ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze undergraduate student’s stress level due to onlinelearning of statistics for business course at vocational education during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Thepopulation in this study was all of the students of the Applied Undergraduate ProgramDepartment of International Business Administration of Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis.The samples were taken by using purposive sampling techniques that only focused onstudents who where taking statistics for business course since enacted online learningdue to the COVID-19 pandemic. The data was collected by using onlinequestionnaires and in -depth interviews with the students to get more detailedinformation. The data analysis technique used in this study was a a qualitativeanalysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. The result showed that online learning of statistics for business coursecaused 3% of the student having stress level in extremely severe categories, 13% insevere categories, 8% in moderate categories, 24% in mild categories, and 52% innormal categories. The stress level experienced by student were influenced by thegender, while the age of the students under range of 17 -20 years old did not affectstress levels.Keywords: undergraduate student’s stress level, online learning, vocational education.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

This study aims to analyze and examine the teacher's strategy in shaping the character of students through the values ​​of honesty. The research method used is a qualitative approach with field studies at SDN 3 Blimbing, Besuki, Situbondo. Collecting data in this study using observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique is carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from research results. From this study, the results obtained are several teacher strategies that can be applied in school institutions including: teachers always start learning with the hadith of honesty, teachers always understand student achievement for students who have academic and non-academic achievements, teachers guide their students by implementing habituation attitudes and behavior honest in school, teachers are responsible for developing students' awareness of the importance of education, teachers apply a cooperative attitude to interact honestly at school. Implications in forming honest character, so far students have developed in terms of attitude, one of which is politeness in communicating, and being honest in conveying a message.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of online learning for the even semester 2020/2021 Language Studies course in the PGSD FIP UNIMED study program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population used in this study were all second semester students who took the Language Studies course at the PGSD FIP UNIMED Study Program. Samples were taken involving 187 respondents. The instrument used in the study was an online questionnaire with a google form. The data analysis technique was carried out by qualitative analysis with 4 stages of activities, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed: (1) the average score of the teaching and learning process is 4.11 (Good), (2) the average score of capability/competence of lecturers is 4.28 (Good), (3) the average score of supporting facilities and infrastructure is 3 ,93 (Good), and (4) the most dominant challenge is the need to improve IT skills and effectiveness in time management. Abstrak: Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah para guru dan peserta didik di SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form, berisikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, serta dokumen-dokumen terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru sekaligus mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.  Abstract: This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the principal's efforts in improving teacher discipline in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sources of data in this study were teachers and students at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires via google form, containing questions about the various efforts made by school principals to improve teacher discipline in carrying out online learning, as well as related documents. Data analysis was carried out through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the various efforts made by the principal were effective in improving teacher discipline as well as overcoming various obstacles faced in implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The development and maturity of a person's business is influenced by many factors. Many factors also influence the development of pilot businesses that are started and carried out by students. One of the factors that play an essential role in influencing young entrepreneurs can come from their parents or family environment. This article aims to identify and how the family's role in motivating and developing young entrepreneurs' potential. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In-depth interviews carried out data collection. The data obtained were then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, which consisted of 4 stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that entrepreneurial students who had sufficiently developed businesses received much support from their families. Parents' role as a form of support for their children in entrepreneurship is social, instrumental, emotional, and other support. The concrete form of this support is supported in providing facilities for business development, accompanying and assisting the business carried out by their children, giving permission and trust in children. These results can be used as knowledge and input to parents about how they should support children in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to the online learning implementation for the 5th grade students of SDN 009 Samarinda Ulu during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were 9 people from SDN 009 Samarinda Ulu. The details of the 9 respondents in this study were 3 homeroom teachers of the 5th grade, 3 students and 3 parents. To maintain the confidentiality of the respondents’ identities, the researcher gave the names of the respondents R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9. The data techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The interviews used in this study were interviews, interviews were conducted by telephone and WhatsApp. Documentation was used as supporting data for this research. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Miles and Huberman analysis technique with four stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion; and data validity in the study used source triangulation. The results of this study indicated that the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the learning process at SDN 009 Samarinda Ulu. Learning that was usually carried out through direct meeting turned into online learning; online learning was still ineffective due to confusion and unpreparedness of the teachers, students and parents in the implementation process and the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through extracurricular dance activities at Bugisan Prambanan Klaten 2 state elementary school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source of the study consisted of principals, dance teachers, class III-V teachers, and students of class III-V. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. Check data validity using source, technique, and time triangulation. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Huberman model where researchers conduct data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

Online learning is chosen during the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem that occurs is teachers as educators cannot directly supervise the development of students, so they need help from the informal educational institution.. In this context, parents take the role of facilitators during online learning. Not only limited to the educational function of parents, but it also has many roles that can be optimized so that children can grow and develop properly. The purpose of this study is toportray the role of families, especially parents in optimizing their role when online learning is present during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive. This study used the data triangulation method as a technique to measurethe validity of the data. The analysis technique used in this research was interactive model analysis. The interactive analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The main results of this study were parents, apart from being an educational institution, whoalso took a role of being shaping children's character and personality that is to stimulate children's linguistic intelligence. Parents can also stimulate children's intrapersonal intelligence by adapting to behavior that is appropriate to the local cultural environment. The contribution of this research includes the function of parents which is not only maximizing scientific education but also deepening the internalization of spiritual and religious values in children, as well as building good communication is needed to optimize the role of parents to children.

The study aims to know the role and efforts of parents in buildingthe character of children, as well as the theory of character formation ofchildren. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collectiontechniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation.Data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis using threemain components, namely data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion. To obtain data with a high degree of validity used datatriangulation method with the source. The results of this study is that therole of parents is fully implemented properly, but there are still parentswho snarled and scolded children when not following the parent's orders,while for the formation of the child's own character is still not goodbecause it is still influenced by internal factors and extern is the personalself-desire of children who do not want to change as well as the socialenvironment and the less educational spectacle.
