This study mainly focuses on customer care management and customer loyalty. Even though there are many experiential studies about customer care management and customer loyalty system, the lack of studies on customers in Karabük and Safranbolu locally, has leaded to focus on this study. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the influence of customer care treatments of banks in Karabük and Safranbolu on customer loyalty. Descriptive research type was used in the study. In this study simple random sampling method was used which is one of the probability sampling method, face to face surwey to all 726 participants was used for the study. As the result of the experiential study, the attendance and influence of customer care management and loyalty systems have been comparatively low, but it has been figured out that customer care management system influences customer loyalty level.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. This study aims to analyze the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive research type, with a population of all class IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo, totaling 101 students, consisting of 4 classes. The sample in the study was 20 people using a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were obtained from student learning independence questionnaire sheets, as well as interviews with students related to students' learning independence in mathematics through e-learning. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the researcher has described in the previous chapter, that the learning independence of students in mathematics through e-learning is seen based on five indicators of learning independence divided into three categories namely high, medium and low categories. There are 4 high category students with an answer percentage of 20%. Second, there are 13 students belonging to the medium category with an answer percentage of 65%. Third, there are 3 students in the low category with an answer percentage of 15%. Of the three categories, in general, students only fulfill part of the indicators of learning independence measured in this study. So based on this, it can be concluded that the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo is still classified as moderate, so it needs to be improved.

Education is considered as one of the potential development sectors in the effort to prepare qualified human resources. Because education is the actual meaning of education starting from the actual conditions of the learning individual and the learning environment. Learning is a process that will never stop as long as humans live on earth. No man will ever succeed without going through the process of learning, because in learning this man finds the knowledge and experience that smell. Each learning situation will be faced completely by people who learn as a whole individual as well. That is why in different situations every day, the lessons or problems encountered will also differ depending on the existing and available ways and learning.Type of research used in this research is descriptive research type. Approach in this research using approach qualitative and quantitative. The population of this study are all students of Islamic Studies Program of class of 2014 which amounted to 360 students both men and women.Sampling for students Prodi PAI conducted by randomly selecting students who are still active students of Semester V, and the technique of sampling using simple random sampling on this condition set some students representing each of their respective rombel respectively. From the above population were sampled by 72 students.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at Abang-Adik Store in Rantauprapat City, North Sumatra. The population used was all shop customers with a simple random sampling method obtained by 98 final samples. Path analysis with the SPSS Version 22 program is used for data processing. The results of the study prove that product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study also prove that customer satisfaction is an intervening variable on the relationship between product quality and brand image with customer loyalty.</em></p><p> </p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada Toko Abang-Adik di Kota Rantauprapat Sumatera Utara. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pelanggan took dengan metode simple random sampling didaperoleh 98 sampel akhir. Analisis jalur dengan program SPSS Versi 22 digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hubungan antara kualitas produk dan brand image tdengan loyalitas pelanggan.</p>

Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the influence of Social Distancing, Work from Home and Video Call applications towards Organizational Productivity. Method: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS 3.0. The population of this study is 9880 people. The samples studied were 130 people using the Simple Random Sampling method. The sampling technique refers to the Slovin formula. The results stated that the analysis of Social Distancing influence, Work From Home and Video Call application (0,052), (0,047) and (0,924). Results: Based on test of R Square, Productivity of the Organization as Endogenous variable affects 98.6% while the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other factors.

The objectives of this research are to identify the factors influence the green purchase intention and to determine the relationships between the factors (determinants) and green purchase intention among Malaysian consumers. A descriptive research was conducted to address the research objectives. The survey research was undertaken among the Malaysians who are members of one of the Activist Groups in which is a Non-government Organization (NGO) in Malaysia. The adopted sampling method was simple random sampling. There were 230 usable questionnaires which were analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Science Software version 19. Five hypotheses were developed for this research and all hypotheses were tested using Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicated that government initiative has the most significant influence on green purchase intention among Malaysian consumers. In contrast, eco-label failed to show significant relationship to green purchase intention. The finding of insignificant impact of eco-label on the green purchase intention from this study is in contrast with the finding from Nik Abdul Rashid (2009) because both studies were carried out among Malaysian consumers.

This study aims to assess direct and indirect influences of organization culture on work performance, as well as to evaluate the influences of each sub element of organization culture on work performance. The quantitative research has been chosen in order to meet the purpose of the research and to test those relationships empirically; the data is collected from structured questionnaire. Sample size is 230 and also Descriptive research study is used as a research design and followed simple random sampling method. The sample was selected from business process outsourcing (BPO) companies being operative in Chennai. These findings indicate a positive relationship between organization culture and work performance. Likewise, organization culture sub-elements, namely achieving Goals, empowerment, managing changes and teamwork were found positively impacting the work performance

Mount Merapi eruption has occurred several times in Indonesia and the biggest eruption that last occurred in 2010. The community were suffered losses and were affected by eruptions. The purposes of this research are to analyze community resilience, to analyze the level of vulnerability, and to analize the community adaptive capacity. The research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method and the informant was taken purposively. The results of this research showed that when the eruption occurred the community has a high vulnerability. The adaptive capacity is also high with innovative learning based on institutional memory and supported by the connectedness. Communities achieve resilience and can adapt to changes with high adaptive capacity.  Keywords: adaptive capacity, community resilience, eruption, vulnerability ABSTRAK Erupsi Gunung Merapi sudah terjadi beberapa kali di Indonesia dan erupsi terbesar yang terjadi terakhir kalinya yaitu pada tahun 2010. Komunitas mengalami berbagai kerugian dan terkena dampak dari erupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis resiliensi komunitas, menganalisis tingkat kerentanan komunitas, dan menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi komunitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana sedangkan pemilihan terhadap informan dilakukan secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat erupsi terjadi komunitas memiliki kerentanan yang tinggi. Kapasitas adaptasi komunitas tinggi dengan adanya innovative learning yang didasari oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan didukung oleh jaringan yang dimiliki. Komunitas berhasil mencapai resiliensi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan dengan kapasitas adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci : kapasitas adaptasi, kerentanan, erupsi, resiliensi komunitas

Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly. The present study seeks to investigate the level of adjustment and social support of college going adolescents. Sample included 120 (simple random sampling method) randomly selected adolescents i.e. 60 boys and 60 girls college students from various pre-university colleges of Kalaburgi district of Hyderabad Karnataka. For obtaining the data on social support and adjustment, social support scale developed by Vaxu (1986), and adjustment inventory was developed by Sinha and Singh (1984) were used respectively. The statistical technique t-test and spearman rho coefficient of correlation was employed for comparing the two groups. The findings of the study showed that there exists significant difference in adjustment and social support between boys and girls. Whereas there exists no significant difference in respect to domicile between adjustment and social support. It also concludes that there exists positive and significant difference between adjustment and social support.
