This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, financial compensation, employee engagement on job satisfaction, and its impact on employee performance at SMK Inc. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research using an Explanatory Survey design to explain the relationship between two or more variables through hypothesis testing. Furthermore, the method used is descriptive and verification. The variables in this study are divided into 1) independent variables, 2) intervening variables, and 3) dependent variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were field research methods, literature study methods, and variable measurement (using a Likert scale). The data test in this study used discriminant validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing (t-statistics). Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that: 1) Testing the first hypothesis that Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Financial Compensation have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 2) Testing the fourth hypothesis that employee engagement has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 3) Testing the fifth hypothesis. Organizational culture, Leadership Style, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK Inc.; 4) Financial compensation, Employee Engagement, Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at SMK Inc.; 5) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through employee satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 6) Leadership style and Employee Engagement have no significant effect on employee performance through Employee Satisfaction at SMK Inc., and 7) Testing the twelfth hypothesis. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction at SMK Inc.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Achievement of KUA performance in Cilacap Regency has not met expectations. These conditions can be improved and need to be evaluated and research on the quality of human resources so that policies taken in the future can improve the performance of employees and minimize factors that can reduce employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The method used is path analysis, which is to get the picture, relationship pattern and influence of research variables that have been determined. The result showed that organizational culture had a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Leadership positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Organizational culture and leadership have a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 75.7%. Organizational culture and leadership through a positive effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction of 85.2%.

This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.Keywords: Transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to identify and test the effect of career development and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction in banking employees in the South Jakarta area. 38 employees were participating, while the questionnaire processed using Partial Least Square. The results prove organizational culture and career development can influence the level of employee satisfaction. Next, if seen from its influence on performance, only organizational culture affects, while satisfaction and career development do not affect. If based on its influence through job satisfaction, organizational culture and career development do not affect. The implication that can be practiced by companies is objectivity in promotion with based on aspects of performance and optimize organizational culture that has been applied in the company and researchers suggest that companies can create programs that can increase dedication, loyalty, and employee commitment to work such as providing rewards, providing clear career paths, and better HR management.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.
