The purpose of this research is to optimize the function of futures market to achief the success the National Defence of Food System, The Indonesian government commits that Indonesia to be as an international foodstore. Indonesia has a potensial to be exporter of foods in a globalization era. The negative impact of international free trade can be managed by the futures market to protect the needs of foods of domestic people and industries. The function of National Logistic Body (BULOG) to control the national foodneeds has  not been success eventhough already 40 years operation. The Jakarta Futures Market (BBJ) operated since year of 2000 has many weak of functions. BBJ has not been designed in a comprehensive and a well-thought out plan. BBJ was set up careless and so uncapable to develop herself. The system of BBJ has to be totally reorganized.  BBJ must operate by national trading system. The Futures Market is obligated to trade all durable product of farm, plantation, forestry, fishery, breeding, mining &gas and financial instruments. In developing Futures Market is abligated too create storing system, transportation system, quality control body and arbitrage body. The development of Futures Market involved many departments such as: Trade, Transportation, farm & Plantation, Mining & Gas, Bulog, Indonesia Commercial Body, Sentral Bank, and regional government. The development of Futures Market is to be planned fairly by National Development Body, because many departments involved. The Futures Market is the latest market after money market and capital market. So, it is to be socialized to politicion, all departments involved, market practation and investors via seminar, short course and formal education. The suscces of  National Defence of Food System is very important for Indonesia to face globalization era which will be started at the latest of 2020. Indonesia still has10 years to regulate everything. In the globalization era, no more economic sovereignty of a country.  Each country must obey with the regulation of World Trade Organizatation. The Futures Market with unsuccessful operation now will impact to the failure of economic development in the futures. Keywords: Futures market, Natioanl Defence of Foods System, National Trading System.

In magnesium-based seawater exhaust gas clean system, the desulfurization by-product, magnesium sulfite (MgSO3), has a negative impact on the ecological environment, which needs to be treated to make harmless. Due to the limited space on board, the aeration oxidation method is used to convert it to magnesium sulfate. Because of the variable size, shape and flow field of aeration tank, it is difficult and expensive to design and verify the oxidation efficiency of the aeration tank by experimental method. In this work, in order to predict the oxidation efficiency accurately, RFlow, a computational fluid dynamics software, was used to analyze the flow field and MgSO3 oxidation reaction in aeration tank. The subdomain technology was adopted for physics modeling and mesh generation of the aeration tank, and the total number of meshes was 285,000. The multi-phase flow field model was set up using the multi-fluid model and dispersive k-ε turbulence model. Under the given initial conditions, the predicted oxidation efficiency was 94.2%. Compared with the results of the actual ship test, the prediction model for MgSO3 oxidation efficiency of the aeration tank is reliable.

The Socio-Economic and Caste Census of 2011 shows the extent of deprivations of rural India. Around 73.4 % of families are residing in rural India, where over 77 million households depend on kerosene for lighting; 1 million use wood and as many as 1.2 million households in India remain completely in the dark. Improvement in - Access, Availability, Adequacy, and Quality of energy can contribute to poverty reduction from various aspects. From a policy-making perspective increasing access to modern energy services require, first, the integration of energy access into national development strategies, and then strong and sustainable financial, institutional, and technology frameworks must be set up. The restatement of the theory of critical minimum effort is to make a plan for the effort that needs to break the environment of inertia of energy poverty. This paper discusses the minimum effort necessary to achieve a steady secular supply of basic energy requirements for people in need. It is alarming fact that today billions of people lack access to the most basic energy services, electricity, and clean cooking facilities, and, worse, this situation is set to change very little over the next 20 years. This paper explains how to set the needed change in the orientation and execution for the service delivery mechanism of energy. Aims: The restatement of the theory of critical minimum effort as a plan to achieve a steady secular supply of basic energy requirements for people in need. Study Design: Descriptive analysis. Place and Duration of Study: Macro-level analysis on India based on Socio-Economic and caste census of 2011. Methodology: Review-driven theoretical analysis. Conclusion: Restates those large-scale actions are needed to take people out of the vicious circle of energy poverty.

Many times, in the attempt to win or to maintain an advantageous position on the market, the economic agent will use a whole arsenal of practices (inclusively and mostly from the marketing field), most of them anticompetitive, with a negative impact on the business environment, which also affects the well-being of the consumer. The policy in the field of competition is the one that defines these types of behaviour and penalizes them depending on the importance of their negative impact, by creating a complex and coherent legislative and institutional mechanism. The right enforcement of the competition policy at the national level is the key in this process, but this should be coordinated with the regional and international objectives and regulations in this field. Romania is facing a double challenge: on the one side, it had to set up a competition policy, which was almost ignored before the90s, on the other side, it had to comply, recently, with high standards in the field, as an EU candidate. Now, as a member state, the promotion of a competition culture becomes a must, along with the design of an adequate system of information and knowledge dissemination for all of those involved. The paper is based on a original and qualitative research and aims at emphasising the increased necessity of the promotion of a competition culture for the competitiveness of the Romanian business environment on the European level in the new context of accession. This will help Romanian business to face the competition challenges within a more extended single European market, as an essential issue of the free market economy status recently granted, and accordingly to the most important EU objectives set up at Lisabon to become the most competitive economy in the world up to 2010.

The impact of globalization has penetrated throughout the civilization of the nations of the world, running so fast. Especially very influential on changes in various lines of life. Related to this is the issue of increasing narcotics abuse and narcotics illicit trafficking which has created conditions that have hindered the development process and weakened civilization. Eradication of narcotics distribution is a national problem, because it has a negative impact that can damage and threaten the lives of the people, nation and state and can hamper the national development process. The rise of narcotics abuse does not only occur in big cities, but has reached small cities in all ten regions of the Republic of Indonesia, including East Aceh Regency. The increasingly diverse lifestyle of the people due to the influence of globalization also contributes to the increasing circulation of narcotics in East Aceh District. This certainly must receive serious attention, because if we look at what is happening in East Aceh District and several other regions in Indonesia, the crime of narcotics distribution from time to time always increases which in the end is increasingly unsettling the community, so before these things increase In East Aceh District, an effective solution must be found to eradicate it. Factors that cause a person to commit a narcotics crime in East Aceh Regency are due to economic factors where a person needs money to live and the difficulty of getting work, family environmental factors, social environmental factors and availability / lack of supervision factors. Efforts in tackling narcotics circulation in East Aceh district involve many parties, including: firstly, pre-emptive efforts by providing counseling in the community and schools about narcotics carried out by the police in tackling narcotics crime in East Aceh District. Second, preventive measures (prevention) by conducting raids and patrols routinely, providing oversight of the association and positive activities carried out by the police, prosecutors, religious leaders, community leaders and youth organizations. The third repressive effort (action) which aims to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of drug trafficking crimes involving all law enforcement officials ranging from the Police, Attorney and District Courts and Detention Houses. Keywords: Crimonology, Narcotics Circulation.

Based on the synergetics perspective, this paper constructs a composite system of non-ferrous metal futures and stock prices, using MATLAB to analyze the data of 3405 trading days from 2004 to 2018 in China. The empirical results show that non-ferrous metal stock prices are generally more orderly than futures prices in the selected period; the price discovery function of aluminum futures is worse than that of copper and zinc; and the 2008 financial crisis has an indelible negative impact on the coordination of China's non-ferrous metals futures market. Finally, this paper discusses whether there are representative metals in the non-ferrous metal market, and makes a brief summary.

Labor migration among Arab countries is the most important phenomenon in the political economy of that region at present and will remain so for some time. The focus of this article is the impact of emigration on national development in labor sending countries experiencing wide-scale emigration, the main contention being that, due to the characteristics of contemporary labor movements among Arab countries, there obtains a contradiction between short term benefits and long term adverse effects. The article briefly defines development, then presents empirical evidence from the Yemen Arab Republic of the negative impact of labor emigration.
