The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases.

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. The purpose of this study aims to test and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions at PT.  XYZ Research data is data collected from interviews, questionnaires and supporting data from PT.  XYZ for 3 consecutive years from 2016 to 2018. The sampling method used is the saturation sampling method. From a population of 156 people, the sample used was 113 people as well. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed compensation, career development and job satisfaction together (simultaneously) significantly influence turnover intention. Partially shows that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pembiayaan Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) dan Pembiayaan Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 dengan kriteria 6 Bank umum syariah yang sama, selama 4 tahun penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji t (uji parsial).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari jenis Pembiayaan Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) yaitu variabel pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), Pembiayaan Ijarah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), Pembiayaan Istishna berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dan jenis Pembiayaan Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) yaitu Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas (ROA), Murabahah, Ijarah, Istishna, Mudharabah, dan Musyarakah.  Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of Financing of Natural Certainty Contracts (NCC) and Financing of Natural Uncertainty Contracts (NUC) on Profitability (ROA). The sample used in this study amounted to 24 with criteria 6 of the same sharia commercial bank, for 4 years of research. Sampling method using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test (partial test).The results of this study show that from the type of Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) financing, namely Murabahah financing variable, it has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA), Ijarah Financing has no significant positive effect on profitability (ROA), Istishna Financing has no significant positive effect on profitability ( ROA) and type of Financing Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC), namely Mudharabah Financing does not have a positive and not significant effect on profitability (ROA), while Musyarakah financing has a positive and not significant effect on profitability (ROA). Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Murabahah, Ijarah, Istishna, Mudharabah, and Musyarakah.

Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

This research aims to investigate the effect of the role of organizational culture, communication and leadership style on job satisfaction. The object of this research is Senior High Schools (SMA)/Vocational Secondary School (SMK)/MAN, while the subject are 55 School Principals. Four variables from the research data were gathered through instruments in the form valid and reliable questionnaires. Statistical Analysis of the research data used multiple linear regression analysis with the significance in accordance with the output of SPSS 22.0. Findings indicated that organizational culture has an effect but not significant on job satisfaction, while communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, variable of organizational culture, communication and leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction

This study aims to examine analysis of factors affecting on taxpayer compliance. This type of research includes quantitative research using primary data obtained directly by respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in Tawengan Village. The method used in the selection of samples is purposive sampling method using solvin formula and set samples based on criteria determined by researchers. Respondents in this study were 138 respondents. Based on the results of processing primary data (questionnaires) with multiple linear regression analysis methods, F test and t test known variables of taxation socialization, understanding taxation procedures, awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions simultaneously significantly influence taxpayer compliance. Partially, this study shows that tax socialization and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on tax compliance. While understanding taxation procedures and awareness of taxpayers does not have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan.
