This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on retirement planning. This study used a quantitative method with 236 respondents and processed by the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial inclusion have a significant effect on retirement planning, means that the higher financial literacy and financial inclusion of a person, the better their retirement planning. In addition, the results of the study showed that respondents were dominated by moderate financial literacy levels with a percentage of 55.08%, moderate financial inclusion levels with a percentage of 57.20% and high retirement planning levels with presentations of 52.54% of the total respondents. Researchers also conduct additional research by choosing one of the demographic factors, which is monthly income. The results that monthly earnings also influence retirement planning where the higher a person's monthly income, the better their retirement planning.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology (fintech) partially influencing financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra, then to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology (fintech) simultaneously influencing financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra. The research samples are 100 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis partially show financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion in the people of North Sumatra. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial technology affect financial inclusion in society North Sumatra. The most dominant variable affecting financial inclusion is financial literacy.

Poverty can cause economic inequality if it is not handled appropriately in Islam poverty is near to kufr. One strategic role as an instrument to reduce poverty and disagreement in Islam is through zakat. The research objective is to study the zakat policy and zakat administration on mustahik welfare in Bandar Lampung City. Methods of this study using a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The number of research samples were 37 respondents. Based on the results of research simultaneously shows that the zakat policy and zakat administration determine the significance of welfare while partial shows the zakat policy does not significantly oppose the administration of zakat significant on welfare.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh suku bunga kredit, inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah, suku bunga kredit, inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value. Data dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Alat yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga kredit dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan loan to deposit ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Loan to value tidak berpengaruh terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah..   The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of credit interest rates, inflation, economic growth, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value to mortgages demand in Central Java.  The sample of this study is mortgages demand, credit interest rates, inflation, economic growth, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value. The collect data was analyzed using quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the credit interest rates and inflation is negative and significant effect towards mortgages demand in Central Java. Economic growth and loan to deposit ratio of positive and significant effect towards the mortgages in Central Java. Loan to value has no effect towards mortgages demand in Central Java.

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze whether tax knowledge can mediate the influence of  tax socialization on  tax compliance in UMKM Surakarta, and to know the influence of  tax socialization on  tax compliance direectly. The sampel of this  research is UMKM as taxpayer listed in KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The method of analysis is quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Classic asumption is used to get the best model of research. Variables os research are tax socialization as independent variable, tax compliance as the dependent variable, and tax knowledge as variabe mediation. The result of research indicate that tax socialization  has positive  influence tax significantly on tax knowledge  and tax compliance. Tax knowledge has positive influence significantly on tax compliance, and mediate influence of tax socialization on tax compliance for UMKM taxpayer in Surakarta.</em>

The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a survey system. The population in this study were employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS, totaling 30 employees. Researchers took and used all populations to be sampled using the method of multiple linear regression analysis and simple. The results showed that 1). Together leadership and communication greatly affect the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment,      2). That leadership influences employee performance at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. 3). The results showed that communication affects the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment.</span></em>

The objective of this research was to test and analyze the influence of motivation and financial literacy on investment interest in Islamic capital markets with case studies of students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This research used primary data, namely by spreading questionnaires through google form. Respondents in this research were undergraduate students majoring in accounting in 2018 and 2019. The number of samples in this research was 125 respondents. From the spread of the questionnaire, as many as 102 respondents (the number who filled out the questionnaire) that can be processed and analyzed with the help of the SPSS Computer Application Version 25 for windows. The statistical method used to test hypotheses was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivational variables and financial literacy variables simultaneously affect the variables of interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. This was evidenced by the Fobserved value of 116,999 and Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.000. The results also showed that motivational variables and financial literacy partially affected investing interests. This was evidenced by the value of tobserved > ttable where the value of tobserved motivation variable of 11,746 and the value of tobserved variable financial literacy of 3.533 while the value of ttable amounted to 1.660391.

This study revealed the effect of compensation on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung, Tanah Datar District. This study used associative quantitative method. The population in this study is all nagari apparatus in Kecamatan Salimpaung as many as 42 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and staffs. The sample of this study consisted of 38 respondents determined by multistage random sampling technique and used slovin formula. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung. Partially, finansial compensation had a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari finansial management; while non-finansial compensation had no significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect consumer demand for eggs in Tambon Baroh Village, Sub-district of Dewantara, North Aceh District The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the price of eggs (X1), tempe price (X2), income (X3), the number of dependents (X4) and appetite (D) have a significant effect on the demand of eggs in Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara Subdistrict North Aceh district because the sig value of 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Partially only the price of eggs (0.000 <0,05), tempe price (0,010 <0,05) and the dependent amount (0,015 <0,05) have a significant effect on demand of chicken egg because the value of sig t is smaller than alpha 0.05. While the income (0,413> 0,05) and the taste (0,399> 0,05) had no significant effect on the demand of chicken egg in Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency because the sig t value is greater than alpha 0,05.

Financial behavior is an interesting topic, given the consumptive Indonesian society. This study aims to analyze the relationship of financial literacy and demographic factors in determining the financial behavior of private employees in Jepara Regency. The sampling method uses purposive sampling and data is measured using a Likert scale 1 to 5. Data are analyzed using a quantitative approach including validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F-test, and t-test. The results of this study indicate that age, education level, income, and financial literacy simultaneously determine the financial behavior of private employees, but individually income does not affect financial behavior. High-income private employees need to control behavior in managing finances, reducing consumer spending and managing finances well. This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia
