The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the significant effect between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on corporate value. And to know the effect simultaneously between profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on corporate value. research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The population in this study are all companies that are members of the BLUE CHIPS stock group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2015. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling and analysis model used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that partially Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), and Decision Funding (DER) that does not affect the value of the company. While the dividend policy (DPR) affects the value of the company. Simultaneously, the result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between Profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Fund Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV). While the R Square value of 0389 or 38.9% indicates that the contribution of the influence of profitability (ROA), Investment Decision (PER), Funding Decision (DER), and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV) of 38.9% and the balance of 61.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study aims to describe the relationship between financial decisions, innovation, enterprise profitability and the value of the company. Based on the research objectives, this research is a causality research. The data used are secondary data for a 5-years period, obtained through several sources such as Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the websites of 22 companies. The results show that (1) Investment decision affects company profitability positively and significantly, (2) Investment decision affects company value positively and significantly, (3) Capital structure affects company profitability positively and significantly, (4) Capital structure affects company value positively and significantly, (5) Dividend policy affects company profitability positively and significantly, (6) Dividend policy does not affect company value, (7) Innovation affects company profitability positively and significantly, (8) Innovation affects company value positively and significantly, and (9) Profitability affects company value positively and significantly.

The value of the company is very important because the high value of the company will be followed by the high prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company, in order to achieve company value, investors generally give their management to professionals. Optimizing company value can be achieved through the implementation of financial management functions, where one financial decision taken will influence other financial decisions and have an impact on the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decision taken will influence other financial decision and have an impact on the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on firm value. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016 while sample selection using purposive sampling technique obtained 89 companies that will be used as samples in this study. The hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that investment decision affect the value of the company, funding decisions do not affect the value of the company and dividend policy does not affect the value of the company. While the simultaneous research resultshows that investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies have a significant effect on firm value

Companies that want to maximize the value of the company, will take some decisions such as investment decisions, dividend policies, and funding decisions. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used in this study were selected in saturation sampling. Secondary data obtained then selected based on predetermined criteria, then obtained as many as 13 sample during period of year 2013-2016. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies have a positive and significant impact on the value of food and beverages companies. The suggestion that can be given is to pay more attention to internal factors of the company. These variables can be used as a reference to establish a strategy in increasing the value of the company. Good corporate value shows the level of good corporate financial health so as to make the value of the company will be increased and in demand by investors. Purpose In earlier studies, research has shown that EI is the only element, which influences the ways in which people develop in their lives, jobs and social skills control their emotions and get along with other people. It is EI that dictates the way people deal with one another and understand emotions. The research gap is to explore the impact of behavioral factors and investors psychology on their investment decision-making. Design/methodology/approach The information was gathered from 500 financial specialists. The region of research was the financial specialists who contribute through LSC Securities Ltd. in Punjab State. The purposive testing system was used in this examination. Findings The investigation found that the positive connection between the conduct predispositions of the financial specialists and venture choices of the speculators and positive connection between enthusiastic insight of the financial specialists and their venture choices. Yet, the authors found that the enthusiastic insight better foresees the venture choices of the financial specialists than the conduct predispositions of the speculators. Among the different elements of conduct inclinations of the speculator’s lament and carelessness are identified with the financial specialist’s venture choices. Among the various estimations of eager understanding – care, dealing with emotions, motivation, empathy and social aptitudes are related to the hypothesis decisions of the monetary pros. Research limitations/implications The sample selection was based on purposive sampling, rather than a random probability sample. The sample was area specific, restricted only to Ludhiana Stock Exchange in Punjab state. Therefore, the results of the study cannot be generalized with certainty to all the investors investing through other exchanges in other states. The inferences are based on the assumption that the data provided by the investors are true and correct. The findings may be relevant for other stock exchanges as that of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange. However, the authors do not claim the generalization of the results. Practical implications This study also helps to understand the relationship between investment decision-making and risk tolerance of investors. It will helpful for the financial advisors to know the behavioral biases of investors while making an investment decision, and therefore, they can advise investors properly to mitigate such biases. It may help the investors in understanding the subjective part of their behavior and control their emotions while taking decisions for their investment in stock market options. Social implications This research will help investment advisors and finance professionals to judge investors’ attitudes toward risk in a better way, which leads to better investment decisions. Originality/value This study is my own study and it is original and has not been published anywhere.

The main objective of company is maximizing company value or wealth for stockholders. The company also could showing value assets owned by company. More and more high value company then more and more high prosperity received by stockholders. The most determinant factors which indicate affect company value are decision investment, decision funding, and profitability. This study uses secondary data such as financial report that published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Central Bank of Indonesia during period of 2015-2018. This study intend quantitative approach and conducts multiple regression. This study composes dependent variable is value company whereas independent variable are investment decision, decision funding, and profitability. Results of this study show that in a manner partial decision investment take effect positive and not significant to value company. Decision investment, decision funding, and profitability in a manner simultaneous take effect significant to value company.

This research  aims to determine the  influence of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on the firm value at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research conducted during 7 year (period 2003 to 2009) to the 347 company as sample. The results show that: firts, investment decisions positively affects on the firm value, this means that if company improve the amount of invesment hence company value will mount. Second, financing decisions not positively affects on the firm value, this means that investor candidate in assessing company not see where from source of financing company. Third, dividend policy positively affects on the firm value, this means that excelsior of deviden, stockholder will  more prosperous.

Performance of the company can be seen from two parts, namely financial performance and market performance. The Market Performent This study is  to examine  the effect of managerial ownership, investment decisions, and dividend policy to  market performance. Samples in this study are  manufacturing companies listed  on Indonesia Stock Exchange that provide dividends from  2013 until 2015. Samples were taken by using the technique of puposive sampling, the data were analyzed by using Panel Data Regresion method. The results showed that managerial ownership (KP) has a regression coefficient value of 0.173 and t count of 0.594 with probability  value 0.555> 0 So concluded managerial ownership has no significant effect to market performance , The results show that investment decision (PER) Has a regression coefficient value of 0,214 dan thitung 2,931 With probability value of 0,005 <0,05 , Dividend Policy (DPR) regression coefficient value of -0,187 and  thitung -3,422 With probability value of 0,001 <0,05 The results show that investment decision has positive and significant effect to market performance and dividend policy has negative and significant effect to market performance. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Investment Decision, Dividend Policy, Market Performance
