This study aims to determine the effect of company size, working capital, efficiency, liquidity and leverage on company profitability. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples used was 104 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with database collection techniques. The data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis. The results of the study found that company size, efficiency, liquidity and leverage have a positive and significant effect on company profitability, while working capital has a negative and insignificant effect on company profitability. Future research is expected to use samples other than the manufacturing sector and different measurements for the profitability variable in order to see the comparison of research results.

Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Company Size, and Ownership Structure, namely managerial ownership and institusional ownership toward company performance. This research used samples from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2015. Based on purposive sampling technique, it got 17 companies as research samples, so as long as 4 years observation there were 68 annual reports were analyzed. Type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analyctical method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this research showed than Intellectual Capital doesn’t have significant effect to company performance, company size has significant effect to company performance, managerial ownership has significant effect to company performance, and institutional ownership doesn’t have significant effect to company performance.

Objective – This study aims to examine the effect of company size, net working capital, and financial leverage on cash holding in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Design/methodology – This study is a hypothesis testing research using secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the sampled companies. Its population includes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2016. 87 companies were taken as samples according to predetermined criteria and 435 observations were made. To test the hypotheses, panel data regression analysis was used, where the fixed effect model (least square dummy variable-LSDV) was selected as the estimation model. Results – The results show that (1) company size has no effect on cash holding in manufacturing companies for the 2012-2016 period, and (2) net working capital and financial leverage have a negative effect on cash holding in manufacturing companies in the 2012-2016 period. The results support the existing hypothesis and theories such as trade off theory, agency theory, and pecking order theory. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a reference for investors and creditors whose net working capital and financial leverage are important factors in assessing the cash holdings of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, so that they can be used as basic guidelines in making investment decisions and financing company activities. Furthermore, the results of this study are also useful for managers of manufacturing companies in Indonesia in determining the optimal level of cash holding in which it is necessary to consider two influencing factors: net working capital and financial leverage.

Erwin Febriansyah, Ade Tiara Yulinda, Lina Rosalinda; This study purposes to determine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, company size, on the selection of inventory assessment method. This research examined four independent variables namely inventory variability and intensity, companies size, its dependent variable was the FIFO method and the average method. Type of this research was quantitative research by using secondary data. Research population was all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of the 2014-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sample, with criteria and selected 41 unit analysis companies to be samples and multiplied by the number observation period are obtained 164 samples (41 companies x 4year). The method for data analysis used logistic regression by using SPSS 18.0. There were four research hypotheses; to examine the effect of inventory variability and intensity, companies size on the selection of inventory assessment methods. The result of study showed that inventory variability, companies size, do not affect on the selection of inventory valuation method. Meanwhile, intensity inventory affects the selection of inventory valuation methods and inventory variability and intensity, companies size together influence the selection of inventory valuation methods. This research was conducted to see the effect of tax planning and company size on earnings management (Empirical Study on Company MAnufacturing Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange). The factors tested in this study are tax planning and company size as independent variables and earnings management as the dependent variable.                This type of research is descriptive method of analysis and type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained the number of samples of 21 companies with the final data amounted to 63 financial statements. Sources of data in this study are secondary data downloaded through www.idx.co.id and corporate website each in the form of annual financial statements of the company for 3 years in the period 2015 to 2017. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.                 The results of this study indicate that simultaneously tax planning and the size of the company have a significant influence on the earings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock sExchange for the 2015-2017 period.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of income tunneling incentive, mechanism bonus and debt covenant   on   transfer   pricing   indications with tax minimization moderitation variables. This study is conducted using a case study with a qualitative research method. The data used is secondary data in form of evidence, historical records or reports that have been compiled in published and unpublished archives (documentary data). The research population   uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The study uses 505 observational data. Logistic regression is a data analysis technique used in this study. The result of the research that tunnelling incentives, mechanism bonus and debt covenant with tax minimization variable moderating have an effect on transfer pricing indications. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunneling incentive, mekanisme bonus dan debt covenant terhadap indikasi transfer pricing dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel moderisasi. Strategi  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  studi kasus dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa bukti, catatan atau laporan historis yang telah tersusun dalam arsip (data dokumenter) yang dipublikasikan dan yang tidak dipublikasikan. Populasi penelitian menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Teknik  pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan 505 data observasi. Regresi logistik merupakan teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunnelling incentive, mechanism bonus dan debt covenant dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel pemoderisasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan melakukan transfer pricing.

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. This study utilizes secondary data of the financial statements of food and beverage subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 collected from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 11 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used ratio analysis and multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth affected significantly on profitability.

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity, leverage and company size affecting financial distress in Property and Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, fi xed assets intensity, and fi rm size on the revaluation of fi xed assets. The population of this study is manufacturing sector companies in Indonesia. The research samples are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. Sampling technique is conducted using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data. The research data include fi nancial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) obtained from ww.idx.co.id in 2014-2017. The data collection strategy in this study is the archive strategy, that is, the data collection derived from existing records or databases. Data analysis is done using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of leverage, liquidity, and fi xed assets intensity have no effect on the company’s decision to carry out fi xed assets revaluation, while the variable of fi rm size has an effect on the company’s decision to carry out fixed assets revaluation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of DAR, company size on ROE, and Tax Avoidance as a moderator in healthcare companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data obtained from the website www.IDX.go.id and using a sample of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of research sample data is 32. The analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results that R2 is 36.8% and hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of DAR is significant (0.012) and Firm Size is significantly affected (0.002) on ROE. After moderating R2 become 49% and testing the hypothesis show that Tax avoidance moderates the effect of DAR to be (0,034) significant but Tax Avoidance does not moderate the effect of Firm Size on ROE.
