A company that canincrease its value will also be able to improve the well-being of the owner or the shareholders. To a company that issues stocks in the capital market, the stock price in the stock exchange is the indicator of a companys value. Good company value is identified from the companys performance it is also identified from the stable or increasing stock price.This present study analyzed the influence of investment decision and market capitalization on company value. It involved companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and aimed to formulate a matter of consideration for investors. A quantitative descriptive method was employed to investigate the correlation and influence between variables. The result showed that: (1) investment decisionpartially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of 1.721 and significance value of 0.000 (2) market capitalization partially influenced company value with regression coefficient value of -0.163 and significance value of 0.041 (3) investment decision and market capitalization simultaneously influenced company value of companies listed in the JII with f-count value of 330.698 and significance value of 0.000. Moreover, the adjusted R2 test acquired value of 0.924. The number indicated that company value was influenced by investment decisionand market capitalization by 92.4 percent, while the rest 7.6 percent was due to other variables.

The established entity has the aim to increase the value of the company. the company's stock price can be a reference for valuing a company. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is in the form of annual company report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure had no effect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy variables proved to have a significant effect on firm value, while ownership structure did not affect company value.

This study aims to analyze the influences of technical variables, which consist of the stock price and the Total Volume Activity (TVA), as well as fundamental variables, which consist of the Price Book Value (PBV) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the investment decisions and the company value measured by using the PER of some companies of agricultural sector listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Path analysis is used as the data analysis method. The research results show that one of the technical factors that significantly influences the investment decision and the company value is the stock price. Meanwhile, one of the fundamental factors that influences the investment decision and the company value is the PBV. The hypothesis testing showing that the stock price factor and the PBV factor have positive effects on the value of agricultural sector company is proven or accepted. On the other hand, the other variables, according to theorema trimming, are proved to be not includable in the path calculation if the path is proved to be insignificant, in this case the DER and the trading volume variable

The value of the company is very important because the high value of the company will be followed by the high prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company, in order to achieve company value, investors generally give their management to professionals. Optimizing company value can be achieved through the implementation of financial management functions, where one financial decision taken will influence other financial decisions and have an impact on the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decision taken will influence other financial decision and have an impact on the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on firm value. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016 while sample selection using purposive sampling technique obtained 89 companies that will be used as samples in this study. The hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that investment decision affect the value of the company, funding decisions do not affect the value of the company and dividend policy does not affect the value of the company. While the simultaneous research resultshows that investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies have a significant effect on firm value

Stock price is a very important factor for see company value, a high stock price in the company can be said that the company is in good condition, on the other hand, if the stock price of a company is falling, it can be said  the company is not good which makes the value of the company go down and can cause investors not to buy the campany’s stock. The purpose of this study was to compare the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian for a period of 12 months before and 12 months after the Covid-19 pandemic was confirmed in Indonesian, namely on March 2, 2020. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research and uses comparative method. The results of the study using the paired sample t-test showed that the average stock price before the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 8,114.58 and after the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 5,088.33, this means that there is a difference in the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, a significat periode of 12 months before and 12 months afrer the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian. The conclusion obtained is that there is a negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

This study aims to get empirical evidence about the infuence of IT spending on corporate value by testing the efect of IT spending on corporate value by using Tobin’s Q. Te higher the stock price, the higher the company value as well as investors’ assessment. The market price of the company’s stocks refects investors’ assessment of the overall equity held. Of the stock price refects investor can provide an assessment of a company. Tobin’s Q is the ratio of the market value of the company’s assets as measured by the market value of the outstanding stocks and debt (enterprise value) to the replacement cost of the assets of the company. The sampling method is based on purposive sampling method with the purpose to obtain a sample that meets the criteria. Tis study used a sample taken from a telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange throughout Southeast Asia during the period of 2009-2011. The hypothesis in this study was tested using simple regression. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This study aims to examine and explain the effect of company size and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is explanatory research, testing classical assumptions, and analyzed using a moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 32 companies, and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research variable consists of company size and leverage as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable, and profitability as a moderating variable. The analysis showed that partially company size and leverage had no significant effect on firm value, profitability had a negative effect on firm value and profitability weakened the effect of company size on firm value and profitability strengthened the effect of leverage on firm value. In this study, it can provide implications for a company to consider factors of company size, leverage, and profitability, and can also be used as a reference by other companies in business strategy, understand aspects of the industry they are involved in, and pay more attention to the development of the environment that can affect the company's business so that it can increase the value of the company.

An investor must be able to consider all kinds of steps that will be taken or that will be carried out, assessing stocks - shares that will provide optimal benefits in making an investment decision. By analyzing the intrinsic value of the price of a company's stock, investors can assess the fairness of the stock price. The method used to analize intrinsic value is fundamental analysis using the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach. The samples to be taken in this research are manufacturing companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 - 2017 with certain criteria. The results of this research will show that the shares of companies listed are in overvalued, undervalued or correctly valued conditions. So investors can decide to buy, hold or sell their shares.
