Character education is a system of planting character values to school citizens which includes the components of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement these values, both to God Almighty, oneself, others, environment, and nationality so that we become human beings. In character education in schools, all components (stakeholders) must be involved, including the components of education itself, namely curriculum content, learning and assessment processes, quality of relationships, handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of co-curricular activities or activities , empowering infrastructure, funding, and work ethics for all residents and the school environment. The focus of this research was the planning, implementation, and evaluation of humanistic character education curriculum. The approach of this research was a qualitative approach. The research model in accordance with this study was naturalistic phenomenology. For the determination of informants, purposive sampling technique was used. Research instruments or tools are the researchers themselves. The data collection of this study used four techniques, namely: in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation studies, and triangulation. Purpose of the study: This paper aims to describe the basic reasons behind the application of the principal's humanisticapproach, and the steps of the principal's humanistic approach to optimizing character education strengthening programs.Methodology: This research uses a qualitative approach, case study design. Data collection is done through in-depthinterviews, participant observation, and study documentation to achieve research objectives.Main Findings: Research findings reveal that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and authenticity) and thehumanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspire the principal's humanistic approach. In addition, the application of the principal's humanistic approach has a significant impact on optimizing the implementation of character education strengthening in schools and successfully forming the character of students.Applications of this study: This study can be useful for principals in the education department of Malang City, EastJava, Indonesia, to use a humanistic approach model in carrying out leadership roles, because it has been proveneffective in optimizing the implementation of optimizing character education strengthening programs in schools.Novelty/Originality of this study: The principal's role is to create a "humane" school environment through harmonious relationships, respecting subordinates as human beings, tolerant and non-discriminatory, giving examples of good behavior to subordinates based on self-excellence and imitating the spirituality of inspirational figures, so that good characters are formed in the teachers and students at school.

Purpose – This study aims to explore Leaf diary activity to develop the Science and Mathematics ability of children aged 6 years.Design/methods/approach – The method used is a case study. The unit of analysis is based on predetermined criteria, using the purposive sampling technique. Research informants are mentors and children involved in leaf diary activity in Solok, Indonesia. The data collection process used participant observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used structural analysis techniques.Findings – The results showed that leaf diary activity could develop: (1) children's ability to classify leaves based on their shape; (2) the ability to compare leaf size based on length, as well as large or small size.Research implications/limitations – All research informants were from Solok District, Indonesia, which may limit the generalizability of the findings.Practical implications – This case study contributes to the implementation of Leaf diary as an alternative activity that teachers or parents can do to develop children's science and mathematics ability.Originality/value – Leaf diary activity can help children explore the natural environment so that basic science and math abilities and concepts in this activity are carried out well. This research described the fundamental inspiration behind the implementation of a humanistic approach to the principal's leadership and the steps of the principal's humanistic approach that have an impact on optimizing the implementation of the program for strengthening character education. This research used a qualitative approach, a case study design. The data collection was performed through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies to achieve the research objectives. Data analysis used a modified analytic analysis method. The level of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability was the basis of data validity. The research findings explained that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and self-authenticity) and the humanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspired the principal’s humanistic approach. In addition, the application of the principal's humanistic approach had adequate impacts on optimizing the implementation of a program for strengthening character education and influenced the strengthening of the student's character. Through the principal's humanistic approach, school becomes an environment for empowering the character of the students.

Profit is not the main goal of the cooperative business, but the business that is managed by the cooperative must obtain the remaining business results that are feasible so that the cooperative can maintain its survival and improve the ability of its business. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of members, own capital, external capital, business valves, and assets owned to the remaining results of business (Indonesian terms: Sisa Hasil Usaha/SHU) savings and loan cooperatives in Subang district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so as many as 14 cooperatives were selected. Data analysis used in this study is classical assumption analysis and then panel data analysis is carried out, determination of test coefficients (R2), F statistical tests, t statistical tests. Based on the results of research that has been carried out simultaneously known all independent variables significantly influence the residual business results. However, the partial test shows that only the variables of business capital, business volume, and assets owned by cooperatives have an effect on the residual results of operations, while the variable number of members and external capital has no effect on the residual results of operations.

Abstract. This study aims to describe the application of character education based on local wisdom in schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document study. The results show that the implementation of character education can be done by: (1) integration in learning subjects, (2) interaction in the school environment between teachers and students and students with students, and (3) role models from teachers in the school environment, and (4) ) self-development activities. The value of local wisdom applied, namely Siri means: shame, tabe 'means excuse me and sorry, sipakatau means humanizing each other, sipakainge means reminding each other so that each individual should avoid deviant actions, and sipakalebbi means respecting and praising one another.

This study aims to analyze and describe the internalization of Islamic religious education values on the students’ development at Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Kriyan Jepara. This is qualitative research, taking the background of Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Kriyan Jepara. The data collection methods are indept interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by descriptive data analysis techniques which included three concurrent activities, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) Internalizing the values of Islamic religious education by planting theory / knowledge is strengthened by the word of Allah SWT and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad; 2) Internalization of the values of Islamic religious education is carried out with exemplary stories and wisdom of life; 3) Internalization of the values of Islamic religious education is carried out by learning religious and public materials that are interconnected through the synergy of the national education curriculum and Kemuhammadiyahan; 4) Internalization of the values of Islamic religious education is carried out through programs of intellectuality, spirituality and humanity. While the form of success is the habit of piety to shape students into progressive students. The students carry out the internalization effort because trusting and adhering to it as a provision brings to mind peace and remembrance. Internalization effort is successfully carried out not because of a hard emphasis on education, but an effort to habituate the values of Islamic religious education that are religious humanists and carried out as often as possible, both in the school environment and at home.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam terhadap perkembangan anak di SD Muhammadiyah Kriyan Jepara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar SD Muhammadiyah Kriyan Jepara. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah indept interviews, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis data diskriptif yang mencakup tiga kegiatan bersamaan, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dengan penanaman teori/ ilmu yang dikuatkan dengan firman Allah SWT dan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW; 2) Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan dengan kisah-kisah teladan dan hikmah kehidupan; 3) Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan dengan pembelajaran materi agama dan umum yang saling terkoneksi melalui sinergitas kurikulum pendidikan nasional dan Kemuhammadiyahan; 4) Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dilakukan melalui program pembiasaan intelektualitas, spiritualitas dan humanitas. Sedangkan wujud keberhasilannya adalah pembiasaan kesalehan membentuk siswa menjadi pelajar yang berkemajuan. Para siswa melaksanakan upaya internalisasi itu karena memercayai dan menganutnya sebagai bekal membawa pada ketenangan pikir dan zikir. Upaya internalisasi berhasil dilakukan bukan karena penekanan pendidikan yang keras, melainkan usaha pembiasaan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang humanis religius dan dilakukan sesering mungkin, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah.

This study is aimed to identify (1)the planing of character education in Islamic studies; (2) the implementing of character education in Islamic studies; and (3) the evaluating of character education in Islamic studies. The study was pursued the qualitative research with kind of case study.  The subjects were the principal, teachers, and students. The determination of the subjects was done by using the purposive technique by selecting a number of respondents who are tailored to the purpose of this research. The data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis refers to the steps of data analysis proposed by Mills and Heberman with interactive models. The results showed that (1) in the process of planning the school has the development program of school culture to implement student character values which actualized through  learning activities; (2) in the implementation of character education actualized by giving good example, admonition, notification, punishment, and task; and (3) based on assessing result showed that  the character values that have been actualized in the daily behavior of the students of Muhammadiyah School in Juntinyuat are democracy values, religious, cooperation, social care, respect/honor, and responsible. This study is expected to provide contributions for social studies teachers in Indramayu district as an actualization internalization of character values through school culture.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PAI; (2) penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PAI; dan (3) evaluasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Penentuan subjek dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive dengan memilih sejumlah responden yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada langkah-langkah analisis data yang diusulkan oleh Mills dan Heberman dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dalam proses perencanaan sekolah memiliki program pengembangan budaya sekolah untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter siswa yang diaktualisasikan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran; (2) dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter diwujudkan dengan memberikan contoh yang baik, peringatan, pemberitahuan, hukuman, dan tugas; dan (3) berdasarkan hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter yang telah diaktualisasikan dalam perilaku sehari-hari siswa Sekolah Muhammadiyah Se-Kecamatan Juntinyuat adalah nilai-nilai demokrasi, religius, kerjasama, kepedulian sosial, saling menghargai/ menghormati, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi guru PAI di Kabupaten Indramayu sebagai aktualisasi internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah.

Mental revolution of education requires efforts to print educated human beings by having the motivation to meet the standards of achievement excellence, such as ethos of progress, ethics, achievement motivation, discipline, optimistic, productive, innovative and active views. This can be implemented with character education. Character education is one of the soft skill tools that can be integrated in learning in each subject. Learning activities using an active learning approach have a strategic role in instilling national character values so that students are able to behave and act on values that have become their personality. The purpose of this study was to find and analyze about: 1) Implementation of Character Education to Build Adiwiyata-Based Mental Revolution and Multiculturalism; 2) Implementation of Character Education to Build Mental Revolution in Organizational Culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological naturatistics (phenomenology approach), with a descriptive type of case study research design. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques: data reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of the study are: The application of character education to develop a mental revolution can be started from the character of building the environment. Environmental character is very important for individual development. The implementation of character education in building a mental revolution can emphasize the internalization of multicultural values and Adiwiyata which in the end will form a loving environmental awareness and foster a spirit of tolerance.

This research was conducted in order to test how much influence product quality, price and brand to the volume of sales at PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Independent variables include variable product quality, price and brand while the dependent variable is the volume of sales.In determining the data to be studied sampling technique used is the census. Census is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample .. Respondents were selected is the consumer stores PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Thus obtained sample was 50 respondents. Data analysis methods used to perform hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research that has been conducted on all data obtained, the importance of the research that 1). There is a positive and significant effect of the variable quality of the product (X1) to sales volume (Y). 2). There is a positive and significant impact on price variable (X2) to sales volume (Y). 3). There is a positive and significant impact on brand variables (X3) to sales volume (Y). 4). There is a positive and significant effect of the variable distribution channels (X4) to sales volume (Y)
