ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter disiplin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesian Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil r-tabel 0,254 dan r-total 28,93 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,85. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018 adalah sebagai berikut : sebanyak 148 orang tua (40%) menyatakan bahwa melalui sepakbola karakter disiplin anak sangat berkembang, sebanyak 121 orang (31%) cukup berkembang, dan 99 orang (27%) kurang berkembang terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak melalui sepakbola. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 28,93 and reliability equal to 0,85. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage. The results showed that the development of the character of discipline through early soccer in the league Indonesian Junior  Soccer  League 2018  is in the category of low or bad as many as 148  people (40%) on the formation of discipline character, as many as 121 people (31%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of discipline, as many as  99 people (27%) Keywords: Character Development, discipline, Soccer Grassroot

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

The background of the pedestrian in Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street which conditions are not comfortable for pedestrians to pass, so as to improve the comfort of the pedestrian, in this study try to understand street furniture needed for pedestrian comfort in pedestrians on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that men prefer to walk than women, the time when people decide to walk most choose when they go to exercise, the distance traveled by people when deciding to walk is 300-600 meters, street furniture is very much needed for pedestrian comfort in the pedestrian on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street are street lights, bins, seating, and public toilets. While pedestrians are needed enough are traffic signs, shelters, bollards, and road guardrail. Pedestrians need less is flower pots, fountains and warnings, and waste containers.

This research was motivated by the implementation of majelis taklim activities during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health protocols. This study aims to determine the description of the planning, know the description of the implementation, and know the description of the existing supervision in the activities of the Taklim Assembly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. The subjects of this study were members / jama'ah of the Al Ittihad Al Ittihad Assembly Activities in Pauh Subdistrict, Padang City. The population was 44 people and a sample of 3 administrators and 30 members / jama'ah were taken from 70% of the total population using the Simple Ramdom Sampling technique. Data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use the percentage formula. The results showed that the activities of majelis taklim during the Covid-19 pandemic were categorized as good in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring aspects. Suggestions from this research are expected that majelis taklim activities will continue to run well and be further improved in planning, implementing, and supervising activities. Keywords: activities, assemblies, taklim

This study aims to determine students' learning motivation in Madrasah Aliyah Annur Nusa, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 173 students and the number of samples was 44 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that students' learning motivation at Annur Nusa Madrasah Aliyah in Kahu sub-district, Bone Regency was high. Judging from their desires and desires, success is classified as very high, encouragement and needs in learning are high, expectations and ideals are very high, awards are high, interesting activities in learning are high and conducive learning environment is high.

AbstrakPenelitian ini di latar belakangi untuk mengenalkan salah satu media sederhana yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pembuatan gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Pembatasan masalah dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan prinsip komposisi, keselarasan, irama, keseimbangan dan tingkat keberhasilan pada pembuatan gambar hiasan di hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetaui penerapan dan tingkat keberhasilan prinsip komposisi, keselarasan, irama, dan keseimbangan pada pembuatan gambar hiasan di hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sampel 5 karya gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa  kelas X SMK Karya Bunda yang diambil menggunakn teknik Sampling Purposive. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, maka semua hasil penilaian dari ke tiga ahli secara keseluruhan pada karya gambar hiasan pada hijab siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bunda ditinjau berdasarkan prinsip komposisi memperoleh jumlah nilai = 429 dengan rata-rata (r) = 86 (baik), prinsip keselarasan memperoleh jumlah nilai = 431 dengan rata-rata (r) = 86  (baik), prinsip irama memperoleh jumlah nilai = 427 dengan rata-rata (r) = 85, terakhir prinsip keseimbangan memperoleh jumlah nilai = 421 dengan rata-rata (r) = 84, dan secara umum nilai keempat prinsip tersebut dikategorikan baik dengan jumlah nilai = 341  dan rata-rata (r) = 85 (baik).Kata Kunci: analisis, gambar hiasan, hijab.AbstractThis  research is motivated to introduce one of the simple media that can be used as a medium in making decorative pictures on the hijab of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda. The limitation of the problem in this study focuses on the application of the principles of composition, harmony, rhythm, balance and the level of success in making decorative pictures in hijab X grade students of SMK Karya Bunda. The purpose of this study is to know the application and success rate of the principles of composition, harmony, rhythm, and balance in the making of decorative pictures in the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda. This study uses a qualitative method with a sample of 20 decorative pictures on the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis technique was performed by using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the data that has been obtained, all the assessment results from the three experts as a whole in the work of decorative drawings on the veil of class X students of SMK Karya Bunda are reviewed based on the principle of composition obtaining a total score = 429 with an average (r) = 86 (good), the principle of harmony gets the sum of values = 431 with an average (r) = 86 (good), the rhythm principle gets the sum of values = 427 with an average (r) = 85, finally the principle of balance gets the sum of values = 421 with an average ( r) = 84, and in general the values of the four principles are categorized both with a total score = 341 and an average (r) = 85 (good).Keywords: analysis, decorative, hijab

Study Population

The purpose of this study was to see the fostering of Ketaping Football School (SSB) in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman. This type of research is descriptive. The study population was all SSB Ketaping U-12 Year players. Sampling in this study with a total sampling technique, so that the sample in this study is the SSB Ketaping U-12 years, amounting to 25 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire compiled using the Guttman scale. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis show that: 1) The description of the quality of athletes is in the Fair classification with a percentage of 75.8%. 2) Facilities and infrastructure are in sufficient classification with a percentage of 70.4%. 3) Organizations in Ketaping SSB are classified as poor with a percentage of 55.6%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran minat belajar fisika peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA fisika melalui metode bermain Snakes and Ladders di SMP Negeri 3 Barru Kabupaten Barru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan ukuran populasi 125 peserta didik dan ukuran sampel 95 peserta didik. Teknik penarikan sampel  adalah Proporsional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan fasilitas IBM SPSS statistic 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA FISIKA melalui metode bermain snakes and ladders secara umum berada pada kategori tinggi. Dengan indikator ketertarikan terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi, indikator perhatian  terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi dan indikator perasaan senang terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.Kata kunci: Minat Belajar, Metode Bermain Snakes and Ladders This research aim is to abtain the overview of students interest in learning phisycs by using snakes and ladders play method at SMP 3 Barru in Barru Regency. The type of this research used was descriptive quantitative with population were 125 students and sample size were 95 students. Than, sampling technique was proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire, observation and interview and data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that students' learning interest in phisycs through the snakes and ladders method was generally high category.
