Abstract. The purpose of this research was to examine the relation between democratic-parenting and self confidence with independent new college student. The subject of the study were 131 new  college student of faculty preaching the state islamic institute sunan ampel surabaya. Data were collected by scale of democratic-parenting, self confidence and independent scale. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis showed that the democratic-parenting anda self confidence have a significant relation with independent new  college student. The result of correlation analysis between either democratic-parenting or self confidence with independent showed a positive correlation signifycantly. Variables of democratic parenting and self confidence give effecttive contribution toward independent new college student about 51,3%.Key words : Democratic-Parenting, Self Confidence, Independent New College Student.

Abstract. The purpose of this research was to examine the relations between emotional intelligent and spiritual intelligent with pro-social behavior. The subjects of the study were 175 students of Pondok Pesantren Nasyrul Ulum Pamekasan, consist of 96 boys and 79 girls. Data were collected by scales of emotional intelligent, spiritual intelligent, and pro-social behavior. The data analysis used  multiple regression analysis and then correlations. Results of multiple regression analysis showed that the emotional intelligent and spiri-tual intelligent have a significant relation with prosocial behavior. The result of correlation analyses between either emotional intelligence or spiri-tual intelligence with prosocial behavior showed a positive correlation signify-cantly. Variables of emotional intelligent and spiritual intelligent give effect-tive contribution toward prosocial behavior about 55,1%. Perubahan persepsi remaja tentang seks pranikah di Indonesia cenderung mengalami pergeseran nilai yang ditimbulkan sebagai akibat dari kompleksnya masalah masa transisi remaja terhadap nilai dan norma-norma di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan variabel moderasi (religiusitas) pada hubungan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan persepsi terhadap seks pra nikah. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 244 siswa SMK Negeri 3 di kota Karawang usia 16-18 tahun. Instrument yang digunakan adalah skala pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, skala sikap seksualitas dan The Centrality of Religiousity scale (CRS).Analisis menggunakan Multiple Regression Analysis dengan bantuan SPSS 20.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan sikap seks pranikah(β= -0,149; p=0,020), namun pengujian religiusitas sebagai variabel moderator tidak signifikan (β= -0,001; p =0,982).   Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Kesehatan reproduksi, persepsi, seks pranikah, religiusitas.   The change of teenagers’ perception on premarital sex in Indonesia more likely encounters transition caused by the complexity values and norms shift in social life. This study aims to test empirically about: 1) The influence of motives on learning outcomes introductory accounting 1, 2) the influence of readiness for learning outcomes introductory accounting 1. This type of research is causative. Data in the study were collected using a questionnaire on 185 accounting students from an university in Padang City. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the motive influences the learning outcomes of one person's accounting introduction and the readiness to influence one's accounting learning outcomes. This research focuses on the importance of introductory accounting learning outcomes 1 because the subject is a basic course that will be useful for the next course and make accounting students of class 2014, 2015 and 2017 as the population

Abstract:Product and price are several factors which are affected consumer consideration in purchasing decision. A qualify product with affordable price will attract people’s interest. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product and price toward purchasing decision in Morning Bakery Batam. Total sample in this research were 186 people and used non probability sampling technique, which is purposive sampling by choosing the most visited outlet:Windsor branch.  Multiple Regression analysis used as data technique analysis andwas assisted by SPSS 20 software.The result shows product and price have positive and significant impact toward purchasing decision.Based on data analysis in this research, the variabels are valid and reliable. On the classic asumption testing with normal distribution, there were no heteros- kedastisitas and multikolinearitas which were happened. The reretion value for product is 61,7% besides 37,9%for the price. Key words : Price, Product, Purchasing Decision

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.
