This study aims to rationalize the Aswaja-based Islamic education strategy to counter radicalism. This research method uses literature by analyzing published, unpublished books, journals and research that are in line with the theme of moderate Islamic education through NU-an Aswaja. The results of this study are that NU implements an educational education commanded by LP Maarif NU and principled on al muhafadhotu ala al qodimi as sholih wal akhdu bil jadidi al aslah to aim at forming humans who are rahmatan lin naturalin. In learning the values that are strengthened and internalized are tawazun (balanced), tawassuh (moderate), i`tidal (fair and heartless) and tasammuh (tolerance).

This article aims to describe the importance of teacher modeling in the view perspective of the Qur'an and the haditS through the implementation of Curriculum 2013. The teacher modeling is the main key to be the success of education activities by following the globalization challenges. In education, teachers act as an educator, motivator, inspiration, and guidance in developing the attitudes, skills, and knowledge. Exemplary concept based on the Qur'an and Al-Hadith urgent presence for  the curriculum in 2013 itself can be integrated which leads directly corresponds to the objectives of the National Education which is to be a man who is faithful and devoted to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible.

This research aims to determine the conduction model between the worship and rite vertically and the effect on the economic empowerment of communities sustainaglely which aimed to improve people's viable living, self-sufficient in the competitive sector of the primary sectors of public life. These results indicate that the level of spirituality and leadership of Jemaah congregation widely impact and gain the sympathy of the local Muslim community and where the congregation stands branding company. It shows a positive correlation where the concept of spirituality and substance with the spirit of making efforts and empowering people to create business opportunities or employment and independence by the expansion of business areas that can provide additional income, poverty reduction, investment unemployment reduction, increased savings and increased purchasing power that will have an impact on sustainable economic growth in accordance with the mission of SDGs. So with the spirit of worship or rite high will increase the sense of caring, utility mastery of economic sectors by the Order Idrisiyah

As the first conviction of FGM in the U.K. proves, female genital mutilation is a ‘harmful cultural practice’ that persists across the world. Egypt has one of the highest rates of FGM in the world. Based on a variety of different studies and questionnaires undertaken in doctors’ surgeries and hospitals across the country, three clear reasons are given for the continuation of the practice. These are the belief that it is decreed by Islam, that it is a tradition and to preserve young women’s chastity as it would reduce their sexual desire. The overarching theme of these justifications is the fear and control of female sexuality, given the teachings of modesty in the Qur’an and the importance of chastity in order to obtain a good marriage in Egyptian society. However, the Qur’an does not condone female genital mutilation or mention it. Additionally, the Qur’an promotes sexual fulfilment and positivity within the confines of marriage for both men and women which directly conflicts with the consequences of FGM. The importance of honour and the preservation of chastity in Egyptian society continues to prevail in modern Egyptian society, and medicalisation legitimises the practice among the educated elite. However, this work hopes to prove that certain interpretations of certain aspects of the Qur’an and the hadith and Sunnah have led to the need to control female sexuality, and these beliefs are intertwined with tradition and result in the continuation of female genital mutilation in Egypt.

This study aims to investigate Self-Seeking towards Self-Knowledge which plays an essential role for the life moment of the famous and distinguished Christian mystic namely Saint Augustine. He seeks and asks about himself as a human being, both horizontally [his relationship with another man], and vertically [his relationship with God the Creator]. He also reveals the answers toward his questions and searching. It can be explored in his masterpiece entitled ‘The Confession’. This study also relies on this book, as the primary reference, to explore and analyze Self-Seeking and Self-Knowledge in Western Mysticism. Therefore, the present study addresses research questions as follow: What is the definition of true Self-Seeking in general? What kind of Self-Knowledge offered by Saint Augustine inside the circumstance of the Western Mysticism Treasury? What is the significance of the Self-Seeking and the Self-Knowledge which is relevant with the current context?

This resear aims to explore: (1) the role of guidance and conselling to cure student delinquency and (2) the implication of implementation of guidance and conselling to cure student delinquency.this research was qualitative approach by case studies. The data were obtained by depth-interview, participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) guidance and counseling have a very strategic role in learning activities which carried out in schools, the implementation of counseling can be integrated with various other activities in the school environment; (2) the impact of counseling activities can be the main forum for channeling students' interests and talents, thus the role and function of counseling is as the prevention process and treatment of various problems in learning. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri: (1) peran bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa dan (2) implikasi pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, pengamatan partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah, pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling bisa diintegrasikan dengan berbagai kegiatan lainya di lingkungan sekolah; (2) dampak dari kegiatan bimbingan konseling dapat menjadi wadah utama untuk menyalurkan minat dan bakat siswa, dengan demikian peran dan fungsi bimbingan konseling adalah sebagai proses pencegahan dan proses pengobatan terhadap berbagai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran.

The research aims to explore the implementation of syariah concept to mudharabah funding Mandiri Syariah Bank in KCP Indramayu. The research was conducted qualitative approach. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result showed that the Bank is one financial institution that has an important role in the economy of a country. Global economic developments so rapidly makes the banks could move the economy of a country. One of the Islamic financial institutions are growing rapidly in Indonesia is Islamic banking. Permasalahnya is What in the implementation at Bank Mandiri Syariah Branch Indramayu in accordance with the existing concept in Islamic economics? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusiri implementasi prinsip syariah terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri di KCP Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Bank merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang mempunyai peranan penting di dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Perkembangan perekonomian global yang begitu pesat menjadikan perbankan dapat menggerakkan perekonomian suatu negara. Salah satu lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah yang tengah berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah perbankan syariah. Permasalahnya adalah Apakah dalam praktik pelaksanaan di Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Indramayu sesuai dengan konsep yang ada pada ekonomi Islam?

Various transactions conducted by humans to achieve the necessary. One type of economic transaction (mu`amalah) is wont to do is pledge, namely submission of an object (goods), as a guarantee to the person who gives the loan. This study aims to determine: a) the provisions of lien according to Islamic law; b) pledge by the Civil Code provisions; and c) the use of goods lien law based on Islamic law and the Civil Code. The study concluded: 1) according to Islamic law, a pledge was made items that have a property value in the eyes of Personality 'as collateral, so that the person concerned may take debt or he can take some of the benefits that their goods; 2) according to civil law, lien is a creditor or the rights acquired by proxies as collateral for debts, and authorizes the creditor to take payment of accounts receivable; 3) the scholars differed on the use of goods pawn. As for the positive law, goods pledge not to use it for safekeeping, so that perishable goods must not be mortgaged.Berbagai transaksi dilakukan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Salah satu jenis transaksi ekonomi (mu`amalah) yang biasa dilakukan adalah gadai, yaitu penyerahan suatu benda (barang), sebagai jaminan kepada orang yang memberikan pinjaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: a) ketentuan gadai menurut hukum Islam; b) ketentuan gadai menurut KUHPerdata; dan c) hukum pemanfaatan barang gadai berdasarkan hukum Islam dan KUHPerdata. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) menurut hukum Islam, gadai adalah menjadikan barang yang mempunyai nilai harta menurut pandangan syara’ sebagai jaminan utang, sehingga orang yang bersangkutan boleh mengambil utang atau ia dapat mengambil sebagian manfaat barangnya itu; 2) menurut hukum perdata, gadai adalah suatu hak yang diperoleh kreditur atau oleh kuasanya sebagai jaminan atas utangnya, dan memberi wewenang kepada kreditur untuk mengambil pelunasan piutangnya; 3) para ulama berbeda pendapat tentang pemanfaatan barang gadai. Adapun menurut hukum positif, barang gadai bukan untuk digunakan melainkan untuk disimpan, sehingga barang yang cepat rusak tidak boleh digadaikan.

This research aims to answer: What is the background of writing the Wirid Hidayat Jati Book?, bagaimana konsep martabat tujuh dalam kitab tersebut ? , what is the concept of seven dignity in the book?, dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terha dap laku spiritual masyarakat Jawa? , and how does it affect the spiritual behavior of the Javanese people? .. Dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research) By applying the library research and descriptive analysis can be concluded that: P ertama , Ranggawarsita adalah seorang pujangga Keraton dan dianggap sebagai pujangga penutup (as the coping stone of javanese writers) yang mampu menggabungkan antara ajaran tasawuf Islam dengan mistik Jawa. Ranggawarsita is a poet palace and is regarded as the coping stone of Javanese writers who are able to combine the teachings of Islam with Javanese mystical. K edua , martabat tujuh adalah sebuah pemahaman bahwa TuhanDignity seven is an understanding that God ber- tajalli emanation as many as seven stages, namely sajaratul yakin, nur Muhammad, mirátul hayaí, roh idlafi, kandil, dharrah and hijab. Ketiga, Wirid Hidayat Jati merupakan filsafat mistik yang dibangun oleh Ranggawarsita sebagai jawaban terhadap situasi politik dan budaya masyarakat J awa yang memiliki kecenderungan kuat kepada alam metafisika seperti ngelmu kasampurnan, ngelmu sangkan paran dan manekung (semedi, tirakat).Wirid Hidayat Jati is a mystical philosophy built by Ranggawarsita in response to the political and cultural situation of the Javanese people who have a strong tendency towards metaphysics such as ngelmu kasampurnan, ngelmu sangkan paran and manekung (semedi, tirakat). Dengan mempelajari metafisika, diharapkan mampu menjadi insan kamil , manusia yang memiliki kekuatan magis ( karamah ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab beberapa pertanyaan penelitian (research questions) yaitu: bagaimana latar belakang penulisan Kitab Wirid Hidayat Jati?, bagaimana konsep martabat tujuh dalam kitab tersebut?, dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap laku spiritual masyarakat Jawa?. Dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research) mengingat masalah yang diteliti adalah segala sesuatu yang berkenaan dengan isi Kitab Wirid Hidayat Jati. Adapun metode penelitiannya  adalah analisis deskriptif  sebab menganalisa data dengan penelaahan yang dilakukan secara intensif, mendalam, mendetail, dan komprehensif. Melalui pendekatan dan metode tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, Ranggawarsita adalah seorang pujangga Keraton dan dianggap sebagai pujangga penutup (as the coping stone of javanese writers) yang mampu menggabungkan antara ajaran tasawuf Islam dengan mistik Jawa. Kedua,  martabat tujuh adalah sebuah pemahaman bahwa Tuhan ber-tajalli (baca: emanasi) sebanyak tujuh tahap, yakni sajaratul yakin, nur Muhammad, mirátul hayaí, roh idlafi, kandil, dharrah dan hijab. Ketiga, Wirid Hidayat Jati merupakan filsafat mistik yang dibangun oleh Ranggawarsita sebagai jawaban terhadap situasi politik dan budaya masyarakat Jawa yang memiliki kecenderungan kuat kepada alam metafisika seperti ngelmu kasampurnan, ngelmu sangkan paran dan manekung (semedi, tirakat).

This research aims to know the explanation Compilation Islamic law article 53 concerning marriage woman pregnant out of wedlock, To understand   Law Islam look   validity   Compilation Islamic law article 53 concerning marriage woman pregnant out of wedlock.Research this use type research Bibliography (Library research), namely search data through and literature references which have been existing and existing linkages with research this .Conclusion from research this are : 1. Compilation Islamic Law Article 53: One woman pregnant out of wedlock, can mated with the man who impregnated her . 2.  Ban married women adulterer , besides there is in the Qur'an, there is also a in a hadith . That is Hadith tells about event a friend request permission to the Prophet Muhammad for married someone adulterer . But the Prophet forbade Friend that for married women that is . While restrictions married women adulterer in a manner assertive revealed by God in surat an-Nur verse 3 ( Qardhawi , 2003: 265). 3. The Ulama argue : Opinion first to say that women who are pregnant outside marriage can take place contract wedding well with the man who impregnated him or with man others . Opinion second say that women who are pregnant out of wedlock only may take place contract wedding with the man who impregnated him only. Opinion this is the opinion of Imam Abu Yusuf and Ibn Qadamah . Opinion this is also sound Article KHI which mentions that women who are pregnant out of wedlock just could mated with the man who impregnated him only. Opinion third say that women pregnant out of wedlock not may take place contract marriage . Women that is new may married well with men who commit adultery with him or with other people with terms has been give birth the womb .  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penjelasan Kompilasi Hukum Islam pasal 53 tentang perkawinan wanita hamil karena zina,selanjutnya disebut hamilkarena zina. Untuk memahami  Hukum islam melihat  keberlakuannya  Kompilasi Hukum Islam pasal 53  tentang perkawinan wanita hamil di luar nikah (karena zina).Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kepustakaan (Library research), yaitu pencarian  data melalui referensi dan literatur yang telah ada dan yang ada keterkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelian ini adalah: 1.Kompilasi Hukum Islam Pasal 53: Seorang wanita hamil di luar nikah, dapat dikawinkan dengan pria yang menghamilinya. 2.Larangan menikahi perempuan pezina, selain terdapat dalam al-Qur’an, juga terdapat dalam sebuah hadis. Yaitu hadis yang menceritakan tentang peristiwa seorang sahabat yang meminta izin kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk menikahi seorang pezina. Namun Nabi melarang sahabat itu untuk menikahi perempuan tersebut. Sedangkan larangan-larangan menikahi perempuan pezina secara tegas diungkapkan oleh Allah dalam surat an-Nur ayat 3 (Qardhawi, 2003: 265). 3. Para Ulama berbeda berpendapat : Pendapat pertama yang mengatakan bahwa perempuan yang hamil diluar nikah boleh melangsungkan akad pernikahan baik dengan laki-laki yang menghamilinya maupun dengan laki-laki lain. Pendapat kedua mengatakan bahwa perempuan yang hamil diluar nikah hanya boleh melangsungkan akad pernikahan dengan laki-laki yang menghamilinya . Pendapat ini adalah pendapat Imam Abu Yusuf dan Ibnu Qadamah. Pendapat ini juga merupakan bunyi pasal KHI yang menyebutkan bahwa perempuan yang hamil di luar nikah hanya dapat dikawinkan dengan laki-laki yang menghamilinya . Pendapat ketiga mengatakan bahwa perempuan hamil di luar nikah tidak boleh melangsungkan akad pernikahan. Perempuan tersebut baru boleh menikah baik dengan laki-laki yang berzina dengannya maupun dengan orang lain dengan syarat telah melahirkan kandungannya.
