The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. This study mainly focuses on customer care management and customer loyalty. Even though there are many experiential studies about customer care management and customer loyalty system, the lack of studies on customers in Karabük and Safranbolu locally, has leaded to focus on this study. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the influence of customer care treatments of banks in Karabük and Safranbolu on customer loyalty. Descriptive research type was used in the study. In this study simple random sampling method was used which is one of the probability sampling method, face to face surwey to all 726 participants was used for the study. As the result of the experiential study, the attendance and influence of customer care management and loyalty systems have been comparatively low, but it has been figured out that customer care management system influences customer loyalty level.

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. This study aims to determine the success of All New Sour Sally rebranding in attracting customer loyalty, which loyalty is seen as one of the important criteria for companies to gain their competitive advantages. The research carries out by taking three independent variables, consisting of customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and product innovation. This is a descriptive research by using questionnaire which distributed to 167 respondents in Jakarta area. Data was collected by using non probability sampling method. Multiple regression analysis used for data analysis by using SPSS version 23. The findings of the study prove the previous research that each of the three independent variables have significant effect to influence customer loyalty.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is the role of customer value perception mediate brand trust and quality of service on customer loyalty online shopping (case study on Zalora Online shop). This research was conducted in Zalora Online shop with analytical data path analysis technique. The number of samples obtained by using non-probability sampling method is 150 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be known brand trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Quality of service has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand trust has a significant positive effect on the perception of customer value. Quality of service has a significant positive effect on the perception of customer value. The perception of customer value has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer value perceptions mediate the positive impact of brand trust and service quality on customer loyalty shopping at Zalora Online shop.   Keywords: Customer value, brand trust, service quality, customer loyalty

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and its impact on the restaurant's ability to build customer loyalty. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The analysis technique used was SEM PLS. The results showed that the quality of service had an impact on satisfaction which led to an increase in restaurant customer loyalty. Managerial implications of research results should be that managers or restaurant owners could improve service quality through reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible so that customer satisfaction increases so that it had an impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. This study aims to determine the effect of hospital image and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, and by testing the hypothesis. The result of the study found that: 1) There is a positive direct effect of Hospital Image on Customer Satisfaction of Awal Bros Tangerang. 2) There is a positive direct influence Quality of service to Customer Satisfaction Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 3) There is a positive direct influence Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 4) There is a positive direct impact Hospital image of Customer Loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital.5) There is a positive direct effect quality of service to Customer loyalty Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 6) There is no positive indirect influence of Hospital Image on Customer loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital. 7) There is an indirect effect of service quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction  Awal Bros Tangerang Hospital.

The study entitled the influence of service quality to the satisfaction of tourists in Maimoon Palace to determine whether the quality of the influence of quality of service to the satisfaction of tourists at Maimoon Palace. The population of this study are tourists who visit Maimoon Palace. Sampling method using random sampling counted 103 respondents. This research data is analyzed using Partial Test (t test) and coefficient of determination (R ²) while data processing using SSPS 20. Where previously been through validity test and reability of research instrument. The results showed that based on the test partially indicated that the quality of service has a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists at Maimoon Palace Medan. While the quality of service ability explain the level of tourist visit is 28,6% while the rest is explained by other variable which is explained which is not intended in this research model

This study aims to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and commitment to customer loyalty deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Population and sample in the study amounted to 112 respondents. The results of the discussion are explained that shows that integrated marketing communication and commitment have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia. The magnitude of the determination coefficient Adjusted R Square of 0.266 means that the independent variable consisting of integrated marketing communication and commitment can explain customer loyalty by 26.6% and the remaining 73.4% explained other variables not included in the research model, such as product quality, brand image , quality of service and so on.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the significant influence of service quality variable consisting of tangible (physical appearance), reliability (trust), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy (empathy) to user satisfaction simultaneously and partially at Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru’s Library. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The problem that the author thoroughly is a problem or symptoms that factual and also occur in the present (at the time of research done), then in this study the author uses descriptive method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) Simultaneously or together the quality of service consisting of physical appearance, trust, responsiveness, assurance and empathy proved to significantly influence the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. 2) Partially or separately service quality variables that affect the satisfaction of library users Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is the physical appearance and guarantee. 3) Quality Variables The most dominant service affects the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is a guarantee. Keywords: service quality, user satisfaction, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru’s Library  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari berwujud (penampilan fisik), reliabilitas (kepercayaan), daya tanggap (responsiveness), assurance (jaminan) dan empati (empati) terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Secara simultan atau bersama-sama kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari penampilan fisik, kepercayaan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung. Mangkurat Banjarbaru. 2) Variabel kualitas layanan secara parsial atau terpisah yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru adalah penampilan fisik dan jaminan. 3) Variabel Kualitas Layanan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru adalah jaminan. Kata kunci : kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pengguna, Perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat
