Management Information System is a comprehensive, coordinated and rationally integrated set of information subsystems capable of transforming data into information through a series of ways to increase productivity in accordance with the style and nature of managers on the basis of established data quality criteria. Technological developments require every institution, both government and private, to provide services to be able to serve effectively and efficiently. Management is defined as a typical process consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring carried out to determine and attempt to achieve goals by utilizing human resources and other resources. In the work process of Victory Sorong University, the General Administration Bureau (ADUM) carries out administrative management processes still manually, this can be seen from the survey results that the data management process is carried out in manual books. This is a major issue that needs attention. Manual conditions can support data loss due to several factors. The importance of the role and function of general administration management as the main task of a government agency, private or organization, so it is necessary to implement an integrated information system using PHP and MySQL database.

As a reaserch and development model, IFS is fast and efficient for MIS sysment.At first, we introduced the IFS models (information models, station models and function models) ,and it is proposed that the management information system (MIS) is build base on IFS models data-driven technologies and four tiers soft development technologies. Finally, we described abstract of the station models (user interface) and mechanism about the station models to the user interface.

An Environmental Management Information System is an information system that produces outputs using inputs that can process all the information needed to meet the organization's objectives for management activities. A good Environmental Management Information System is able to balance the costs and benefits to be gained, meaning an environmental management information system that will save costs, increase revenue that arises from very useful information. The organization must realize that meticulous technology can design and implement an environmental management information system to suit its desires in determining cost limits from the point of benefit to be obtained, then the resulting Environmental Management Information System will provide benefits and money. Integrated and flexible information technology is an environmental management information system tool, in information processing in order to design an environmental management information system that is able to serve the main task. The purpose of the environmental management information system is to meet the general information needs of all managers in the company or within the organizational subunits of the company. The environmental management information system provides users with information in the form of reports and outputs from various mathematical simulation models. The results of this study indicate that the environmental management information system can provide good or bad changes in Good Government Governance that are managed by the company. Technological developments greatly influence the increasing disruption to the system and system used by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to see how optimal the system is being used by an organization. The Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) of Salatiga City is also inseparable from the development of information technology. By using several information systems, they try to keep up one of the technological developments by using the Asset Management Information System (SIMASET) based website for data collection of goods in and out of the UPPD Salatiga City. In this study using the IT Balanced Scorecard method as a planning solution in terms of performance measurement and monitoring the realization of the value or business benefits and benefits of Information Technology which the IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives namely Company Contribution Perspective, User Orientation Perspective, Improvement Perspective Operations and Future Orientation Perspectives. Results and discussion of the 4 Perspectives on Balanced IT Scorecard in this study, it is expected that the User Orientation Perspective and the Future Perspective is doing some improvement because in the User Orientation Perspective the system used often has errors and is quite convoluted in use, the Future Orientation Perspective is almost the same as the User Orientation Perspective, where the quality of the new system still needs to be improved again.

The main task of the protection equipment management information system is statistical analysis, which requires presenting the analytical results in the form of reports. Therefore, the statistical analysis module of the system contains the reports of Evaluation Code with complex business logic and stable structure, as well as common analysis reports with simple business logic and flexible structure. As the growth of the business complexity and the requirements for diversification, existing reporting mode cannot adapt to the system. The reports component using B/S architecture, which adopts the independent engine mechanism, has become the developing trend of statistical reports.

The People's Data Management Information System is an information system that manages people's data from the diocese, parish, regional, to environmental levels. This application is used to input data, update data, and delete data, the application of the Ummah Data Management Information System has risks that will hinder the application, such as unstable internet connections, the latest data and the readiness of human resources who operate the system. The purpose of the research is to minimize the possibility of risk, so ISO 31000 is used to determine the impact of risk, the level of risk, and the treatment of risk needed in a company or organization in conducting the analysis. It is hoped that the existence of ISO 31000 can overcome the risks that will occur now and in the future.

Current technological developments can be done to facilitate work. One of them can be applied to support management information system that focus on management TK Mekar Sari. The problems that exist in the process of acceptance of new students are still conventional (manual) and the class division process is still shared conventionally (manually) using Microsoft Excel. So it can take much time for class and student division in each semester. Based on the problem, the system is called "Kindergarten Management Information System (case study: Kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari village Ambawang)". The system is built using the PHP programming language with a native framework. While the database development uses MySQL that works for the database server. Design of the display interface that author builds are created using Adobe XD CC 2019. As well as the draft database using Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart. This system can facilitate admins, principals and prospective registrants in the registration process, class division and Administration data collection to make it easier, faster and efficient both in terms of time, place, cost and energy at kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari in Ambawang village.
