This research is aimed to find out the influence of organizational behavior, business partnerships and motivation on the performance of micro and small businesses in Sleman Regency. The research is conducted in “ Forum Komunikasi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah”  in Sleman Regency. This is quantitative research with a sample of 102 micro and small entreprises in Sleman Regency. The data analysis is done with  SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis at the significance level α = 0.05. The results shows that either partially or simultaneously organizational behavior, business partnership and motivation have positive influences and are significant to business performance. The influence of organizational behavior, business partnership and motivation on business performance is the performance of micro and small businesse is indicated by Adjusted R Square of 55.1%.

MSMEs are an independent business organization and play an important role in increasing economic growth in a country. The contribution of MSMEs to employment in developing countries, especially Indonesia, has a significant impact in overcoming the problem of unemployment. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of MSMEs in Sumenep Regency. The results of this study will be used to see the development of MSMEs in the Sumenep Regency area. This study will use quantitative research methodology, namely data collection through questionnaires. The number of samples and population in this study was 41 by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that management capabilities have an impact on innovation, and innovation has an impact on business performance, but management capabilities do not have an impact on business performance. Therefore, innovations need to be owned by MSME owners in order to improve the business performance of their MSMEs.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of usability, profit, security simultaneously and partially on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. It was a quantitative research used multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this researchshow thatusability, profit and security perceptions simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Usability perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.Profit perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Security perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegunaan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam penggunaan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapersepsi kegunaan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi kegunaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunaan mobile bankingpada BNI cabang Palu.Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi keamanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of Local Government Revenue and Balancing Fund on Local Expenditure. This research uses data of Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund of Regency and City in East Java Province as sample. Selection of Regency and City is done randomly after determining acceptable sample amount that is 100% from all Regency and City in East Java Province. Hypothesis testing in research using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS program and 5% significance level (0,05). The results of the test indicatethat the variable of Local Government Revenue and General Allocation Fund have significant influence to the Regional Expenditure. While the variable of Special Allocation Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund have an insignificant effect on Local Expenditure.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school
