THE INFLUENCE OF DA’I PERSONALITY AND DA’WAH BIL HAL TOWARDS SPIRITUAL MOTIVATION OF MAD’U

A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian 96anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng yang didapatkan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen (kepemimpinan dan integritas) mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng secara langsung. Kepuasan kerja Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng sementara kepuasan kerjaterbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpian dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota Polri. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and integrity to police officer performance at Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng with work satisfaction as intervening variable. The research sample was 96 members of the police officerDitreskrimum Polda Jateng obtained by purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that all variable independent (leadership and integrity) affent to police officer performance directly. work satisfaction affent to police officer performance and work satisfaction as intervening variable between leadership and integrity to police officer performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. Improving good employee performance can have an impact on company success, employees are always required to work optimally where good or poor employee performance can affect overall company income. One of the most important in improving employee performance is Intrinsic Motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional quotient, intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The population of this research is all employees at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang, Indonesia. The number of samples studied in this study was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, that is by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Islamic leadership on employee performance, emotional quotient on employee performance, intrinsic motivation on employee performance, Islamic leadership on intrinsic motivation, and emotional quotient on intrinsic motivation.

The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

The Way

Maria Tritis Cave is a holy place that has its uniqueness, a natural cave and has the beauty of stalagmites and stalagmites in it. This cave is located in the southern way, which is the way to get to some of the beaches in Gunungkidul. Besides being a beautiful cave, Maria Tritis Cave also has various supporting facilities for holy tours. Easy location and complete facilities will enhance the tourist’ decision to visit. The sampling technique was done by an accidental sampling of 100 archipelago tourists visiting tourists attraction of Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Methods of data collection use documentation and questionnaires, data analysis with instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), and partial or simultaneous our multiple regression analysis using SPPS for Windows version 16. The results showed that the location and facility variables significantly influence tourist’ visiting decision. Location and facility variables influence jointly the decision of archipelago tourists in visiting Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Suggestions from the research, the managers should pay attention to matters that are relating to the location such as the access to the cave and the clear directions from/to the cave, add facilities that support outbound activities and maintain existing facilities

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.

This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure on the readiness of local governments in implementing “PP No. 12 of 2019” in the local government of Rokan Hulu district. The population and sample in this study amounted to 45 OPD or 180 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure has a significant effect on the readiness of local governments in implementing Government Regulation “No. 12 of 2019”.

The objectives of this research are to test the tax awareness in relation to the tax compliance and to examine Celengan Padjeg Program which acts as a moderating variable to build a relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance. This research was conducted using Convenience sampling consisted of 98 respondents from individual taxpayers in Wonosari, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The sample was fundamentally based on 95 questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research was a multiple regression analysis and test interactions. The analysis results showed that the tax awareness affected the tax compliance with a significance level of 0,000 (<0,05). The Celengan Padjeg Program influenced the relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance significantly and it moderated the relationship between two variables.

This study aims to determine the Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turn Over (ITO) on stock price in companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2015-2017. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data. The data obtained from the site www.idx.go.id and the website of each company. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The findings show that Return on Asset (ROA) affect stock price while Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Inventory Turn Over (ITO) have no effect on the stock price.

The purposes of this study examines the effect of personality and intellectual ability on teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city. This research was conducted in SMKN 3 Bengkulu City with the object of research is permanent teachers or civil servants. The sample used in this study was 74 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey explanatory, the method in this study using factor analysis to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the personality and intellectual ability partially have positive and signifikan effect on the teacher competence. Personality and intellectual ability simultaneously have significant effect on the teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city.Keywords: personality, intellectual ability, teacher competence.
