The aim of this work is creation conception proposal of information system. It is processed on the example of the firm making business on the czech market in the area of selling personal car of premium segment. On the basic of analysis external and internal environment was discovered a need of application of the new information communication technologies (ICT) and related reengineering changes. Submitted model ICT contains account modul, instore modul, servis modul, sales modul, special software of car company and modul e-commerce. Within the framework conception proposal of ICT arised modular arrangement of new environment to new built strategy, thereby this approach is new by classic concept, where exist strategy of firm and management of firm and to them is added as accelerating instrument of these processes information systems.

Modern age is the age of Information Communication Technology (ICT). Every sectors are enhancing their performance, capacity and quality of job through the use of ICT. So implementing Information Communication Technology in the field of Land Administration is highly essential. Indeed it’s a need of time. On this way, in our context DoLIA is vigorously working on modernizing land administration and approaching towards paper and pencil free land administration and establishing Land Information System (LIS) in Nepal with full effort and dedication with limited manpower and resources.

The Coronavirus 2019 pandemic has strained nearly every aspect of pathology practice, including preanalytic, analytic, and postanalytic processes. Much of the challenges result from high demand for limited severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 testing capacity, a resource required to facilitate patient flow throughout the hospital system and society at large. At our institution, this led to unprecedented increases in inquiries from providers to laboratory staff relating to the expected time to result for their patients. The demand was great enough to require redeployment of staff to handle the laboratory call volume. Although these data are available in our laboratory information system, the data do not interface to our electronic health record system. We developed systems using the R statistical programming language that abstract the necessary data regarding severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 polymerase chain reaction testing from our lab system in real time, store it, and present it to clinicians for on demand querying. These data have been accessed over 2500 times by over 100 distinct users. Median length of each user session is approximately 4.9 minutes. Because our lab information system does not persistently store tracking information while our system does, we have been able to iteratively recalculate time to result values for each tracking stop as workflows have changed over time. Facility with informatics and programming concepts coupled with clinical understanding have allowed us to swiftly develop and iterate on applications which provide efficiency gains, allowing laboratory resources to focus on generating test results for our patients.

Integrated Cropping Calendar Information System (ICCIS) is an application used to convey innovative research results related to cropping patterns, varieties, fertilization, pest attacks, agricultural tools and machinery. This study aims to identify the influencing factors and communication models in the implementation of ICCIS in the North Sumatra region. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method. The result showed that the ICCIS Task Force Team (TGT Katam), characteristics of farmers, and characteristics of ICCIS have positive effects on the level of implementation of ICCIS by farmers, with variable significance values of 3.902, 3.851, and 8,296, respectively. In related to the level of application of ICCIS by farmers, the analysis results have a positive effect on the added value of the use of ICCIS with a significance value of 6.509. TGT Katam received ICCIS information from the central cropping calendar team and the technical implementation unit that oversees it. TGT Katam in the North Sumatra region delivered ICCIS information to farmers through socialization and demonstration plots. Interpersonal communication and the demonstration plot media encouraged farmers to implement ICCIS recommendations. Satisfy the local wisdom, compatibility, data accuracy, trialability, observability, and relative advantage are indicators that farmers can implement ICCIS.

The heritage of any place is required to be conserved, documented, and protected to the extent possible for the benefit of future generations to retain its culture, pride, and traditions. Advancements in information, communication, and digital technologies have considerably extended supports in identifying, preserving, and managing cultural heritage items. The use of web-based applications and digital tools plays a significant role in preserving and sharing cultural assets. This chapter proposes the importance of building a comprehensive cultural heritage information system for preserving and conserving the cultural heritages pertaining to one of the UNESCO's world listed cultural heritages in India named Agra Fort. The researcher highlights the opportunities and the need for conserving the knowledge content of the heritage items associated with Agra Fort.

In the context of today’s network era, rich social networks and convenient network communication make different individuals and groups interact and transmit information in more diversified ways, which also bring new dissemination in information of crowd-sourcing tasks. The paper analyzes mobile behavior characteristics of users from different perspectives, such as spatial activity behavior and location type preference, and constructs a user space mobile behavior model based on the physical world. At the same time, it analyzes the social influence of users in social networks and mode of information transmission. In the paper, real data sets are adopted, mathematical modeling and computer simulation are combined to build an information communication model around the social influence of users in social networks, and the rules of information communication in new environment of social networks are depicted in combination with users’ spatial movement.
