This research aims to develop an interactive blog based on digital literacy as a campaign medium for religious moderation of millennial generation. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) ADDIE model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The validation or due diligence of interactive blog is carried out by media experts, material experts, and practitioners. The interactive blog trial was carried out in two stages: a small group trial consisting of 10 Early Childhood Christian Education students and a large group trial involving 55 Christian Religious Education students. For the blog feasibility assessment, media experts gave an average score of 4.5 which lies in Very Good category and material experts gave 4.00 which is included to the Good category as well. At the small group trial stage, the average value was 4.15 and the large group trial was 4.14, both in Good category. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive blog is quite feasible to be used as a medium for religious moderation campaigns based on digital literacy of millennials.Keywords: interactive blog; digital literacy; religious moderation; millennial generation

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. Given the enormous epidemic of hoaxes on social media, media literacy education and culture of clarification must be encouraged along with grounding Islamic moderation.                                            Keywords: Islamic moderation; Islamophobia; Social Media; Literacy.

This study aims to examine mainstreaming strategies through new media in the cyber world as an effort to find alternative formulation on enriching religious moderation’s life. The methodology used in this study is qualitative through intertextuality techniques. The findings show the results of data collected. All those three stages have emerged religious moderation cyber. As a result, it turns out that media provides convenience for religious people in accessing information and establishing relationships, but on the other hand the media is also often used as a channel to spread radical understanding, hoaxes, and spread hatred.        Keywords: Religious Moderation; Mainstreaming Strategy; New Media Literacy

In this study, response of religious moderation approach is the main study based on the uploading analysis of Catholic Social Media Accounts Garis Lucu (KGL) and NU Garis Lucu (NUGL) with total 15,050 followers. The method used in this study is qualitative with grounded theory approach, i.e. generalizing theory, action, or interaction. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the administrators of both social media accounts tend to use the dimensions of humor language strategies by a variety of humor strategies: irony, allusion, exaggeration, sarcasm, definition, and facetiounness. The humor strategy application on KGL and NUGL account became a positive culture in the social media world as well as a soothing publication that must be exemplified by other social media accounts considering that social media users are mostly millennials.Keywords: terrorism; religious moderation; humor strategy.

This study aims to determine the practice of Islamic moderation-based on blended learning in early childhood education during Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with case study design. Informants were selected purposively including educators, students, and parents. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis took place in stages, involving collection, exposition, reduction, verification, and data conclusion, as well as triangulating the data sources. The results show that the learning formats at Al-Munar Kindergarten were in form of: 1) adaptive, the availability of required learning model options; 2) communicative, direct or virtual communication between school and students; 3) technology, learning media and digital platforms utilization; 4) innovative, virtual performance; and 5) facilitative, provided learning equipment by the school. The disposition of Islamic moderation is in form of discursive awareness manifested in oral religious understanding and practical awareness through daily ‘adab’ for students.Keywords: Blended Learning; Islamic Moderation; Early Childhood Education; COVID-19 Pandemic.

This study aims to formulate and test the scale of religious moderation which is created to measure condition of students’ religious moderation at the higher-education level. Quantitative research method of measuring construction model is used to create a psychological scale that measures students’ religion moderation. Purposive sampling techniques were conducted in this study and compiled 470 as active respondents. The results show that the scale of religious moderation made meets the experts validation and have discrimination power that meets the prerequisites of psychometric properties. The reliability coefficient of religious moderation scale is 0.804 (highly reliable) and confirmatory factor analysis shows that the scale meets the fit model as a good measuring instrument. This study provides religious moderation scale that can be used to identify religious moderation condition especially for students.Keywords: religious moderation; religious measurement; psychometric properties; religious moderation scale; religious tolerance.

This study aims to reveal more about: (1) Moderate Da'wah accounts on Youtube; (2) Moderate preachers on Youtube; (3) Format of Da'wah Content on Youtube. Based on the results of data mining and analysis, several findings were obtained: (1) Three moderate da'wah accounts on Youtube are GusMus Channel with soothing content, CakNun.Com with philosophical content, and Santri Gayeng with traditional content. (2) Three moderate preachers identified on Youtube are Gus Mus with a humanist preaching approach, Cak Nun with a logical preaching approach, and Gus Baha with a millennialist approach to preaching. (3) Three formats of da'wah content on Youtube are short tausiyah format, dialogical discussion format, and lyric video format. There are two recommendations from the results of this study: (1) As a reference for preachers and Muslim content creators in conveying Islamic da'wah messages on social media, especially YouTube, to make it more universal, inclusive and moderate; (2) As a basic framework for academics, social media literacy activists, and Muslim intellectuals, including related stakeholders such as Ministry of Religion Affairs Republik Indonesia in creating and developing an ideal form of religious moderation. Keywords: Moderate Da'wah; Era of Disruption; Youtube content.

This research departed from the problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. Students used social media, especially TikTok as a medium of entertainment. Students have not been able to filter the content in the TikTok application, thus it is feared that it can have a negative impact on their character. The research method used was pre-experimental experiment one group pretest-posttest design. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, normality test, and paired sample t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that after being given treatment, it was known that 7 students were in the high category and 14 students were in the very high category. The significance value is 0.000 0.050 or t table ≤ t count 2.093 ≤ 28.289. Hence This or That game is effective for introducing moderation values to early childhood.Keywords: Covid-19; Moderation Value; Social Media.

The purpose of this study is to describe religious moderation in Ma'arif Literacy Movement  program, Nahdlatul Ulama Central Java in the period 2018-2023. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using the techniques of observation, documentation, and interviews to collect the data. The results show that religious moderation through Ma'arif Literacy Movement  program was very effective in forming literate and moderate characters. The religious moderation characted instilled in Ma'arif Literacy Movement comes from Strengthening Character Education, basic principles of Aswaja Annahdliyah, Ukhuwah Nahdliyah, and Mabadi Khaira Ummah. This research aims to improve the competence and scientific literacy of madrasah Tsanawiah and Aliyah teachers through MOOC. The Research and Development approach was carried out in training class using Software Tracker phase 1, Physics lesson. The data were collected through classroom participatory observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The subjects were online training participants consisting of madrasah teachers throughout West Java. The result shows that the achievements increased competence and scientific literacy with a very good score of 94,60% and the value of program activities 81%. This study concludes that the training can improve the competence and scientific literacy of teachers and other educational personnel, yet the completeness in all training sessions is still very low (12%). It is suggested that the training should highlight the period by considering materials and characteristic of the participants.                                      Keywords: Literacy; Madrasah Science Teachers; Massive and Open Online Learning; Competence
