The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. A study entitled �The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement� is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs� characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

The purpose of this research is to explain how much Product Innovation and Price Influence Purchase Decisions on Shopee application in Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who used the Shopee application and the process of calculating multiple regression analysis in the process by SPSS25 software. The main data of this study was obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through the publication of journals and textbooks. Based on the results of the study that the variables Product Innovation and Price have a significant influence together on the Purchase Decision, but for variables Product Innovation has a less significant influence on the Price Decision. This shows us that Shopee app users in Bandung have other perspectives when making purchasing decisions instead of just Product Innovation that is considered.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

Improving good employee performance can have an impact on company success, employees are always required to work optimally where good or poor employee performance can affect overall company income. One of the most important in improving employee performance is Intrinsic Motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional quotient, intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang, Indonesia. The number of samples studied in this study was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, that is by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Islamic leadership on employee performance, emotional quotient on employee performance, intrinsic motivation on employee performance, Islamic leadership on intrinsic motivation, and emotional quotient on intrinsic motivation.

Jakarta Islamic Index is an index comprised of stocks that meet various criteria sharia. Islamic stocks beta is a measure of the risk of the shares belonging to sharia. This study aims to examine and determine the influence of fundamental factors to Islamic stock beta. Object of this research is the company that makes the Jakarta Islamic Index years 2011-2013, with purposive sampling technique gained 12 companies as the study sample. The independent variabel in this study is dividend payout ratio (DPR), financial leverage (FL) and profitability. This research using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotesis. Result showed that the variables dividen payout ratio has no effect on beta Islamic stock. Variable financial leverage and profitability variables significant positive effect on beta Islamic stock. Simultaneous dividen payout ratio, financial leverage and profitability significantly to the beta having an Islamic stock

Abstract: This study aims to analysis influence profitability on firm’s value with dividend payout as intervening variable. Sample to be studied in this research is 21 (twenty one) firm’s which have to stay for 5 years in LQ45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2009 – 2013. Sampling technique was used is purposive sampling. Method of analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. Finding of study is profitability, dividend payout affect significant positive on firm’s value and profitability affect significant positive on dividend payout. This research conducted to determine the effect of service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam. Mechanical determination of sample using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 116 taxpayers. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection are done by questionnaire. Data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.20.0. These results indicate that the service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. The limitations in the study are the lack of understanding of respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and caring attitude and seriousness in answering statements. The study also suggested that Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam provides socialization with both the taxpayer so they better understand the tax penalties and cause sanctions fines on taxpayers.

The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that  lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

Abstract: The present research was conducted at Plaza Sukaramai Pekanbaru, aGoldSalesCenter in Pekanbaru. The study needs to find out the effect of product attribute, price and culture on the buying behaviors of the Pekanbaru consumers. The sample consisted of 160 buyers who were selected using the combination of cluster and purposive sampling technique. The variables are the product attribute, prices and culture as the independent variables, and the buying behavior as the dependent one. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study reveals that product attribute has a positive and significant effect on the buying behavior. The price has a positive and significant effect on the buying behavior.
