<em><span lang="SV">The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and communication on the performance of PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a survey system. The population in this study were employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS, totaling 30 employees. Researchers took and used all populations to be sampled using the method of multiple linear regression analysis and simple. The results showed that 1). Together leadership and communication greatly affect the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment,      2). That leadership influences employee performance at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. 3). The results showed that communication affects the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment.</span></em>

This research aims to determine the effect of training, work dicipline and organization communication toward employee performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 158 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of managing data using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that training, organization communication partially have a significant effect on the employee performance, and work dicipline partially haven’t a significant effect on the employee performances. And training, work dicipline, organization communication a simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees Performances.

Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

Purpose, - The purpose of this study was to determine and to know the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used was qualitative, quantitative by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were all of the Employees' Performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya, totaling 30 people. Findings - This research shows the results partially (t-test): a) Motivation has significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, b) Work Discipline has a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance in this study R2 = 0.532 or 53.2%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect consumer demand for eggs in Tambon Baroh Village, Sub-district of Dewantara, North Aceh District The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the price of eggs (X1), tempe price (X2), income (X3), the number of dependents (X4) and appetite (D) have a significant effect on the demand of eggs in Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara Subdistrict North Aceh district because the sig value of 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Partially only the price of eggs (0.000 <0,05), tempe price (0,010 <0,05) and the dependent amount (0,015 <0,05) have a significant effect on demand of chicken egg because the value of sig t is smaller than alpha 0.05. While the income (0,413> 0,05) and the taste (0,399> 0,05) had no significant effect on the demand of chicken egg in Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency because the sig t value is greater than alpha 0,05.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on retirement planning. This study used a quantitative method with 236 respondents and processed by the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial inclusion have a significant effect on retirement planning, means that the higher financial literacy and financial inclusion of a person, the better their retirement planning. In addition, the results of the study showed that respondents were dominated by moderate financial literacy levels with a percentage of 55.08%, moderate financial inclusion levels with a percentage of 57.20% and high retirement planning levels with presentations of 52.54% of the total respondents. Researchers also conduct additional research by choosing one of the demographic factors, which is monthly income. The results that monthly earnings also influence retirement planning where the higher a person's monthly income, the better their retirement planning.

The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.
