The article is devoted to the study of technological processes at railway stations reproduced in a threedimensional model from the standpoint of assessing reliability of the development of those processes. The identifiable simulated and virtual processes are matched against specific comparative positions. The benchmark is a fixed set of technological series of operations for processing wagon flows of all categories at a particular railway station. To provide adequacy of model reconstruction to the prototype, the emerging waiting time and downtime of rolling stock are considered, which are introduced into the model as special split states of main spatial locations of rolling stock. The concept of «paraphysical structures» is introduced into the developed model of the station, which comprises any conditions impossible according to physical canons and irrational according to technological requirements regarding the objects of track development and rolling stock. The logic of program control over similar states of modelled structures is based on the analysis of the allowed positions of station objects when performing reference technological operations. Slowdown in station operations can be a forerunner to waiting or downtime. An important methodological basis for the technique for developing a dynamic model of a station includes formation of a system of internal program analysis of the current situation, recognition of the moment of occurrence of a paraphysical situation and its anticipation by transforming it into normally developing standard situation. The adapting module of the information prototyping environment should be an intelligent agent with developed ability of generating exceptional situations based on comparative tests conducted by it, of developing an appropriate knowledge base and of using it in the process of further operations without any external users’ participation. The objective of the study, described in the article, is associated with dev elopment of general requirements for a dynamic model of a railway station, functioning adequately to a real technical system due to assessment of reliability of reproduced station technological processes.

Traditionally, railway tracks of both general and non-general use are represented by a connected oriented vector graph, which includes a set of vertices and a set of arcs connected to each other and forming a transport network. The use of existing methods for creating networks of traffic routing graphs when building a transport network of railway stations leads to restrictions when planning routes for shunting trains. A new approach to the formation of the railway station transport network is proposed to optimize the routes of rolling stock movement when performing train handling operations. This article considers the example of using the method of finding the shortest distances on the proposed transport network of a railway station to determine the routes of rolling stock movement.

Today, there is a great interest in the topic of AR and VR and their popularity is only growing. These technologies are of great importance in our time because of the mass transition to the use of digital technology for processing, transmission and storage of information. The need for augmented reality is growing, because they are all new and new areas in which to apply, for example, heavy industry, foundry, marketing, education, medicine, etc. At the moment companies are clear targets for reducing the cost of production and improve its quality, which can achieve reduction of cycle time. This issue is going to do well AR technologies, because they reduce the time of some technological processes in production such as preparation of forms for casting before work, the use of the reference 3D models to validate final products, the transfer of jobs to production. To obtain data on the effectiveness of the implementation of such technologies in manufacturing have studied the main technical and economic indicators of major companies, for example Boeing or Siemens who already use AR-hats, to construct objects in mechanical engineering. This article discusses the assessment of market AR, which shows the degree of their introduction into various spheres of activities, an overview of the devices that can be embedded in the production process of the enterprise and the analysis of the foundry of the selected companies. An estimate was made of the technological processes of enterprises, which are required to implement AR technologies using the analytic hierarchy process was chosen as the optimal AR-devices for introduction into production and presented a conceptual model of the database for their work in the enterprise system. The materials are of practical importance for the economic development of various industries, especially heavy industry. Developed the concept of a database can be used as a basis for further construction of architectures of information systems, where it is planned to introduce AR technology.

The factors influencing the operational activity of railway stations at metallurgical enterprises were identified. It was determided that their cumulative effect leads to a mismatch between station tracks capacity and volumes of rolling stock handling. By the example of freight railway station, the guidelines for determining the ratio between volumes of rolling stock handling, and handling capacity of railway station tracks were set. As the criteria of effective operation of freight railway station, the required ratio and the factual ratio between station tracks capacity and volumes of rolling stock handling are taken

The notion that the Earth has entered a new epoch characterized by the ubiquity of anthropogenic change presents the social sciences with something of a paradox, namely, that the point at which we recognize our species to be a geologic force is also the moment where our assumed metaphysical privilege becomes untenable. Cultural geography continues to navigate this paradox in conceptually innovative ways through its engagements with materialist philosophies, more-than-human thinking and experimental modes of ontological enquiry. Drawing upon the philosophy of Gilbert Simondon, this article contributes to these timely debates by articulating the paradox of the Anthropocene in relation to technological processes. Simondon’s philosophy precedes the identification of the Anthropocene epoch by a number of decades, yet his insistence upon situating technology within an immanent field of material processes resonates with contemporary geographical concerns in a number of important ways. More specifically, Simondon’s conceptual vocabulary provides a means of framing our entanglements with technological processes without assuming a metaphysical distinction between human beings and the forces of nature. In this article, I show how Simondon’s concepts of individuation and transduction intersect with this technological problematic through his far-reaching critique of the ‘hylomorphic’ distinction between matter and form. Inspired by Simondon’s original account of the genesis of a clay brick, the article unfolds these conceptual challenges through two contrasting empirical encounters with 3D printing technologies. In doing so, my intention is to lend an affective consistency to Simondon’s problematic, and to do so in a way that captures the kinds of material mutations expressive of a particular technological moment.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the problems connected with preserving the authenticity of the historical environment of Volhynia. Preserved railway stations, as well as buildings that are part of the railway station complexes, that were built in the Volhynian Governorate in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries, are valuable architectural objects. Many of preserved station complexes have the features of ensemble unity. For some reason, most of these unique buildings do not have official monument status. Therefore, the author proposes to include in the register of architectural monuments those passenger buildings, as well as buildings of station complexes, that are part of the architectural ensemble, that do not have status of monument and about that is written in this article. Some railway station complexes are in decline due to the closure and need immediate measures to preserve them. There are recommendations for the rehabilitation and protection of the preserved of railway station complexes, that were built in the Volhynian Governorate. The research methodology is based on general, interdisciplinary and disciplinary, that include architectural and town-planning research methods. This publication aims to substantiate the architectural value of the buildings of  railway station complexes, that were built in the Volhynian Governorate in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries and have been preserved to this day. The task is also to substantiate the proposal to include in the register of architectural monuments those passenger buildings that do not have status of monument and about that is written in this article. The article deals with the volume-spatial structure and stylistics of the of the buildings of  railway station complexes, that were built in the Volhynian Governorate in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries and have been preserved to this day. Considerable attention is paid to the architectural value of these passenger buildings. The author substantiates the proposal to include in the register of architectural monuments those passenger buildings, as well as buildings of station complexes, that are part of the architectural ensemble, that do not have status of monument and about that is written in this article.

The paper analyzes the technological preparation of production at the railcar enterprises in terms of developing technological processes and processing sets of technological documents. Factors affecting the quality of technological preparation of production for maintenance and repair of rolling stock are considered. In contrast to the previously performed works, where the assessment of the level of technological training was carried out by experts of a scientific organization, the initial data in the article were the results of a survey of specialists of technical departments of structural divisions of the car industry of the Sverdlovsk and South Ural Railways. Based on the method of expert qualimetry, the weight of factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of technological processes is estimated. As a result of the survey, a low level of automation of design processes was established, which consists mainly in the design of technological documentation. It is shown that the degree of depth of development and detail of technological processes is at the level of the route description

A numerical model for the analysis of frame structures that is capable of reproducing the behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) members and steel-reinforced concrete (SRC) members in all steps until collapse by simulating a reduced resistance capacity is presented in this work. Taking into account the solid models obtained in previous research that have been validated by experimental results, moment-curvature graphics were obtained in all steps: elastic, plastic, and post-critical to collapse. Beam models versus 3D models considerably simplified the calculation of frame structures and correctly described both the plastic and post-critical phases. The moment-curvature graph can be used in a simplified frame analysis, from post critical behavior to collapse.
