In recent years, the methods of layer-by-layer synthesis of products-prototypes, which is included in additive technologies have formed a fundamentally new direction in technology, where it is necessary to produce experienced, single, exclusive and unique product samples. The fundamental difference between these methods is that the finished part is obtained not by removing a layer of material from the workpiece, as is customary in traditional methods of processing, but by layer-by-layer build-up of the material while obtaining a given shape and size of the product. The main feature of these methods is the mandatory use of three-dimensional computer-aided design of the product as the initial stage of layer-by-layer synthesis technology. The priority directions of industrial policy of Russia at this stage is to increase the competitiveness of production and effective promotion of high-tech products in the domestic and foreign markets. Today, the country faces an ambitious task of actively forming the industry of additive technologies to ensure the strategic technological sovereignty of the country in the future. Additive technologies are one of the main global trends mentioned in the context of the new industrial revolution. To ensure the development of additive technologies in Russia, the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) approved the first two national standards in the field of additive technologies. The existing approaches reflect poorly the features of process control of pilot tests and preparation for production. In this regard, of course, relevant are the studies aimed at the development of quality management methodology at all stages of the product life cycle based on additive technologies, which will allow the company to achieve an integrated quality management system of high-tech products based on the use of technological methods and modern information technologies.

The constant increase in the consumption of ferrous, non-ferrous, precious and rare metals in the national economy requires an increase in the efficiency of minerals mining and processing. One of the main methods of enrichment used in the technological process of processing various ores is foam flotation. The authors provide a brief description of this process and analysis of various designs of flotation machines. The article is devoted to the modernization of the aeration unit of flotation machines with “RIF” design. It is noted that the design of such machines effectively uses the modular principle of assembly aggregates, which allows you to upgrade individual unit, increasing the efficiency of the machine as a whole. The main part of this unit is an impeller – the most complex and fast – wearing part. The paper analyzes various designs of impellers and their manufacturing technologies. It is noted that in the existing designs of flotation machines, the impellers are made of steel. It is proposed to replace this material with polyurethane, which has become widely used as a structural material due to the emergence of additive technologies in the production of various parts. This material has a relatively low cost and has an increased resistance to wear. The article formulates the main requirements for the most important operations of the technological process of impeller manufacturing. For this purpose, a 3D model of the upgraded impeller design was developed in the SolidWorks 3D computer-aided design system. The authors propose an additive technology for layer-by-layer production of an impeller on a 3D printer using the Ultimaker Cura slicer program. For the manufacture of the proposed design of the impeller made of polyurethane, the production technology was developed by the method of layer-by-layer deposition method of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).

The use of these technologies is particularly promising in the production of housing elements of electronic equipment due to the ability to consider the specifics of the equipment. The use of additive technologies provides an increase in performance and a decrease in the influence of the form factor of the body at the production stage. An additional advantage of the additive installation is that in the manufacture of preforms are not required to resort to third-party technological solutions in the form of cutting, grinding, welding, which requires additional equipment and the involvement of qualified specialists. With the help of modeling mechanisms of 3D printers, it is possible to provide fully automatic production of preforms, having an additive installation. A process control additive production will ensure the quality of the final product.

Introduction: One of the basic principles of quality management is customer orientation. The most convenient method of monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction is a customer survey. Literature review showed a lack of information on the analysis of consumer assessment of the quality of services in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. The purpose of the study was to substantiate measures for optimization of the quality management system (QMS) based on the analysis of consumer (customer) satisfaction with the quality of services for the conduct of sanitary and epidemiological expert examinations (hereinafter referred to as examinations) rendered by the Inspection Body of the Moscow Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, Federal Budgetary Health Institution, with the exception of its branch offices in administrative districts, including those rendered for provision of government services by Moscow Rospotrebnadzor Office. Materials and methods: A special questionnaire was developed to study customer satisfaction with the quality of services rendered by the Inspection Body and the total of 510 questionnaires was analyzed in 2019 using statistical, sociological, and logical methods of research. The results of the survey showed that the customers were generally satisfied with the quality of services provided by the body. The data on priority factors determining the customer’s choice of an institution for conducting expert examinations were collected. The need to optimize the information component of the official website about the services was identified. The importance of developing remote interaction with customers, including that through the official website, was established. Introduction of a systematic monitoring of customer satisfaction including electronic questionnaire-based surveys was proposed. The expediency of optimizing the procedure for preparing expert opinions based on the results of laboratory tests, which would improve the quality and shorten the time for conducting examinations, was established. Conclusions: The survey of customer satisfaction with the quality of expert services rendered by the Inspection Body of the Moscow Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology revealed the determinants for choosing the institution, the necessity to develop information technologies for interaction with customers, and the factors showing the importance of improving the QMS procedure for conducting expert examinations of laboratory test results.
