in practice. Keywords: cooperative, production cooperation, labor cooperation, cooperation, system-forming element, emergence effect, synergistic effect. The ever-growing capabilities of computers have enabled pursuing Computer Vision through Machine Learning (i.e., MLCV). ML tools require large amounts of information to learn from (ML datasets). These are costly to produce but have received reduced attention regarding standardization. This prevents the cooperative production and exploitation of these resources, impedes countless synergies, and hinders ML research. No global view exists of the MLCV dataset tissue. Acquiring it is fundamental to enable standardization. We provide an extensive survey of the evolution and current state of MLCV datasets (1994 to 2019) for a set of specific CV areas as well as a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results. Data were gathered from online scientific databases (e.g., Google Scholar, CiteSeerX). We reveal the heterogeneous plethora that comprises the MLCV dataset tissue; their continuous growth in volume and complexity; the specificities of the evolution of their media and metadata components regarding a range of aspects; and that MLCV progress requires the construction of a global standardized (structuring, manipulating, and sharing) MLCV “library”. Accordingly, we formulate a novel interpretation of this dataset collective as a global tissue of synthetic cognitive visual memories and define the immediately necessary steps to advance its standardization and integration.
