In a warehouse, there is a process of picking up and delivering goods using a freight car so that many stages of the process of picking up and delivering goods are one of the determining factors for effectiveness in a warehouse. For this reason, it is necessary to have a tool that is able to pick up and deliver goods automatically using a system of addressing the location of the goods in the warehouse. This means of transporting goods can help the process of picking up and delivering goods in the warehouse without the need to be driven so that employees do not need to know the overall storage position of the goods. The way this tool works is using nodemcu as a controller of device movement and also as a receiver and sender of commands from the local server. In its movement, this tool utilizes the time lag for motor movement as a reference in movement so that this tool can move forward, backward, and also turn. The final appearance of this tool is in the form of a local website based application.

The ways of informing students about the activities which are organized on a faculty or university level daily present an increasing challenge. The very aim of this work is to analyze and compare ways of informing students of the Faculty of Education about the sport activities on the faculty and university level. The way of informing students about the activities will be compared with the ways of informing about general sport activities in order to identify possible deviation from two different types of activities. Promotion being one of the marketing elements, so is the appliance of adequate promotion tools very important in all social processes. Numerous examples, especially in sport, proved that the activities of the sport participants will not be successful without the adequate use of promotion. University sport in developed countries surely occupies an important place in the academic community; from that point of view it is very important to determine the way of managing the university sport. The university sport in the Republic of Croatia is becoming more significant element of students' activities every day, and the promotion contributes to that. Apart from comparing the ways of informing about sport and regular activities, this paper will provide the time comparison of the mentioned researches between 2014 and 2020. The comparison of the same data with the time lag will provide the best picture of the changes in the ways of informing in a 6-year-period. The obtained results have shown that even after six years, students continue to prefer certain communication channels, i.e. they remain primary.

This chapter begins with the way Wesely’s record-breaking pinhole photographs from Open Shutter (2004) use the effect of blur to connect relative rates of movement to larger histories as such. Similarly, Faulkner’s The Sound and the Fury (1929) is focused on racialised time lag not simply between two points on a single historical line, but between different histories that move at different rates and go their own ways. Here, the temporal aspect of double consciousness – of always living in someone else’s time and yet also located in a distinctive history marked by laggy access – connects with postcolonial treatments of time lag and the way in which historical behindness opens onto the tangle of histories that appears synecdochically in the plane of the present as heterogeneity. Finally, Hagedorn’s Dream Jungle (2003) stages the collision, overlap and differences between the story of Magellan’s ‘discovery’ of the Philippines, the 1970s hoax of the uncontacted ‘Stone Age’ Tasaday people, the filming of contemporary US history in Apocalypse Now in Mindanao, and the long-running Moro insurgency. Each of these texts contains a bullet-time scene in which the dilation of the encounter of disjunctive rhythms reveals a heterochronic assemblage of time-paths and historical frames.

In the last few years, but even more so given the context the COVID-19 pandemic, a large series of global and local changes have occurred in all areas of life, including the way food is perceived and procured. The orientation towards local food as a preferred choice has gained more followers which are interested in economic, social and environmental effects of the way the world uses all kinds of resources to meet its nutritional needs. Local food involves a special kind of food systems approach in terms of determining factors and resulting implications for all actors involved. The paper deals with emphasizing different aspects of local food systems, including both agri-food producers and consumer’s drivers together with the effects of rethinking the way people choose to procure their food. The link to sustainable development is clearly highlighted using the multiple implications of this agri-food system upon different sectors and dimensions.

COVID-19 has changed the way we live to the extent of many choices in our lives. Physical distancing measurement that took place months, followed by restriction to travel, to reduce mobility, has been gradually implemented by the government of Indonesia. The e-wallet transaction by volume during the pandemic accounts for 1,7 million times with 67 total users in Indonesia. This study is comprehensive on previous research on 2020 with a smaller sample. This research is aimed to find out 1) the usage intensity of e-wallet amongst them and 2) to understand the underlying factors of using such e-wallet. The data is collected by interviewing 100 students in Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. The data was then analyzed using NVIVO and interpreted using content analysis to reach the objective of this research. It is found out that 1) undergraduate students use it quite frequently, and 2) three key factors as the determining factors, namely practicality efficiency, and discount. This research aims to contribute to the digital payment literature and future research agenda on e-wallet amongst undergraduate students during pandemic and post-pandemic.

Abstract. An anomaly has been found in the rainfall runoff behaviour of the Meuse. Ninety years of rainfall-runoff simulations show a consistent underestimation of the runoff in the period between 1930 and 1965. Different authors have debated possible causes for the anomaly, including climatic variability, land use change and data errors. None of the authors considered the way in which the land is used by for instance agricultural and forestry practises. This paper focuses on the possible effects of land use and land use management on the hydrological response of the Meuse catchment. In absence of detailed information on land use over the observation period, we adopted a fully "top-down" approach to the problem. The approach consists of a dynamic evaluation of a conceptual hydrological model and the interpretation of the temporal trends of model parameters. It appears that land use has had a considerable impact on the hydrological behaviour of the Meuse catchment. The time lag of the catchment has reduced markedly over time, possibly related to more intensive drainage and river training works. Moreover we hypothesise that forest rotation has had a significant impact on the evaporation of the catchment. These results contrast with previous studies, where the effect of land use change on the hydrological behaviour of the Meuse catchment was considered negligible, mainly because there was not sufficient change in land cover to account for it. Here we hypothesise that in the Meuse it was not the change of land cover that was responsible for hydrological change, but rather the way the land was managed.

In this article, we propose to describe linguistic phenomena which contribute to creating uncertainty in a literary text. In particular, we will analyze different narrative strategies that introduce the sinister (Freud, 1919) into a text which, while being an author’s account, utilizes forms of expression typical of the traditional oral legend “El Monte de las Ánimas” by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. The unsettling effect that this legend produces on the reader stems from several phenomena analyzed by literary theory (such as in the study of the Fantasy genre). However, we would like to propose an approach based on some notions from the fields of linguistics and discourse analysis as determining factors in this effect. We will discuss three aspects: the reproduced speech (Maldonado, 2001) or the representation of the speech of others (Authier-Revuz, 2003), the epistemic modality that describes the enunciator’s knowledge regarding the mentioned facts (Nuyts, 2001; García Negroni & Tordesillas Colado, 2001) and the evidential verbs that account for the way the speaker obtains information (Aikhenvald, 2004), especially the cases of transmitted indirect evidence, folklore or popular knowledge (Willett, 1988). In our opinion, the articulation of these three elements constitutes a possible path to describing the aforementioned effect.
