This research  aims to determine the  influence of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on the firm value at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research conducted during 7 year (period 2003 to 2009) to the 347 company as sample. The results show that: firts, investment decisions positively affects on the firm value, this means that if company improve the amount of invesment hence company value will mount. Second, financing decisions not positively affects on the firm value, this means that investor candidate in assessing company not see where from source of financing company. Third, dividend policy positively affects on the firm value, this means that excelsior of deviden, stockholder will  more prosperous.

This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the influence of Dividend Policy, InvestmentDecisions, Decisions Funding, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership as theindependent variable on the dependent variable value as a company. This study used a sample usingpurposive sampling techniques in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange inLQ45 index period 2008-2013. Total sample of this research is 20 companies. This study aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy on firm value in the LQ-45 firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population as well as the sample in this study is the LQ-45 firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2011 period which has complete financial statements are expressed in dollars and pay dividends continuously over the study period, which amounted  to 9 companies. The dependent variable used is the value of the company (PBV) while the independent variable is investment (PER), funding (DER) and dividend policy (DPR). In this study using a multiple linier regression and classical assumption. Assessment of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable was partially or simulataneously, and analysis tools in this study using eviews. Partial results of the study showed that investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value, funding decisions have no significant effect on firm value and dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract. This study aims to prove the effect of financial performance and investment decisions on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial report documentation on chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. Data analysis using classical assumption test and path analysis. The results showed that financial performance has a negative and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions and dividend policy does not affect company value, financial performance and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, and partially financial performance and investment decisions have an influence on value company with dividend policy as an intervening variable. Keywords: financial performance, investment decisions, firm value, dividend policy

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability and company size on firm value. In this study, company value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) is used as a proxy for investment decisions, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is used as a proxy for funding decisions, Devided Payout Ratio (DPR) is used as a proxy dividend policy, Return On Equity (ROE) is used as a proxy for profitability and natural logarithm (ln) is used as a proxy for measure of firm value. This study uses a purposive sampling method to determine the number of samples. The sample used in this study were 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published financial statements for the 2013-2017. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results showed that investment decisions had a positive effect on firm value. However, funding decisions had no effct on firm value, dividend policy had a negatif effect on firm value, profit had a positive effect on firm value and company size had a negatif affect the firm's value.

This study aims to determine the effect of mediation decisions on investment, and financing decisions influence the company’s risk and dividend policy on firm value. The unit of analysis in this research is company property and real estate sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange continuously for 9 years (2001-2008) that have a complete financial report on the study period. This research study using descriptive analysis and inferentsial to prove examine the relationship between the study variables with the five structural models using WarpPLS. This study is basically to analyze the patterns of relationships between variables in order to determine the effect of directly or indirectly, a set of independent variables (exogenous) to the dependent variable (endogenous). The company’s risk and investment decisions are able to increase the value of the company, while the dividend policy and funding decisions are not able to increase the value of the company, the study was conducted at the companies in the sectors of property and real estate, then this study better developed for other sectors that have different characteristics. Originality from this research is the populations in this study were the companies in the sectors of property and real estate with specific criteria Indonesia and the data used in this study were secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial statements.

This study aims to determine how to influence simultaneously and partially investment decisions, debt policy and dividend policy on firm value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which amounted to 43 companies. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the number of samples obtained is 8 companies. While the data analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect method. The results of the study show that partially investment decisions and debt policies have a positive effect on firm value. While dividend policy has a negative effect on firm value. In addition, the results of the study simultaneously show that investment decisions, debt policies and dividend policies affect the value of the company. The amount of investment decisions, debt policy and dividend policy in contributing influence to earnings management is 34.14%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of institutional leadership, tax planning and foreign board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study were 615 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling to get a total sample of 325 companies with a total of 975 observations of company data. The results of this study indicate that institutional leadership and tax planning have no role in increasing company value. While the foreign board of commissioners showed a significant influence on the value of the company. This proves that there is a need for diversity in the structure of the board that can trigger an increase in the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

This study discusses and analyzes the Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Against Capital Structure, Dividends and Company Value. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using 37 companies. The data used are from 2010 to 2019, this study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inference with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows: ownership structure does not oppose capital structure, dividend policy, and firm value, external factors affect internal factors, external factors do not oppose capital structure, external factors do not significantly influence firm value, internal factors related to capital structure, factors internal does not oppose dividend policy, internal factors oppose company value, capital structure opposes dividend policy, dividend policy has no effect on capital structure, capital structure is related to company value, and dividend policy is related to company value.
