With Rama Fishing, the community service team saw the potential of MSMEs by making catfish crackers. The method used in the implementation of this community service is using online training methods in the form of webinars, and direct assistance offline in training on making catfish crackers. In addition, assistance is provided in the sale of catfish crackers. To find out the usefulness of the webinar and the outcome of the webinar, a survey was conducted. The survey results showed that 94.4% of participants from a total of 18 participants stated that this activity was useful. However, less than half of the participants will turn catfish crackers into their business, which is merely 44.4%. This was because some participants felt they had not succeeded in making catfish crackers that were worth selling. Others feel that they do not have the ability to promote and sell, so they are only interested in learning. From this activity, 49 packages of catfish crackers were produced, of which 44 were successfully sold. Keywords: catfish; crackers; community service; MSMEs

Sustainability and leanness are organizational approach concepts for more efficient activities and increased competitiveness. This paper presents a study and an application of the concepts of sustainability and lean, with the purpose to capitalize on the benefits of the two concepts’ tools when used together in an industry and education activity. A literature review was carried out to evaluate qualitatively and empirically the concepts of sustainability, lean, and enterprise games, and the possibility to integrate the first two concepts into a new tool applied into an enterprise game. An online survey was done to identify which tools are used within companies in the region, how and what training methods they used, and what the reported benefits are. The survey results were used to design a new tool integrated in a new enterprise game (SLIM) developed by the authors. The game was tested and validated in educational laboratory with students and actual employees from companies. The game follows the frame of an enterprise game, considering the simulation of enterprise classical functions. The game’s purpose is to improve the activity in successive rounds. A scorecard is used to fill in and compute the key performance indicators (KPIs), and a new indicator is proposed (SLIMx). Applications of the instrument/game include: students’ training in an educational laboratory; lifelong learning; professional training in companies; and professional perfection/reconversion of potential employees and the unemployed. The SLIM game was simulated in a team of 15 players over three rounds, with teachers playing the role of the supervisor. A number of possible improvements have been identified. The next step is testing it in enterprises with various fields of activity. SLIM has proven to be an effective solution to improve organizational efficiency and motivate players to gain new knowledge.

PPK FTI activities is a manifestation of the application of one of the faculty visions, namely entrepreneurship, which is then also supported by ristekbrin through a community service funding scheme. One of the outputs of this activity was to produce 6 viable tenants and became the essential thing in this PPK FTI activity. Several stages were passed, starting from administrative selection until 20 tenants were obtained to participate in the training which would later be selected again into 6 tenants. Sociopreneur mindset training is important in this KDP activity because, in addition to the spirit of empowerment, doing business must also provide benefits to others. In addition, sharia aqad is also a training material because buying and selling aqad is the key to the start of the business process where to be taken. In essence, doing business is about the benefits of the world and savings in the afterlife. Some obstacles were experienced during online training, such as signals and voices, but these did not dampen the tenant's enthusiasm for participating in the training. The world of national education is required to be able to produce superior human resources, so that they are able to face all challenges that arise in the future. Referring to this, chemistry learning methods at the high school level need special attention. This is due to the lack of student interest in learning chemistry, because the learning is often carried out through a one-way process using the theoretical explanation method. This Community Service Program activity was carried out through workshop and training methods with practice-based chemistry learning. The training materials included liquid detergent, dish soap, and floor cleaner. The partner involved in this program was SMAN 15 Semarang. The implementation of this community service activity began with a material giving session, workshop session and training on household products manufacturing, and discussions. The results of the implementation of this community service activity can provide various benefits for the involved partner in the form of increased knowledge and understanding in the field of chemistry and motivation for entrepreneurship. Practice-based community service activities received a positive response from the partner involved in this program, so that this practice-based learning model would be applied in Chemistry learning at SMA N 15 Semarang.
