The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Keywords: service quality, price, trust, intention to purchase

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. In testing multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21, the calculated F value of 64.530 (p> 3.09) and a significance value of 0.000 (p 1.98) with a significance value of 0.000 (p 1.98) with a significance value of 0.000 (p 1.98) with a significance value of 0.017 (p

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership competencyand organization culture to customer satisfaction either directly or indirectly throughresponsive behavior employees. This research has three variables namely independentvariables (leadership competency and organizational culture), mediating variable (responsivebehavior) and dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The population in thisresearch are frontliners and customer of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya Branch Office. The technique of data collection is the census method. Data are gathered by questionnairesgiven to 42 frontliners and customers of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya BranchOffice. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Theresult shows that leadership competency, organizational culture and frontliner responsivebehavior have significantly influence to customer satisfaction. Responsive behavior doesnot mediate the influence of leadership competency and organizational culture to customersatisfaction.

Based on the propositions that the attention-getting power of an ad is measured by its readership and that readership is the effect of the ad format, this article uses six advertisement readership models constructed by multiple-regression analysis on 1,070 Life ads and describes a computer program that selects the advertisement format that maximizes a readership objective function.

Abstract Objective: To construct a harmony box based on correlated cephalometric variables, which may serve as a valuable diagnostic tool in orthodontic treatment planning, by analyzing the harmonious relationships of existing individual craniofacial patterns among Filipinos. Materials and Methods: Eighty-one subjects, 37 females and 44 males, were selected from the student population of a University according to established inclusion criteria. Five cephalometric angular measurements were obtained and digitized. Pearson correlation coefficients described the high association among the five variables. The bivariate linear regression analysis was used to construct a harmony box, which contained the cephalometric floating norms of the five correlated variables. Multiple regression analysis and the standard error of the estimate were calculated to construct the harmony schema, which describes the individual craniofacial pattern. Results: Correlations between the five variables were significant at .001 and .05 levels. Linear regression equations with corresponding r2 and standard error of the estimate (SE) were illustrated as the harmony box. The multiple correlation coefficient R, the adjusted R2, and the SE when one of the five measured variables was predicted from the remaining four by means of a multiple regression analysis were displayed as the harmony schema. Conclusion: The cephalometric floating norms describing the individual craniofacial pattern among Filipinos were established based on five correlated variables in the form of a harmony box.

Employment and organisational commitment are widely endorsed as goals for labour market policy and organisations. However, there are few comparative studies that examine how, in addition to individual characteristics, dimensions of national culture affect employment and organisational commitment. This article compares employment and organisational commitment among employees in Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Spain and Sweden. The main focus is on whether these commitments differ in Finland from those in four other European countries. Finland has seldom been included in this kind of comparative study. Individual-level data come from the International Social Survey Program (ISSP), Work Orientation Module III, collected in 2005–2006. Employment commitment was the highest in Sweden, while organisational commitment was the highest among Germans. Finnish employees did not display particularly high levels of employment commitment: Finns were next to last in this category. Organisational commitment in Finland was on the same level as Spain and Sweden. In all five countries low subjective job insecurity among employees increased organisational commitment. Schwartz’s (2007) cultural dimensions accounted for a significant share of the variance in employment commitment. The data were analysed mainly by using standard multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis.

Tax revenue is one of important government’s sources of revenue and the taxation system vary across countries. Malaysia went through the paradigm shift by employing the self-assessment system (SAS) on 2001 where responsibility of calculating taxes had shifted successfully from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) to taxpayers. Since then, the voluntary tax compliance through SAS in Malaysia has been paying a greater role in meeting the statutory tax obligations and collection, effectively and efficiently. The study is aimed to examine the ethical, moral, religious and cultural background considerations on individual voluntary tax compliance in Malaysia by engaging quantitative research approach by utilising 200 valid questionnaire from respondents who are the individual taxpayer in Malaysia. Multiple regression analysis conducted to identify the effect of ethicality, morality, religiosity and cultural background on the individual voluntary tax compliance in Malaysia. Findings shows that all the variables have significant positive relationship, however the multiple regression analysis proven that ethicality and religiosity have strong significant effect on the individual tax compliance behaviour and on the other hand, morality and cultural background doesn’t have significant effect on individual tax compliance behaviour.

This research aims to test whether the more convergent IFRS in Indonesia can make company’s earning more persistence or not, also this research aim to test can the operating income this year can predict the net income in next year more rather than non-operating income.  This research uses quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Researcher use companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange within 2012 – 2015 period as the sample. There are 304 companies used in this research. The results show that the more convergent IFRS in Indonesia can make company’s earning more persistence even the coefficient value fluctuates, so the net income in current year can be used to predict the net income in next year. Meanwhile, operating income proved can predict net income in next yearrather than non-operating income even the ability to predict was decreased in 2015.

The purpose of this research is to explain how much Product Innovation and Price Influence Purchase Decisions on Shopee application in Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who used the Shopee application and the process of calculating multiple regression analysis in the process by SPSS25 software. The main data of this study was obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through the publication of journals and textbooks. Based on the results of the study that the variables Product Innovation and Price have a significant influence together on the Purchase Decision, but for variables Product Innovation has a less significant influence on the Price Decision. This shows us that Shopee app users in Bandung have other perspectives when making purchasing decisions instead of just Product Innovation that is considered.
