The article discusses and describes theoretical research and practical results of using digital technologies in formation of values of physical culture in the medical university. The experiment involved 1569 young men and women of full-time education form of the Orenburg State Medical University. To collect statistics in the context of a pandemic were used the online questionnaire and interview method. The respondents developed basic digital skills in use of various digital tools that allow them to monitor the physiological indicators. There was observed an increase in the level of motor activity in groups of students during online classes using educational platforms. There was discovered a positive dynamics in the orientation of the student's personality to health as a value. Thus the systematic implementation of digital technologies in the teaching of disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports contributed personification of the learning process, visualization of environments for the training process, enlargement of forms of physical and recreation activities, introduction of platform solutions as a space for pedagogical innovations.

Digital technologies introduction into the sphere of education is an urgent problem. Nowadays specialists both underline positive and negative sides of transfer into digital sphere. However, in terms of coronovirus infection pandemic most part of educational establishments was forced to use distance education. The aim of the present research work was to reveal the attitude of students to distant form of education, the difficulties and possibilities of this direction development. As the research methods we used survey, statistical instruments of data handling and Google Forms. On the basis of the survey we revealed the attitude of students to distance education in general and to lectures and practical lessons, including the disciplines of sports orientation. During the survey we defined the main reasons. They prevent effective educational process realization using distant technologies. We defined the problems, possibilities and conditions for an effective use of distant forms of education.

It is necessary to note the importance of digitalization of the industry, which is necessary and possible to solve with the help of digital services and platforms with the support of the state. The paper presents the results of the analysis of scientific works and the materials of strategic sessions on the development of new digital solutions, implying a platform approach to the management of the field of physical education and sports services. The analytical module of the platform will allow the collection and interpretation of industry data on economic, social and sports indicators, including the use of the artificial intelligence technology. The prospects of using the ecosystem of the information and service platform in the implementation of various federal programs in the field of physical culture and sports are revealed. The results of monitoring of digital technologies for physical education and sports education in two leading universities of Russia are presented. Analysis of Sensor Tower service statistics on the number of downloaded mobile sports applications was carried out. The foreign experience of introduction of digital technologies on the example of sports commercial organization (MLBAM) is presented. Priority directions of using digital solutions in sports industry are defined, thanks to which, on the basis of objective data, it will be possible to determine the popularity of certain sports among those involved, objectively and transparently evaluate state investments in sports and their performance.

The article studies the issues related to the use of digital technologies in organization of the educational process of distance learning and testing the quality of the digested educational material in the disciplines of Physical Culture and Sports. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning organization are revealed. The problems of increasing students’ involvement into arranging independent wellness classes are analyzed. The developed electronic information and educational system is an integral part of the program for health culture formation in the context of digitalization of education. The components of the module allow you to distantly teach and test the quality of the digested educational material, as well as to ensure the control of students’ fitness shape. The use of modern tools of digital technologies helps to increase students’ interest in their classes.
