SATISFACTION LEVEL ANALYSIS OF AUTOCAD ONLINE TRAINING PARTICIPANTS FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE AFFECTED BY COVID-19 USING KIRKPATRICK LEVEL I METHOD. Online AutoCAD training is an activity to learn modelling techniques using AutoCAD software for participants affected by Covid-19. Online AutoCAD training was held to increase people's productivity during the pandemic, increase knowledge, and develop modelling ability using AutoCAD software. The number of participants registered to join this program was 49 participants from open recruitment which consisted of 59% male participants and 41% female participants. The program ran for four meetings online, each session 1.5 hours with a system of introduction, learning, assignments, and exams. The service team also provides free facilitators, facilities, presenters and materials (F2PM) for training participants. So, to find out participants' satisfaction, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation at the end of the training. The review was carried out by means of an online survey to the participants, then processed qualitatively with the Kirkpatrick Level I method. The final result of the participant evaluation of the facilitator was considered acceptable (59%), the facilities were considered excellent (67%), the presenters were considered very good (56 %), and the material is considered very good (59%). In the future, evaluation data on the level of participant satisfaction can be used as a recommendation and motivation to organize advanced training.

This study examined consumers’ motivations for participating in market research online communities (MROCs) and an integrative role of community identification in explaining its motivational antecedents and consequences. Online survey data ( n = 1,461) were collected from various company-sponsored MROCs, which were run by a leading online community service provider in the United States. The findings showed that several motivations underlying MROC participation had an influence on members’ sense of identification with MROCs. Furthermore, members’ identification with MROCs was found to contribute to enhancing their feeling heard by the sponsoring company, which in turn affected their intention to continually participate in communities and trust in the sponsoring company’s brand. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed in relation to the value that listening to consumers has for market research.

Objectives: The McMaster Optimal Aging Portal (the Portal) aims to increase access to evidence-based health information. We would now like to understand who uses the Portal, why, and for what, and elicit feedback and suggestions for future initiatives. Methods: An online survey of users collected data on demographics, eHealth literacy, Internet use, information-seeking behavior, site acceptability and perceived impact on health behaviors, participant satisfaction, and suggestions for improvements using mixed methods. Results: Participants ( n = 163, age 69.8 ± 8.6 years) were predominantly female (76%), married (67%), retired (80%), and well-educated with very good/excellent health (55%). The Portal was easy to use (83%) and relevant (80%), with 68% intending to, and 48% having changed behavior after using the Portal. A number of suggestions for improvement were obtained. Discussion: A better understanding of users’ characteristics, needs, and preferences will allow us to improve content, target groups who are not engaging with the Portal, and plan future directions.

Abstract Background Compiling a daily hospital roster which complies with existing laws and tariff regulations and meets the requirements for ongoing professional training while also taking the legal regulations on the health of employees into account makes planning the duty roster a challenge. The aim of this study was to obtain a realistic picture of existing duty roster systems and of the current workloads of obstetricians in Germany. Method This online survey was sent to 2770 physicians training to become obstetricians or specializing in specific areas of obstetric care. The survey consisted of an anonymized 95-item questionnaire which collected data on different types of duty roster systems and the workload of obstetricians in Germany for the period from 17.02.2015 to 16.05.2015. Results Out of a total of 2770 physicians who were contacted, 437 (16%) completed the questionnaire. Across all forms of care, the care provided outside normal working hours usually (75%) consisted of a combination of regular working times and on-call duty or even consisted entirely of standby duty. Level I perinatal centers were most likely 20% (n = 88) to have a shift system in place. Working a shift system was significantly more common in care facilities which had previously carried out a job analysis. The number of physicians in hospitals who are present during the night shift was higher in facilities with higher numbers of births and in facilities which offered higher levels of care. In addition to regularly working overtime and the fact that often not all the hours worked were recorded, it was notable that the systems used to compile duty rosters often did not comply with legal regulations or with collectively agreed working hours nor were they compatible with the staff planning requirements. Outlook The results of this study show that the conditions of work, the working times, and the organization of working times in obstetric departments are in need of improvement. Recording the actual times worked together with an analysis of the activities performed during working times and while on standby would increase the level of transparency for employers and employees.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of e-tail brand experience on e-brand trust and e-brand loyalty. The study also tests whether gender moderates this influence. Design/methodology/approach – In all, 429 responses were collected using both offline and online survey methods. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling techniques were performed to test the measurement and structural models using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical software. Findings – Empirical results confirm the impact of e-tail brand experience on e-brand trust and e-brand loyalty. Gender was found to moderate the relationships. It was further found that e-tail brand experience developed almost same levels of e-brand trust in both males and females. However, males became more loyal to e-tail brands when they received positive e-tail brand experiences. Practical implications – E-tail brand managers should focus on the design and delivery of unique e-tail brand experiences to develop e-brand trust and e-brand loyalty in customers. The direct influence of e-tail brand experience on e-brand loyalty was found to be weaker in females, which suggests that managers could take steps to specifically deliver experiences that please female customers which might result in increased e-brand loyalty of this segment. Originality/value – Examining the phenomenon of brand experience in context of online retail while considering gender as moderator highlights the originality and contribution of the present study to existing retail and brand experience literature.

PPK FTI activities is a manifestation of the application of one of the faculty visions, namely entrepreneurship, which is then also supported by ristekbrin through a community service funding scheme. One of the outputs of this activity was to produce 6 viable tenants and became the essential thing in this PPK FTI activity. Several stages were passed, starting from administrative selection until 20 tenants were obtained to participate in the training which would later be selected again into 6 tenants. Sociopreneur mindset training is important in this KDP activity because, in addition to the spirit of empowerment, doing business must also provide benefits to others. In addition, sharia aqad is also a training material because buying and selling aqad is the key to the start of the business process where to be taken. In essence, doing business is about the benefits of the world and savings in the afterlife. Some obstacles were experienced during online training, such as signals and voices, but these did not dampen the tenant's enthusiasm for participating in the training. Most of the tenants were able to receive well and were satisfied with the training material so that it could be practiced in their entrepreneurial activities.

With Rama Fishing, the community service team saw the potential of MSMEs by making catfish crackers. The method used in the implementation of this community service is using online training methods in the form of webinars, and direct assistance offline in training on making catfish crackers. In addition, assistance is provided in the sale of catfish crackers. To find out the usefulness of the webinar and the outcome of the webinar, a survey was conducted. The survey results showed that 94.4% of participants from a total of 18 participants stated that this activity was useful. However, less than half of the participants will turn catfish crackers into their business, which is merely 44.4%. This was because some participants felt they had not succeeded in making catfish crackers that were worth selling. Others feel that they do not have the ability to promote and sell, so they are only interested in learning. From this activity, 49 packages of catfish crackers were produced, of which 44 were successfully sold. Keywords: catfish; crackers; community service; MSMEs

In the past year, an unprecedented climate movement has risen among European youth, so-called "Fridays4Future" (F4F). Thousands of pupils skip school every Friday to protest for better climate politics. The public debate on the protests contains highly mixed reactions, including praise as well as condemnation. Recent theoretical accounts propose that people’s engagement in community service and actions towards a greater good could be related to their moral identity. Moral identity (MI) is defined as the extent to which being moral is important to the personal identity. The current preregistered study investigates the link between moral identity and participants’ support for F4F in an online survey (N = 537). Results confirm the association between participants’ moral identity and their support for F4F, with the internalization scale predicting passive forms of support and the symbolization scale predicting active forms of support. Additionally, risk perception was found to play an important role. Thus, this study confirms the role of moral identity in people’s pro-environmental engagement and offers new insights in the context of an important and timely issue.
