<p class="Normal1" align="center"><em>Abstract</em></p><p class="Normal1"> </p><p class="Normal1"><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of food quality and the fairness of the XYZ restaurant prices in Alam Sutera on the customer satisfaction of the millennial generation. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. In this study, the population is the millennial generation who live in the Tangerang and Jakarta area with a vulnerable age of 18-38 years as customers at XYZ Alam Sutera Restaurant. The sample was taken randomly as many as 200 respondents with the online purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic using a Likert scale 1-5 instrument. The data analysis technique used instrument test, descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing using validity test, reliability test, determination coefficient test, T test and F test as well as multiple linear regression, classical assumption test. The data obtained were analyzed through the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that food quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. A significant positive relationship also exists in price reasonableness and customer satisfaction.</em></p><p class="Normal1"><em> </em></p><p class="Normal1"><em>Keywords: Food Quality, Price Fairness, Customer Satisfaction, Millennial Generation</em>.</p>

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Cabang JNE Bandung. JNE is a freight company and documents that have been established since 1990. In 2004, JNE set up headquarters in Jakarta. The JNE Bandung has a branch office in Jalan Permata Kawaluyaan numbers 1-4 Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. The type of research used in this study was descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. While the sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling using purposive sampling and number of samples of 78 people. The results of this research showed that the quality of service (X) consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness simultaneously had significant influence on satisfaction of customers with significant value (p value) of 0.003 &lt; 0.05. Partial test results showed that the only variable that empathy has a partial effect on was customer satisfaction with the number of variables of significance (p value) amounted to 0.021 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of café atmosphere, food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention on consumers in the Beranda Eatery Kebumen. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence between independent variables, intervening variables and dependent variables.The population of this research is the consumer of the Beranda Eatery Kebumen. The sample in this study is 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The method of data collection with questionnaire. Respondents' attitudes are measured with a 4-level Likert scale and the data obtained are processed by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis for Windows version 22. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis (path analysis).The results showed that there was a significant influence between café atmosphere variables on customer satisfaction, food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on repurchase intention, food quality had no significant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention.

This research aims to  study the effect of Joko Widodo's political marketing communication in Instagram on his image and reputation in the eyes of  millennial generation in the 2019 Indonesian Presidential Election. The theory used in this research is the Stimulus Organism Response, Persuasion Message Theory in political communication and theories or concepts of  reputation and image. The paradigm used is positivist with a quantitative approach. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument to obtain information from a number of millennials as respondents aged between 19 and 39 years and participating in the 2019 Presidential Election with a total number of around 2,885,000.  Determination of sample size uses the Slovin formula with a margin of error of  5%, so the number of samples is 400 people. The sampling technique uses proportional sampling, while the data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that political marketing communication has a direct effect on reputation at 11.9%. The image has a direct effect on reputation at 83.5%, and the indirect effect of marketing communication through image on reputation is 69.97%.

<p><span class="fontstyle0">The performance level of the Personnel and Training Board of Karawang<br />Regency in 2016 is less than 100%. This is thought to be influenced by various factors such as Competence, Compensation and Work Motivation. Because of interest in the problem, this study has a purpose to find out, analyze and explain about the influence of Competence and Compensation for Work Motivation and its Impact on Employee Performance at the Personnel Staffing and Training of Karawang regency. To analyze the problem, we had 58 respondents answer through the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the saturated sampling method. The data<br />collection technique used the survey method with a questionnaire tool. Data<br />analysis was done by validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and verified analysis with a multiple linear regression. Data processing used the SPSS Version 17.00 software application. The results of the research conducted at the Personnel and Training Board Karawang regency shows that 1) Employee competence has a very good criteria, Compensation has a good criterion, Motivation Work and Employee Performance has a very high criteria; 2) Competence with Compensation has a positive and<br />significant correlation at a low correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.329; 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect of 11% to Work.Motivation with a path coefficient of 0,255 and Compensation has a positive and significant effect of 33.8% to Work Motivation with a path coefficient of 0.541; 4) Competence and Compensation effect simultaneously positive and significant equal to 44,8% to Work Motivation; 5) Competence has a positive and significant effect of 14.7% to Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.298 and Compensation has a positive and significant effect of 41% to Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.593; 6) Competence and Compensation effect simultaneously positive and significant equal to 55,7% to Employee<br />Performance; 7) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 66.4% on Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.815; 8) Competence Through Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 29.8% to Employee Performance and Compensation Through Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 59.3% to Employee Performance; 9) Competence and Compensation Through Work Motivation influence simultaneously positive and significant equal to 89,1% to Employee Performance. This study aims to explore the empowerment of organizational culture in increasing the senior high school Principal’s performance. This research used a survey method with a causal approach. The affordable population in this study were 146 heads of public and private high schools in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (path analysis). The result shows that the senior high school Principal’s performance can be increased by empowering organizational culture. It also shows that the senior high school Principal’s performance strengthens the notion that the higher score of the independent variables of organizational culture, the higher score of the senior high school Principal’s performance serving as the dependent variable. Strengthening organizational culture will improve senior high school Principal’s performance. Finally, the senior high school Principal’s performance was examined at one point in time. The quality of the principal’s performance will increase if organizational culture also increases.

  Abstract This Research was motivated by the complains submitted by tourists regarding the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The purpose of this research was findout food quality towards tourists satisfaction in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The variable used in this research is quality of food and tourists satisfaction. The type of data in this research are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Method of collecting data are observation, interview, quitionare, documentation, and literature riview. Sampling technique uses quota sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin’s Formula and obtained as many as 100 samples. Technique of analyzing data used in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of descriptive statistical analysis by using a Likert Scale, inferensial statistical consisting of validity test, reliability test and important Performance Analysis.The result indicates that indicators that have given satisfaction to tourists are indicators of maturity level indicator, freshness to make food, portion, and texture. Then the rating of tourists on the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel obtained a score of 89,92% or tourists were satisfied with the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesian Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil r-tabel 0,254 dan r-total 28,93 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,85. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018 adalah sebagai berikut : sebanyak 148 orang tua (40%) menyatakan bahwa melalui sepakbola karakter disiplin anak sangat berkembang, sebanyak 121 orang (31%) cukup berkembang, dan 99 orang (27%) kurang berkembang terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak melalui sepakbola. CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values
