<p><span class="fontstyle0">The performance level of the Personnel and Training Board of Karawang<br />Regency in 2016 is less than 100%. This is thought to be influenced by various factors such as Competence, Compensation and Work Motivation. Because of interest in the problem, this study has a purpose to find out, analyze and explain about the influence of Competence and Compensation for Work Motivation and its Impact on Employee Performance at the Personnel Staffing and Training of Karawang regency. To analyze the problem, we had 58 respondents answer through the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the saturated sampling method. The data<br />collection technique used the survey method with a questionnaire tool. Data<br />analysis was done by validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and verified analysis with a multiple linear regression. Data processing used the SPSS Version 17.00 software application. The results of the research conducted at the Personnel and Training Board Karawang regency shows that 1) Employee competence has a very good criteria, Compensation has a good criterion, Motivation Work and Employee Performance has a very high criteria; 2) Competence with Compensation has a positive and<br />significant correlation at a low correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.329; 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect of 11% to Work.Motivation with a path coefficient of 0,255 and Compensation has a positive and significant effect of 33.8% to Work Motivation with a path coefficient of 0.541; 4) Competence and Compensation effect simultaneously positive and significant equal to 44,8% to Work Motivation; 5) Competence has a positive and significant effect of 14.7% to Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.298 and Compensation has a positive and significant effect of 41% to Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.593; 6) Competence and Compensation effect simultaneously positive and significant equal to 55,7% to Employee<br />Performance; 7) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 66.4% on Employee Performance with a path coefficient of 0.815; 8) Competence Through Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 29.8% to Employee Performance and Compensation Through Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect of 59.3% to Employee Performance; 9) Competence and Compensation Through Work Motivation influence simultaneously positive and significant equal to 89,1% to Employee Performance. The influence of other variables are not examined outside the Competence and Compensation through the Job Motivation to Employee Performance of 10,9%, so there needs to be further research on other variables to obtain comprehensive information in order to improve the Performance of Employees in the Personnel Board and Training Board Karawang regency.</span></p><p><span class="fontstyle2">Keywords: </span><span class="fontstyle0">Competence, Compensation, Employee Performance, Work Motivation.</span></p>

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

Purpose: To analyze the effect of education and training and Work Experience on the workability and performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted on the staff of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province with a population of 278. The sample used was 74 respondents. The determination of the sample was using a purposive sampling technique. The criterions set in the sampling are that the employee has status as a civil servant and has worked for at least 3 years. The independent variables in this study are education and training and work experience. The dependent variable is employee performance, while the intermediate variable is workability. Variable measurements are carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with the software used was Smart PLS 2. Findings: Equations that could be formed from the results of the analysis were: Z = 0.476X1 + 0.292X2; and Y = 0,345X1 + 0,115X2 + 0,243Z., where Z = ability, Y = performance, X1 = education and training, and X2 = work experience. Education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.476 with a T-statistic value of 6.378; Work experience has a significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.292 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Education and training have a significant influence on employee performance as indicated by a path coefficient of 0.461 with a t-statistic value of 1.958; Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.186 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Workability has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.243 with a T-statistic value of 2.427. The advice that can be given is that every employee is always encouraged and allowed to be able to attend education and training. In work placement, the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province must prioritize work experience so that the resulting performance can be maximized. Research limitations/implications: Number of sample is relative small. Practical implications: State your implication here. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

<p class="Normal1" align="center"><em>Abstract</em></p><p class="Normal1"> </p><p class="Normal1"><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of food quality and the fairness of the XYZ restaurant prices in Alam Sutera on the customer satisfaction of the millennial generation. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. In this study, the population is the millennial generation who live in the Tangerang and Jakarta area with a vulnerable age of 18-38 years as customers at XYZ Alam Sutera Restaurant. The sample was taken randomly as many as 200 respondents with the online purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic using a Likert scale 1-5 instrument. The data analysis technique used instrument test, descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing using validity test, reliability test, determination coefficient test, T test and F test as well as multiple linear regression, classical assumption test. The data obtained were analyzed through the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that food quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workmotivation, organizational culture on employee performance through jobsatisfaction. type of research is explanatory research, data collectiontechniques are questionnaires. the sample in this study amounted to 37respondents with the sampling technique was census/population sampling,the scale of measurement using a Likert scale. Quantitative analysis usesvalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption and path analysis. Basedon the results of this study indicate that work motivation (X1) andorganizational culture (X2) have a significant effect on performance (Y2)through job satisfaction (Y1). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; Untuk menganalisis pengaruh diklat, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yakni sebanyak 47 orang PNS pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi untuk dijadikan sampel tanpa terkecuali, sehingga dalam penelitian ini hasilnya menunjukkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 orang PNS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Diklat dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. Selanjutnya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel diklat, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of education and training, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees in Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Gowa. The population in this study were all employees, as many as 47 civil servants in BKPSDM Gowa. Sampling technique takes the entire population to be sampled without any exception, so that in this the total samples were 47 civil servants. The results of the partial testing indicate that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Human Resources Development Agency Gowa, while work discipline has insignificant effect. Work motivation variables have a dominant influence in improving employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency, Gowa. Furthermore The results showed that the simultaneous testing showed that the variables of training, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at Human Resources Development Agency, Gowa.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of TQM and performance in BMT Youth Welfare as well as to determine the effect of TQM on performancein BMT Youth Welfare. Methods of data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to employees of BMT Youth Welfare. Samples is taken as many as 85 respondents by random sampling technique. The data obtained and analyzed using SPSS version 18. This analysis includes test reliability,validity, regression, statistical test through t-test, F-test well as the determinant coefficient (R2) and classical assumptions test. T-test test results showed that the obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. F-test test showed an obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees with effect as of sisianya 89.3% 10.7% influenced by other variables outside the model

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik danmenemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang pengaruh Motivasi KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap KinerjaKarayawan di Management Office Resinda Park Mall Karawang secara simulatandan parsial. Dengan populasi sebanyak 115 orang yang seluruhnya digunakansebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakanadalah teknik Random Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakanmetode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu dengan pengumpulanhasil kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwaBerdasarkan analisis deskriptif, Motivasi Kerja mendapatkan skala baik karenamemiliki rata-rata 471 pada rentang skala 391-483. maka secara keseluruhanmotivasi pada Management Office Resinda Parrk Mall sudah termasuk dalamkategori yang baik. 2. The samplingtechnique used is the Random Sampling technique. The study was conducted usingquantitative methods with the type of descriptive research is by collecting theresults of the questionnaire. From the results of the analysis of research data, thefollowing conclusions are obtained:1. Based on descriptive analysis, Work Motivation get a good scale because it hasan average of 471 in the scale range 391-483. then overall motivation in theManagement Office of the Mall Parrk Resinda is included in the good category.2. Based on descriptive analysis, Work Discipline gets a good scale because it hasan average value of 475, so overall work discipline in the Management Office ofResinda Park Mall is included in the excellent category.3. Human resources play an important role in company management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis tool uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that there is a positive and partially significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari with a contribution of 32.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> ttable or (6,710> 1,986). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 42%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8.214> 1.986). There is a positive and significant effect between leadership and work motivation on employee performance with an influence contribution of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (43.020) 2,700), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0,000 <0.05.
