The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational communication to Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang. This type of research is explanatory. Data collection method used is survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Population in this research is employees of PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama. This research uses probability sapmling technique, with total sample 84 respondents. The test instrument used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test proves that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Communication are proved to have a direct and significant influence on employee performance variable either simultaneously or partially. This research then give suggestion to PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang to continue to maintain and improve the quality of Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees and organizational communication from the company so as to improve employee performance and able to create superior human resources and also potential that will become competitive advantage for the company Keyword :Organizational Citizenship Behavio, Organizational Communication and Employee Performance

<p><em>Performance is the one thing to measure succesul of an organization.  Effort to Improve the performance its very important to achieved organization goal. Efforts to improve performance are not easy to achieve because it is influenced by many factors including factors that come from the employees itsself likes intellectual quotients, emotional quotients, spiritual quotients and organizational citizenship behavior. These factors are very important to noticed,  they are expected to make more contribute to improving performance. This research was conducted  all 71employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Kediri. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study  uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the results obtained: intellectual quotients (IQ) does not partially affect employee performance, emotional quotients (EQ) partially affects employee performance, spiritual quotients (SQ) does not affect partially partially on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a partial influence on employee performance, and simultaneously intellectual quotients (IQ), emotional quotients (EQ), spiritual quotients (SQ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect employee performance.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. Sampling method was purposive sampling with 80 employees of PT. Taman Sengkaling UNMUH Malang. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study concluded that there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior OCB, the higher the employee performance. This paper research suggests further research examine other variables with different research objects.

The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Rijan Mart Islamic Boarding School Riyadlul Jannah Pacet business unit, Mojokerto. The sampling method used the census technique, the data analysis used the help of SPSS version 20 to test the validity with factor analysis, and test reliability with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) 1. Attitude has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 2) Personality has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 3) Attitude has a significant effect on employee performance 4) Personality has a significant effect on employee performance 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has an effect significant effect on employee performance 6) Attitude has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior 7) Personality has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a form of behavior which is an individual choice and initiative, not related to the formal reward system of the organization but in aggregate to increase organizational effectiveness. This behavior shows the added value of employees which is a form of prosocial behavior, namely social behavior that is positive, constructive and means helping. This research was conducted at PT. Samaja Bali Villa, with the research object Servant Leadership and Empowment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samaja Bali Villa. The sample of this study was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method, so that the number of samples was 47 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study, a classic assumption test was also carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The test results show that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali Villa. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali. Based on the average score on the servant leadership variable where overall respondents have the least perception of the leadership statement items encouraging the achievement of progress and development for the company, it is better if the leadership of PT. Samaja Bali Villa is able to motivate and create a pleasant working atmosphere. So, it is hoped that it can foster employee responsibility at work in order to achieve maximum company goals. Based on the average score on the empowerment variable where overall respondents have the smallest perception of items that respect the abilities possessed by employees, the leadership of PT Samaja Bali Villa needs to give employees the right or authority to plan, control and make decisions on jobs that have become their responsibility, so that employees are able to become independent and show their best performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior, terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh stress kerja, organizational citizenship behavior, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien stres kerja sebesar -0,022 dengan tingkat signifikan  0,330.  Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 0,186 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000.   Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien komitmen organisasi  sebesar 0,801 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Stres Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa  Comfeed  Indonesia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan secara simultan  nilai   F  hitung  sebesar 297,112 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. This study aims to examine and analyze 1. The influence of organizational commitment to employee performance; 4. The influence of work stress, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment on the employee performance in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. The research design used is a quantitative research approach using survey method. The number of samples in this study was 83 people. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques that are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25 software. The conclusions from the results of this study are 1. Work Stress has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. It can be seen that the coefficient of work stress is -0.022 with a significant level of 0.330; 2. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. This can be seen from the Organizational Citizenship Behavior coefficient value of 0.186 with a significant level of 0,000; 3. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. It can be seen that the coefficient value of organizational commitment is 0.801 with a significant level of 0.000; 4. Job Structure, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia. This can be seen from the results of the simultaneous calculation of the calculated F value of 297,112 with a significant level of 0,000.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

Purpose – This paper aims to address following three research questions: Are employees with high political skill willing to do extra-role behavior? Can leader–member exchange (LMX) affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)? Can perception of organizational politics (POP) influence LMX? Design/methodology/approach – The paper is based on a survey of 227 questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. Findings – Findings indicate that employees’ political skill not only are helpful for them in dealing with the relationship with their leaders, but also can stimulate their OCB. The paper also shows that the mediation effect of POP is not obvious when they handle LMX. Originality/value – This paper’s main contributions are as follows: When studying new generation employees, many managers find that their accumulated experience of management is ineffective in applying to this group of new generation employees. In Chinese culture, new organizational and new employee environment relationship can be regarded normal, positive and beneficial to the development of new generation employees. New generation employees use their own political skills to handle LMX; they are not well aware of POP.
